6、6KB-501X/KB-501SG點(diǎn)型氣體探測(cè)器產(chǎn)品使用說(shuō)明書(shū)7KB-501X/KB-501SG點(diǎn)型氣體探測(cè)器產(chǎn)品使用說(shuō)明書(shū)4接線說(shuō)明#KB-501X/KB-501SG點(diǎn)型氣體探測(cè)器產(chǎn)品使用說(shuō)明書(shū)KB-501SG型氣體探測(cè)器接線注意事項(xiàng)：探測(cè)器如上5.1安裝位置和5.2安裝方法固定牢固后， 將探測(cè)器的前 蓋旋下，擰開(kāi)接線螺母，取出接線孔中的防爆墊片，然后將四芯傳輸電 纜依次穿上接線螺母、墊圈、橡膠密封圈，并從接線孔穿入至殼體內(nèi)。 根據(jù)防爆要求，未使用到的接線孔請(qǐng)勿將其中的防爆墊片取出，探測(cè)器 殼體及內(nèi)部電路板上的所有部件請(qǐng)勿隨意丟棄。將導(dǎo)線按標(biāo)記分別接到殼體內(nèi)對(duì)應(yīng)的接線端子上，檢查接線正確無(wú)

7、誤后，再將殼體內(nèi)多余的電纜線抽出，最后將壓緊螺母擰緊，壓緊橡膠 密封圈，抱緊電纜線(隔爆設(shè)計(jì)要求)。使用防爆軟管時(shí)也可與本探測(cè)器直接連接?？刂破骱吞綔y(cè)器之間，用線徑不小于RVVF3X 1.5mm2 (< 1000m) 三芯電纜連接。各環(huán)節(jié)連接檢查無(wú)誤后，將前蓋旋緊。根據(jù)用戶(hù)現(xiàn)場(chǎng)條件，也可先把電纜接好，再將探測(cè)器固定。5操作說(shuō)明儀器開(kāi)機(jī)后會(huì)進(jìn)入 30秒預(yù)熱倒計(jì)時(shí)，然后依次顯示以下信息軟件版本低報(bào)值高報(bào)值滿(mǎn)量程濃度單位遙控器按鍵由確認(rèn)、設(shè)置、取消、+、-、輔助4 （左移位）、輔助6 （右移位）7個(gè)按鍵組成。注意：“設(shè)置”鍵，“確認(rèn)”鍵，“取消”鍵都是單次觸發(fā)按鍵，即使一直 按鍵也只能觸發(fā)一次

8、，兩次按鍵之間要有1s以上間隔；“ + ”鍵，“”鍵為連續(xù)觸發(fā)鍵，一直按鍵可重復(fù)觸發(fā)。功能設(shè)置必須按“確認(rèn)”鍵以 后才會(huì)生效，設(shè)置完畢后需按“取消”鍵退出設(shè)置才能回到正常狀態(tài)。有 效設(shè)置內(nèi)容可斷電保持，直到下次更改生效為止。顯示狀態(tài)說(shuō)明：1正常：數(shù)碼管顯示“ XXXX % LEL（XXXX為正常值），指示燈不亮；2故障指示：數(shù)碼管顯示“ FAUL'，故障燈（黃色）亮；3 一級(jí)報(bào)警：數(shù)碼管顯示“ XXXX % LEL（XXXX為大于等于一級(jí)報(bào)警值小于二級(jí)報(bào)警值），一級(jí)報(bào)警燈（紅色）亮（回落時(shí)需低于一級(jí)報(bào)警值 再減回差值才能取消一級(jí)報(bào)警）；4二級(jí)報(bào)警：數(shù)碼管顯示“ XXXX % LEL（X

9、XXX為大于等于二級(jí)報(bào)警值）， 一級(jí)報(bào)警燈（紅色）和二級(jí)報(bào)警燈（紅色）亮（回落時(shí)需低于二級(jí)報(bào)警值再減回差值才能取消二級(jí)報(bào)警）；5 一級(jí)報(bào)警設(shè)置：數(shù)碼管顯示“ P-1 ”，由此可進(jìn)入一級(jí)報(bào)警設(shè)置；6二級(jí)報(bào)警設(shè)置：數(shù)碼管顯示“ P-2 ”，由此可進(jìn)入二級(jí)報(bào)警設(shè)置；7零點(diǎn)校正：需要密碼進(jìn)入（參照5.3）;8單點(diǎn)標(biāo)定：需要密碼進(jìn)入（參照 5.4）；5.1 一級(jí)報(bào)警點(diǎn)設(shè)置由正常狀態(tài)按“設(shè)置”鍵一次，顯示“一”，按“確認(rèn)”鍵，顯示“P1 ”閃爍再次按“確認(rèn)”鍵即顯示默認(rèn)一級(jí)報(bào)警值（低報(bào)警值），需要改動(dòng)此值時(shí)可按“ + ”鍵或“-”鍵增加或減少一級(jí)報(bào)警點(diǎn)值（可燃?xì)?體：范圍在1025;有毒氣體：根據(jù)不同氣體

