159、冊為指南,不斷進 取,共創(chuàng)美好明天。最后,誠摯地祝愿大家在豪盛企業(yè)事業(yè)成功。公 司 簡 介總經(jīng)理:莊蘇濱豪盛公司座落于哈爾濱市香坊區(qū)經(jīng)濟開發(fā)區(qū)石化大廈寫字樓二層,建筑面積 1000M2,由哈爾濱豪盛裝飾工程公司設計與裝修。 地址:哈爾濱市香坊區(qū)衡山路 18 號石化大廈二層 郵編:150036電話真用條件員工來源:公司所需員工,將面向社會公開招選,包括大學畢業(yè)生、職校畢業(yè)生及在 職技術(shù)員等。所錄用的正式員工,均實行勞動合同制。試用期:新員工將接受為期三個月的試用期,如需延長試用期則以不超過 1 個月為 限。在試用期內(nèi)人事部將對新員工的工作進

160、行審查,以確定是否符合工作標準, 如不符合工作標準,則予以辭退。調(diào)職及降級: 根據(jù)工作需要及員工表現(xiàn),員工可被調(diào)職、晉升或降級至其他職位或部門,薪金及福利亦會相應調(diào)整。 工資:員工工資按勞動合同規(guī)定發(fā)放于公司規(guī)定之日期以現(xiàn)金的形式發(fā)放。員工之每月工資包括基本工資、伙食補貼?;竟べY按薪級而定。其中伙食補貼為 浮動工資,放假期間取消。職級: 公司依據(jù)員工所在不同部門、不同崗位承擔不同責任劃分以下級別: 董事長級總經(jīng)理級 副總級 部門主管級 一般員工級工作時間:員工每周工作時間四十小時(不包括用膳時間),每天工作時間為 8:0011:30;13:0017:00,員工午休時間為 11:3013:00

161、,午休時間 禁止玩撲克、麻將等賭博性娛樂,公司設有乒乓球、跳棋、軍棋、象棋、圍棋 等供員工午休自由娛樂。各員工必須嚴格遵守工作時間。加班: 如員工在規(guī)定時間以外加班,員工應根據(jù)工作需要服從公司安排。公司以年終獎金方式給予補償。 曠工:凡事先未辦請假手續(xù)而無故缺勤或請假未準即私自休假者為曠工。曠工除 被違紀處罰及扣除當日工資外。另按公司罰款處理,曠工三天或以上者,按除名處理。終止合約: 試用期內(nèi),任何一方都可提出終止合約,第一個月內(nèi),雙方均可隨時提出終止合約;第二個月內(nèi),雙方均可提前 4 天終止合約,如未提前 7 天通知對方 終止合約,則以 7 天工資代補償。試用期滿后,、任何一方需終止合約必須

162、提前 一個月以書面通知另一方。雙方亦有權(quán)以現(xiàn)金補償通知。在特殊情況下,例如: 員工犯有嚴重過失,公司可立即解除合約,而無需事先通知。亦不需作出賠償。 裁員:因經(jīng)營政策、技術(shù)、經(jīng)濟、政治或其他不可抗逆條件影響下,公司有權(quán)裁 減員工,有關(guān)裁減數(shù)量及裁員補償,公司將根據(jù)國家政策執(zhí)行。員工福利法定假期: 所有員工可享有國家規(guī)定的以下法定假日,如因業(yè)務需要,在法定假日不能休假,將由公司安排以年終獎金形式補償,1 、元旦2、勞動節(jié)3、國慶節(jié)4 、春節(jié) 福利假:年前因無工程需要,可放帶薪假,年滿工作 5 年以上者,每年可休假二天, 休假需一次性提取,不能累積,逾期視為自動放棄。事假: 如無充分理由,員工不得

163、請事假。凡有特殊原因而請事假者,應提前報批請假申請表,經(jīng)部門經(jīng)理和行政副總、總經(jīng)理批準后,方可休假,否則按曠工 論,事假扣除當日工資。病假:1、員工患病申請病假,必須附有診斷病歷,經(jīng)部門主管、行政副總、總經(jīng) 理批準方為有效,急診病例,不能趕來公司,應于公司上班時間前通知部門主 管,逐級通知,并在第二天回公司補辦休假手續(xù),病假期間在考勤時連續(xù)計算, 包括公休日和法定假日,病假按日工資 50%扣除。2、公司員工可享用帶薪病假一天,超出部分按無薪假處理,此假期僅限于 有病時享用,不可預提,過月自動作廢。3、員工確實由于患慢性病或特別疾病不能上班,需要住院或長期病休,經(jīng) 公司管理當局批準,可按在本公司

