11、e or other necessary certificate, and pay attention to the effective date. 1.2 核對(duì)設(shè)備型號(hào)、規(guī)格同設(shè)備明細(xì)表(托盤 D 表)及圖樣是否相符，并檢查設(shè)備及其零件有無(wú)缺損，必要時(shí)應(yīng)測(cè)量設(shè)備的絕緣電阻。 Check whether equipment specification is accordance with equipment list and whether equipment has some defect. Measure insulation resistance if necessary. 1.3 檢查

12、設(shè)備填料函的數(shù)量及規(guī)格是否與圖紙要求相符。Check whether cable gland specification and quantities are in accordance with drawings. 1.4 按照相關(guān)圖紙，配齊及安裝好設(shè)備的底腳或支架及接地附件。Supports, foundation, ground accessories and so on to be prepared according to relative drawings. 1.5 按照相關(guān)圖紙，裝好設(shè)備的識(shí)別銘牌，對(duì)具有內(nèi)部接線的設(shè)備，如分電箱、起動(dòng)器等，應(yīng)配齊必要的開(kāi)箱圖。 For power

The store should be kept dry and clean.2.設(shè)備安裝的基本工藝要求Basic technical requirement of equipment install

14、ation.2.1 設(shè)備安裝應(yīng)盡量考慮安全及便于使用、維修，安裝場(chǎng)所應(yīng)有足夠的照明并通風(fēng)良好。For the equipment installation, the security and convenient for use and maintenance should been considered as far as possible. There should have enough lighting and good ventilation in installation site. 2.2 設(shè)備安裝不應(yīng)破壞艙壁或甲板原有的防護(hù)性能及強(qiáng)度，在水密的艙壁、甲板和甲板室的船舶電氣設(shè)備安

16、直接安裝在主甲板以下的船殼板上。Equipment should not direct installed on the shell under the main deck.2.4 在易燃易爆艙室，如蓄電池室、油漆間、煤艙等處，除該處必須的防爆設(shè)備外，不應(yīng)安裝其它電氣設(shè)備。In dangerous space, such as battery room, painting room and so on, prohibit installed non-safety equipment except needed ex-proof equipment.2.5 在油、水侵蝕或蒸汽易于積聚的地方，只能

17、安裝相應(yīng)防護(hù)等級(jí)的電氣設(shè)備。Electric equipment with relative IP class can be installed at such space, where water, oil and steam are easy to accumulate.2.6 安裝在易受機(jī)械損傷場(chǎng)所的設(shè)備。其防護(hù)型式與安裝場(chǎng)所相適應(yīng)。否則，應(yīng)加裝必要的防護(hù)裝置。The equipment liable being machine damaged site, the protection degree should be accommodate to installation positi

Otherwise, it should be adopted essential protection.2.7 艙室的封閉板內(nèi)一般不應(yīng)安裝電氣設(shè)備，但線路的分支接線盒可安裝 在便于開(kāi)啟的木作板內(nèi)， 且在板外應(yīng)配有相應(yīng)的銘牌。Normally, electric equipment should not be installed inside closed panel of cabin. But junction box of circuit branch can be installed inside decoration panel, which is easy for open,

19、 and the relative nameplate should be performed.2.8 電氣設(shè)備若必須在油艙、油柜或雙層底、儲(chǔ)油艙等外壁表面安裝時(shí)，設(shè)備與此類艙壁之間至少應(yīng)有 50mm 的距離，但工作時(shí)能產(chǎn)生高溫的電氣設(shè)備（如各類電阻器），禁止在此類艙壁表面安裝。If the equipment has to be installed on the bulkhead of bulkhead of oil tank, the distance to the surface should be more than 50mm, and electric equipment (heat

20、er etc.) producing high temperature forbid installed on the mentioned place.2.9 安裝場(chǎng)所如有劇烈震動(dòng)，足以影響設(shè)備的正?？煽抗ぷ鲿r(shí)，設(shè)備的安裝應(yīng)采取適當(dāng)?shù)臏p震措施。Proper absorber should be adopted if shake of installation place can influence normal and reliable working.2.10 當(dāng)非鋁合金設(shè)備支架安裝在鋁質(zhì)輕圍壁上時(shí)，中間應(yīng)有絕緣襯墊（如橡膠布，涂有白漆的帆布等）隔開(kāi)，以防直接接觸引起電解腐蝕。When no

