2、ainee, hereafter knownas “ Party B" would like to apply for the company (Name ofcompany , hereafter known as “ Party A")to sponsor me toattendtheTraining Programme / Course (Name ofTraining), (hereafter known as “Training )"organized by (Name of the Training Organization). Thetraining
3、 shall be held from (YYYY-MM-DD) to (YYYY -MM-DD).The total trai ning expe nses are RMB.經(jīng)協(xié)商同意,甲乙雙方就相關職責達成以下協(xié)議,并從培訓之日起生效:Upon signing the agreement, both Party A and Party B shall be subjected to the stipulatedobligations and this agreement shall take effect from the commencement date of the Training
4、.甲方責任 Company s Obligations1. 甲方按時發(fā)放乙方在培訓期間的全部工資;During the training. Party A shall compensate Party B with full working salary remuneration.2. 甲方向乙方資助相關的培訓費用;Party A shall bear all the related trai ning expe nses on behalf of Party B.3. 乙方在培訓期間享有甲方所規(guī)定的公司福利;Duri ng the training. Party B shall be en
5、titled to the ben efit package stipulated by Party A.乙方責任 Trainee ' Qbligations1. 乙方須珍惜培訓機會,如培訓期間因個人原因違紀解約而導致不能順利完成學業(yè),或擅自終止 培訓,乙方應退還甲方代付全額培訓費用;培訓期間工資據(jù)實結(jié)算;Party B is urged to cherish the trai ning opport unity. In the eve nt Party B violates any obligati onorincluded in this agreement or withdraw
6、s from the training due to personal reason term in ati on. Party B shall bear the en tire cost of training and refund the full sum of the training expenses back to Party A. Party B ' s salaryemains unchanged during this training period.2. 乙方須提供培訓機構(gòu)相關課程的原始資料,包括但不限于課程簡介、主辦機構(gòu)、主講、費用、地點、學時、日期/時間等,以證明
7、培訓課程的合理性;Party B shall provide Party A with original copies of the training materials and course synopsis.Including but not limited to information on the training organization, lecture notes, expenses, training venue, training duration, time and date shall be provided as valid proofs for attending t
8、he trai ning programme.3. 乙方同意為甲方服務一定的年限,服務期從培訓結(jié)束之日起計算。根據(jù)費用支付的額度大小,具體規(guī)定如下:Party B shall agree to be legally bonded to work for Party A for an agreed period stipulated in the schedule(please refer to the policy) and the bond commences upon the completion of the training. The len gth of the bond that

10、d.()A 類 Type A費用在RMB5,000至9,999元之間,服務期為 6個月;即從年月日至年月日For training sponsorship that costs between RMB5, 000 and RMB9, 999, the bond period willbe 6 mon ths;From(YY-MM-DD) to(YY-MM-DD)()B 類 Type B費用在RMB10,000 至29,999元之間,服務期為12個月;即從年月日至年月日For training spo nsorship that costs between RMB10, 000and RMB29
11、, 999, the bo nd periodwill be 12 mon ths; From(YY-MM-DD) to(YY-MM-DD)()C 類 Type C費用在RMB30,000至99,999元之間,服務期為 24個月;即從年月日至年月日For training spo nsorship that costs between RMB30, 000and RMB99, 999, the bo nd periodwill be 24 mon ths; From(YY-MM-DD) to(YY-MM-DD)( ) D 類 Type D費用在 RMB100,000 元,服務期為 36 個月;
12、即從 年月日至年月日For training sponsorship that costs more than RMB100, 000, the bond period will be 36 months;From (YY-MM-DD) to (YY-MM-DD)() E 類 Type E員工在試用期參加培訓,費用不足 RMB5,000 元,服務期至試用期滿。For employees under probation on training sponsorship that costs less than RMB5, 000, the bond period will be the lengt
13、h of the probation period.() F 類 Type F員工參加 特殊課程,費用合計 ,服務期為 月;即從 年月日至年月日For employee attending special training (course name), Total expenditure , the bond period will be months.From (YY-MM-DD) to (YY-MM-DD)4. 如因違反國家法律法規(guī)或公司制度而導致違紀解約,則乙方須向甲方償還未完成的服務期的培 訓費用,費用償還的計算方式如下:償還金額 = (全額資助費用 / 約定服務月份數(shù) ) * 未服務
14、月份數(shù)If Party B is unable to complete the bond period due to a breach of state law or non-compliance to the company regulations which leads to the early termination of his/her employment, Party B shall refund Party A the following amount calculated using the following formula.Refund Amount = Training
15、Expenses/ Bond Period (no. of months)X Uncompleted Bond Period (No. of months)5. 如乙方在合約所規(guī)定的服務期內(nèi)提出解除勞動合約,則須向甲方償還未服務月份的培訓費用, 償還方式同 4。In the event where Party B wishes to terminate his/her labor contract during his/her bond period, he/she shall refund to Party A an amount calculated using the above for
16、mulae in article4 of Trainee ' s Obliganti.o 本協(xié)議作為雙方簽訂的勞動合同的附件,與勞動合同具備同等效力。如果本協(xié)議服務 期在勞動合同期內(nèi),則乙方應按照勞動合同約定期限履行,費用償還則按照本協(xié)議約定執(zhí)行; 如果本協(xié)議服務期超過勞動合同期限,則勞動合同期限相應順延,費用償還按照本協(xié)議約定執(zhí) 行。This Agreement is coequal with the labor contract. If the bond period of this Agreement is within the labor contract period, Party B shall abide by the labor contract obligations while training sponsorship amount will be determined by this Agreement. If the bond of this Agreement is longer than the labor contract period, the labor contract will