164、的工作年限給予 36 個月的醫(yī)療期,醫(yī)療期 前三個月享有一定的比例工資,后三個月做無薪處理。工作年限待遇享受工資待遇15 年(含 5 年)月工資的 55%510 年(含 10 年)月工資的 65%1015 年(含 15 年)月工資的 80%15 年以上月工資的 100% 醫(yī)療期滿后仍不能上班工作的員工,公司可與其解除合同。婚假: 凡在公司工作滿一年以上員工可持結(jié)婚證書申請有薪婚假三天,若符合晚婚年齡,男 25 歲,女 23 歲,享有按國家規(guī)定的婚假(包括法定假和公休日) 婚假須在結(jié)婚證填發(fā)三個月內(nèi)使用,逾期無效。婚假需提前 30 天申請,并向行 政主管出示結(jié)婚證明副本。產(chǎn)假: 工作滿一年半的女

165、正式員工可申請產(chǎn)假,產(chǎn)假期限為一個月,延期可按事假論。產(chǎn)假需三十天前申請。 慰問假:員工的直系親屬(包括父母、配偶、子女)去世,公司將給予三天慰問假, 雇員之祖父母或兄弟姐妹去世可享用一天慰問假,員工需填寫假期申請表,并 附上有關(guān)證明。護理假: 男員工在妻子分娩后十日內(nèi)享有三天有薪護理假日。申請該假期應附上有關(guān)出生證明。養(yǎng)老保險:公司正式員工,試用期三個月后,公司為其購買社會養(yǎng)老保險。員工退休 后,可按國家規(guī)定享受有關(guān)規(guī)定享有有關(guān)退休福利。節(jié)日福利: 公司每年在端午節(jié)、中秋節(jié)、春節(jié)向員工發(fā)放節(jié)日福利品。文體活動: 公司將為員工組織各種文體活動,以促進員工的身體健康和活躍文化生活,增強企業(yè)的凝聚

166、力。 獎勵:凡表現(xiàn)優(yōu)秀對公司作出貢獻的員工,公司將會視其具體情況給予物質(zhì)或精 神方面的獎勵。年終獎金: 依據(jù)公司當前的經(jīng)營和盈利狀況,管理層將會考慮為員工發(fā)放年終獎金,員工的工作表現(xiàn)和出勤情況將作為獎金計算的參考,員工于獎金發(fā)放日,仍受 聘于本公司,方能獲發(fā)獎金。公司守則聘用關(guān)系:上下級之間,員工之間應以禮相待,互相合作,員工應切實執(zhí)行直屬上級 指派的任務,遇疑難和不滿,應從速向上級請示,以示妥善處理。員工出勤:1、員工應必須準時上班,在工作時間內(nèi)未經(jīng)部門經(jīng)理批準,不得無故早退 或擅離職守。2、職工在休假期間不能隨意返回公司。 儀表儀容:男士:1、頭發(fā):保證整齊、干凈。染發(fā)只能黑色。2、胡子:

167、不可留胡子,保持面部干凈。3、指甲:及時清潔和修剪指甲,不可帶有污垢,不能留長指甲。 女士:1、頭發(fā):保持頭發(fā)整齊、清潔,不可染發(fā)(黑色除外)2、化妝:自然簡單不可濃妝艷抹,過分鮮艷。3、指甲:及時清潔和修剪指甲,不可帶有污垢,不能留長指甲。 個人資料:1、員工應如實將個人資料填寫入職位申請表內(nèi),如住址遷移,婚姻狀況,家庭成員等資料有變,應及時告知行政部予以更正。如因資料不詳,有可能引 至日后應有之權(quán)利損失,責任由員工個人自負。2、員工個人資料屬于機密,除行政部專職人員外,其它人員不得隨意查閱 或問訊。申請證明: 凡需公司出具的人事證明,員工必須作出書面申請,經(jīng)部門主管同意后,送交行政部。 工作評估:工作評估用于考核員工表現(xiàn),作為培訓、晉升、薪金調(diào)整和選拔培養(yǎng)的依 據(jù),每年舉行一次,均由主管級以上人員采用鑒定或面談方式進行。吸煙: 除指定區(qū)域和經(jīng)批準辦公室外,任何人均不得隨處吸煙。私人電話: 工作時間內(nèi)除緊急事外,員工不得打或接聽私人電話,否則會影響員工的個人表現(xiàn),嚴重者要受到紀律處分。 離職手續(xù):1、凡離職員工必須在當日內(nèi)到行政部辦理離職手續(xù),未能上交所欠物品者, 公司有權(quán)拒絕發(fā)薪及轉(zhuǎn)出人事