22、電阻、啟動(dòng)電阻、充電電阻、電熱器具以及其它工作時(shí)能產(chǎn)生高溫的電氣設(shè)備，應(yīng)盡量遠(yuǎn)離木質(zhì)隔板等易燃物體和其它設(shè)備安裝，必要時(shí)中間應(yīng)用絕熱材料隔開(kāi)，當(dāng)設(shè)備外殼溫度超過(guò) 80時(shí)，應(yīng)加防護(hù)網(wǎng)或在布置上予以安排，以防工作人員偶然觸及而灼傷。Electric equipment such as regulation resistance, start resistance, charge resistance, heater etc, if high temperature to be occurred during they working, their installation should be fa

23、r away from other flammable objects, heat insulation materials to be used between them and flammable equipment if necessary. When equipment out shell temperature is more than 80, proper arrangement or protection net to avoid touching damage.2.12 敞開(kāi)式電氣設(shè)備應(yīng)安裝在專用艙室內(nèi)，否則其帶電部分應(yīng)加防護(hù)罩，以防偶然觸及。Exposed equipment

24、 should be installed in special cabins, its electric part should had protection net in order to prevent touching by accident.2.13 設(shè)備的安裝都應(yīng)該是可拆的，其聯(lián)接應(yīng)牢固，并有防止受震動(dòng)而松脫的裝置。Equipment installation should be removable. The connection should be tight and anti-loose.2.14 除電壓不超過(guò) 24V，且對(duì)無(wú)線電收訊機(jī)不產(chǎn)生干擾的設(shè)備及具有雙重絕緣的設(shè)備外，其它

25、電氣設(shè)備的金屬外殼或開(kāi)啟式設(shè)備的金屬骨架均應(yīng)可靠接地。Except the equipment of voltage less than 24V and no effect for radio equipment, all metal shell of electric equipment should earth reliably.2.15 設(shè)備安裝應(yīng)在設(shè)備支架焊裝、補(bǔ)漆結(jié)束后進(jìn)行，以保證設(shè)備本身的油漆及部件不受損壞。同時(shí)設(shè)備安裝后，應(yīng)用透明塑料布包扎起來(lái)。Equipment installation to be done after equipment support welding an

After equipment installation, it should be covered by plastic.3 各類電氣設(shè)備安裝的具體規(guī)定Detail requirement of electric equipment installation 3.1 電機(jī) Motor3.1.1 發(fā)電機(jī)組的安裝，其轉(zhuǎn)軸應(yīng)與船舶艏艉線平行，其它臥式電機(jī)的轉(zhuǎn)軸也盡量與艏艉線平行。立式電機(jī)的轉(zhuǎn)軸應(yīng)與船舶水線平面垂直。Axis o

27、f auxiliary engine and horizontal motor should parallel with the centerline of the ship as far as possible. Stood motor axis to be vertical.3.1.2 電機(jī)的安裝應(yīng)留有測(cè)量轉(zhuǎn)速、觀察火花、維護(hù)換向器和碳刷架的空間。機(jī)組應(yīng)有共同的底座。Leave space for measure revolution, observe spark, maintenance commutator and carbon-brush. The motor group must

28、have common base.3.2 主配電板及應(yīng)急配電板Main switchboard and emergency switchboard 船舶電氣設(shè)備安裝通用工藝TECHNOLOGY OF ELECTRICAL EQUIPMENT INSTALLATION FOR STEEL SHIP 第 6 頁(yè) 共35 頁(yè) 3.2.1 配電板面板前通道的寬度應(yīng)至少為 800mm，后通道的寬度至少為 600mm，如配電板的結(jié)構(gòu)形式為可在前面和側(cè)面進(jìn)行檢修，維護(hù)和更換部件時(shí)，允許后面不設(shè)通道。The passageway front MSB is not less than 800mm, The pa

