3、 the top of the Window WhiCh offer you easy WayS to work on your docume nts. PUt the poin ter at the docume nt and you will enter text. You can see whatever you type on the screen. We can edit text by using different buttons and rulers on both upper and lower side of the window. By using the mouse t

4、o click a button, you can select a task to edit the text you are working on. For example, you can change the style of the text. If you click the button you can change the words bold. The button stands for italic and indicates underlined.Microsoft Word is very helpful in correcting spelling mistakes

5、or grammatical awkward sentences. Whenever an incorrect spelling crops up, it will be underlined with red line to remind you of the mistake. If it is a grammatical mistake, it will be underlined with green line.We can create graphic effects with text by using Word Art. You can find the button A at t

Microsoft Word provides many kinds of graphic effects such as flipping ,rotating and curving style.Whenyou finish editing the text, you should save the document in case it gets lost. The button can help you save the file. You need to give a name to you r file and then click
