19、子說(shuō)：“唉，紅頭，這是什么話，你同我們走吧，我們到不來(lái)梅去。你無(wú)論到哪里，總比死好一點(diǎn)。你有一個(gè)好嗓子。如果我們一起奏樂(lè)，一定很有趣。”這辦法公雞同意了，于是它們四個(gè)一起走去。但是它們一天不能走到不來(lái)梅，晚上來(lái)到一個(gè)霖林里, 要在那里過(guò)夜。驢子和狗躺到一棵大樹(shù)下面；貓和公雞爬到樹(shù)枝當(dāng)中；但是公雞飛到樹(shù)尖上，它在那里是最安全了。公雞在睡覺(jué)以前，還四面八方看了一遍，看見(jiàn)遠(yuǎn)處有一點(diǎn)火星，就對(duì)它的同伴說(shuō)，不遠(yuǎn)一定有房子，因?yàn)橛袩酎c(diǎn)著。驢子說(shuō)：“那么我們應(yīng)該起身到那里去，因?yàn)檫@個(gè)注的地方不好?！惫废?，那里也許有兒塊骨頭，上面說(shuō)不定還有點(diǎn)肉呢，到那里去對(duì)于它也很好啊。于是他們就起身到點(diǎn)著燈的地方去了。不久它們看到燈光明亮了，而且越來(lái)越明亮。它們一直走到一座照得通明的強(qiáng)盜房子跟前。驢子最高大，它走到窗戶跟前往里面看。公雞問(wèn)：“灰馬，你看見(jiàn)了什么東西？”驢子回答說(shuō)：“我看見(jiàn)的東西嗎？一張桌子上鋪著桌布，上面放著很好的食物和飲料；強(qiáng)盜們坐在旁邊大吃大喝?！惫u說(shuō)：“但愿是我們的?！斌H子說(shuō)：“啊，是的，是的，但愿我們坐在那里！”于是它們商量，怎樣才能趕走強(qiáng)盜。最后他們想出一個(gè)辦法。驢子把前腳爬在窗