29、ssageway behind MSB is not less than 600mm. If maintenance can be done in the front and the side, it allows no passageway behind ESB.3.2.2 配電板前后應(yīng)鋪有防滑和耐油的絕緣地毯或經(jīng)絕緣處理的木格柵。The floor in front of and behind switchboard should be provided with insulating covering.3.2.3 配電板的上方不應(yīng)裝有油、水及蒸汽管，如不能避免時(shí)，則應(yīng)采取有效的防護(hù)措施，

30、油柜及其它液體容器，不得在上述區(qū)域安裝。The oil pipe, water pipe and steam pipe should not above MSB. If not avoid, it must adopt effective protection. Oil tank and other liquid vessel shouldnt install the mentioned space.3.2.4 安裝在單底機(jī)艙內(nèi)的落地式主配電板的底座應(yīng)為具有水密性能的封閉式底座。即底座本身及與船底殼板之間的焊接、引入電纜的電纜管與底座的焊接，均應(yīng)具有水密性能，以防油水在底座內(nèi)積聚。If sel

Welding between foundation and ship hull, foundation and cable pipe to be watertight in order to prevent oil or water accumulation in foundation.3.3 控制設(shè)備及分配電設(shè)備Control and distr

32、ibution panel3.3.1 起動(dòng)箱及分配箱的安裝高度，其上沿距甲板或花鋼板一般為 1900mm 左右，同一區(qū)域內(nèi)安裝的設(shè)備，其箱體的上沿應(yīng)盡量對(duì)齊。The distance from up-edge of starter and distribution box to deck is about 1900mm, the equipment in same area, their up-edges must be same highness.3.3.2 落地安裝的電氣設(shè)備，如控制屏等則盡量安裝固定在甲板上的角鋼底座上，其底座高度一般為 100200mm。Self-stand equip

33、ment (as control panel ) should be mounted on angle iron base fixed on deck as far as possible. The highness of foundation is 100mm200mm.3.3.3 電機(jī)的起動(dòng)箱，（組合起動(dòng)屏除外）主令控制器或控制按鈕盒，應(yīng)盡量安裝在電機(jī)附近，以便操作、檢修和觀察。Motor starter, (except GSP) control column or push button box should be mounted near the motor as far as po

34、ssible.3.3.4 立式安裝的主令控制器或操縱臺(tái)（器），應(yīng)設(shè)經(jīng)防蝕處理過(guò)的鋼質(zhì)底座，底座及底座內(nèi)的穿甲板層的電纜管與甲板間焊接應(yīng)具水密性能，并應(yīng)在設(shè)備與底座之間墊以厚度不小于5mm 的橡皮，以保證水密及減振。Self-stand main control column or operation console should be equipped with antiseptic and steel foundation. 36、out 1m.3.3.6 起動(dòng)箱及分配箱上方不應(yīng)裝有油、水及蒸氣管的法蘭接頭，如不可避免，必需采取相應(yīng)的措施。The flange of oil pipe, water pipe and steam pipe should not be above starter and distribution panel. If cannot avoid, suitable protection should be performed.3.4 蓄電池 Battery3.4.1 蓄電池應(yīng)安裝在專用艙室或箱柜內(nèi)，在機(jī)艙內(nèi)若條件不許可，則可敞開(kāi)安裝在通風(fēng)良好的地方。放置蓄電池箱、柜及敞開(kāi)安裝的蓄電池場(chǎng)所附近，不

37、應(yīng)有排氣管、蒸汽管等各種熱源或產(chǎn)生火花的設(shè)備。Battery should be mounted in expert cabinet or box or open mounted in place with good ventilation. And battery cannot be installed near all kinds of heat source.3.4.2 蓄電池的安裝應(yīng)便于檢測(cè)、維護(hù)和更換。保證空氣流通，若蓄電池為上下安裝，之間應(yīng)留有不小于 300mm 的空間。若為并排安裝的蓄電池，其間的空隙應(yīng)用不吸潮，耐電解液腐蝕的絕緣材料楔隔、襯墊和固定。蓄電池的底部應(yīng)以厚度不小于

38、2mm 的青鉛皮或其它耐腐蝕材料制成的托盤加以襯墊。托盤的四周邊凈高度不小于 45mm，以防電解液漏出腐蝕船體鋼材。對(duì)于敞開(kāi)安裝的蓄電池，其上部還應(yīng)設(shè)有大于電瓶組尺寸的擋板，以防下落物件或擱置物件損壞電瓶或造成短路。Battery shall be so installed as to ensure accessibility for changing, inspection and maintenance. If battery is multi-layer mounting, its space is not less than 300mm. If it is side by side,