11、 按“取消”鍵退出，回到正常狀態(tài)。5.3零點(diǎn)校正1、將氣體探測(cè)器置于潔凈空氣中；2、按說(shuō)明書(shū)給探測(cè)器接入 DC24V電源；3、 按“設(shè)置”鍵一次，屏幕顯示“-”，通過(guò)“移位”鍵和“ +”、“-” 鍵輸入“ SOE，按“確認(rèn)”鍵即進(jìn)入零點(diǎn)標(biāo)定狀態(tài)，待采樣值穩(wěn)定后，按“確認(rèn)”鍵保存，儀器自動(dòng)退出標(biāo)定狀態(tài)。 注意一定要放在潔凈空氣環(huán)境中，不可在正常工作時(shí)進(jìn)行此項(xiàng)設(shè)置。5.4單點(diǎn)標(biāo)定傳感器使用一定時(shí)間后，將由于飄移而導(dǎo)致測(cè)量結(jié)果產(chǎn)生誤差，為 了方便用戶(hù)自行校正，KB-501XKB-501SG 具有單點(diǎn)校正功能。1、 按說(shuō)明書(shū)給探測(cè)器接入DC24V電源；2、 按“設(shè)置”鍵一次，屏幕顯示“-”，通過(guò)“移位

12、”鍵和“ +”、“-” 鍵輸入“ CAE，按“確認(rèn)”鍵 即進(jìn)入高點(diǎn)標(biāo)定狀態(tài)；3、通入指定濃度的標(biāo)準(zhǔn)氣體，待采樣值穩(wěn)定后，按“確認(rèn)”鍵后進(jìn)入濃 度值調(diào)整狀態(tài)，將此數(shù)值調(diào)整為與通入標(biāo)準(zhǔn)氣體的濃度值一致后，再按“確認(rèn)鍵”保存，儀器自動(dòng)退出標(biāo)定狀態(tài)。注意正確操作，不可在正常工作時(shí)進(jìn)行此項(xiàng)設(shè)置。6常見(jiàn)故障及解決辦法故障現(xiàn)象故障原因處理方式顯示“ FAUL'故障接線錯(cuò)誤斷線 或傳感器壞重新接線或更換傳感器對(duì)檢測(cè)氣體無(wú)反應(yīng)傳感器壞更換傳感器電路故障廠家維修與控制器連接異常布線故障檢杳線路電路故障廠家維修7注意事項(xiàng)a）本機(jī)需在無(wú)腐蝕性氣體、油煙、塵埃并防雨的場(chǎng)所使用，防止從高 處跌落或受劇烈震動(dòng)。b）

13、探頭處不得有快速流動(dòng)氣體直接吹過(guò)，否則會(huì)影響測(cè)試結(jié)果。c）勿使本機(jī)經(jīng)常接觸濃度高于檢測(cè)范圍以上的高濃度氣樣，否則會(huì)損 失傳感器工作壽命。d）對(duì)于混合性可燃?xì)怏w或液體蒸氣等監(jiān)測(cè)氣樣與標(biāo)定氣樣不同的環(huán)境，本機(jī)檢測(cè)結(jié)果會(huì)與實(shí)際氣體濃度有一定誤差。e）本機(jī)出廠前均經(jīng)嚴(yán)密檢查測(cè)試，為保證測(cè)量精度，應(yīng)定期進(jìn)行校準(zhǔn) 標(biāo)定，一般半年校準(zhǔn)一次，也可根據(jù)現(xiàn)場(chǎng)有關(guān)規(guī)定進(jìn)行。f）推薦催化燃燒式傳感器使用壽命為三年，電化學(xué)傳感器使用壽命為 二年。g）紅外遙控器不使用時(shí)請(qǐng)將電池取出，以增長(zhǎng)使用壽命和避免泄露對(duì) 遙控器的影響。8保修與維護(hù)本產(chǎn)品保修期一年，正常使用情況出現(xiàn)故障，可享受免費(fèi)工廠維修、 維護(hù)服務(wù)。對(duì)于人為及自然