39、its space should be pad by anti-corrosion insulation. Tray should be pad by lead or anti-corrosion materials at least 2mm under battery. Free height around tray should not less than 45mm in case of steel hull corrosion by leakage of electrolyte. As to open mounted battery, baffle to be provided on t

40、op of it in case of battery damage or short circuit by falling things.3.4.3 蓄電池（封閉式的除外）不得安放在居住艙室內(nèi)。Battery should not be installed in accommodation cabin except free maintain type.3.4.4 蓄電池的一般高度為電池液孔塞至甲板不大于 1.4m,否則應(yīng)設(shè)有踏板以便操作。Battery height is not more than 1.4m generally, otherwise, provide pedal.3.4.

41、5 蓄電池箱、柜應(yīng)有獨(dú)立的通風(fēng)裝置，其出風(fēng)口設(shè)在上方，進(jìn)風(fēng)口設(shè)在下方，進(jìn)出通風(fēng)口一般設(shè)在箱、柜的對(duì)角線的兩端，在結(jié)構(gòu)上，應(yīng)設(shè)有檔板式彎頭，以防止水、火星或其它進(jìn)入。Independent ventilation equipment should be equipped for battery box or cabinet. The outlet is above and inlet is below. Normally, wind inlet and outlet should be performed at both side of diagonal of box or cabinet. E

43、凡士林等油脂涂封，以防腐蝕。After battery connection, all terminal board should be covered with vaseline in order to prevent corrosion. 3.5 艙室照明燈具Lighting fixtures3.5.1 艙室照明燈具應(yīng)參照室內(nèi)器具的具體位置及艙室結(jié)構(gòu)適當(dāng)布置，首先應(yīng)保證操作及工作地點(diǎn)有必要的照明，并盡量保證艙室各處的照度。Cabin light shall proper arrange according to cabin structure and cabin apparatus. Ne

44、cessary lighting for operation and working area should be kept. Also cabin lighting level to be kept.3.5.2 具有兩個(gè)分路供電的艙室照明燈具應(yīng)交叉或間隔布置。Alternation or cross arrangement should be kept for cabin lighting if two way power supply.3.5.3 安裝在貨艙外走道露天甲板等其它易受機(jī)械損傷的場(chǎng)所的燈具，應(yīng)有防護(hù)罩。應(yīng)急照明的燈具，其外殼應(yīng)有紅色應(yīng)急標(biāo)志，且該標(biāo)志貼在燈具外殼的位置應(yīng)統(tǒng)一。P

45、rotection covers to be provided if light fixtures to be installed in machinery space such as outside passageway of cargo hold and weather deck. For the emergency lighting, the red mark should be performed at same position.3.5.4 床頭燈 Bed lamp 床頭燈安裝的位置一般為高于床鋪板 750mm，離床頭（一般以靠近船艏或船舯的一端為床頭）300 的側(cè)壁上，或頂頭中間。

46、Bed lamp high is 750mm to bedplate, and 300mm to bed head, or on the middle of bed head wall.3.5.5 鏡燈及壁燈 Mirror lamps and wall lamps鏡燈及壁燈的一般安裝高度為：壁燈：距地板 1800mm 鏡燈：鏡子上方 100mmGeneral height: wall lamps: 1800mm from floor Mirror lamps: 100mm above mirror3.5.6 投光燈，探照燈及航行信號(hào)燈Flood light, searching light a

47、nd navigation & signal light a.投光燈及探照燈的安裝應(yīng)便于操縱，并應(yīng)保證其可動(dòng)部分在工作需要的照射范圍內(nèi)轉(zhuǎn)動(dòng)靈活無(wú)阻，光線不受阻礙。 Floodlight and search light installation should be easy for operation and turn their movable parts and without obstacles for their light. b.投光燈及探照燈應(yīng)設(shè)有專用的燈架或燈座，燈架或底座的高度及形式與燈具的工作要求相適應(yīng)。船舶電氣設(shè)備安裝通用工藝TECHNOLOGY OF ELECTR
