1、路瀝青路面平整度原影響高速公因分析與對(duì)策 在高速公路建設(shè)中,由于瀝青路面具有表面平整、行車舒適、耐磨抗滑、低噪聲、施工周期短、維修簡(jiǎn)便等特點(diǎn),而被廣泛應(yīng)用。人們乘車在高速公路上行駛,平整度能直接反映高速公路通車后的整體效果,是體現(xiàn)路面使用品質(zhì)與行車舒適性的最直接的外觀指標(biāo)。我公司在滬寧高速公路和南京機(jī)場(chǎng)高速公路瀝青路面施工過程中,嚴(yán)密組織,精心施工,使路面平整度均方差分別達(dá)到0.68和0.55的較高水平,圓滿地完成了爭(zhēng)創(chuàng)國(guó)優(yōu)的目標(biāo)。本文結(jié)合施工實(shí)踐就影響瀝青路面平整度的原因進(jìn)行分析,并提出相應(yīng)對(duì)策。 1、基層施工質(zhì)量的影響 以往“基層不平面層調(diào),下層不平上層找”的老方法,對(duì)平整度要求很高的高速
2、公路來說是根本行不通的。如規(guī)范允許基層頂面偏差10mm,當(dāng)用瀝青混合料將10mm低洼處填平時(shí),盡管表面是鋪平了,但該處多出的10mm松厚經(jīng)壓實(shí)后仍會(huì)出現(xiàn)低洼現(xiàn)象,其深度為10-(101.2)1.7mm(1.2為瀝青混合料平均壓實(shí)系數(shù))。如誤差大于10mm則不平整度將更大,由此可見基層頂面的平整度對(duì)瀝青面層的平整度影響可謂舉足輕重。 1.1 重視基層平整,廠拌混合料攤鋪機(jī)鋪筑 二灰碎石半剛性基層的施工,過去習(xí)慣采用平地機(jī)作業(yè),它的缺點(diǎn)是高程、厚度難以控制,且反復(fù)找平表面容易離析,同時(shí)混合料浪費(fèi)也多。 滬寧和機(jī)場(chǎng)高速公路業(yè)主按新規(guī)范標(biāo)準(zhǔn),提出了混合料集中廠拌、進(jìn)口攤鋪機(jī)鋪筑的高要求,之所以強(qiáng)調(diào)進(jìn)口
3、攤鋪機(jī)主要原因是它能保證所鋪混合料均勻、表面平整,高程、縱橫坡、厚度等指標(biāo)能滿足設(shè)計(jì)要求。實(shí)踐證明進(jìn)口ABG型攤鋪機(jī)鋪筑效果最佳,而國(guó)產(chǎn)攤鋪機(jī)幾次試鋪均未成功。 對(duì)設(shè)計(jì)厚度超過30cm者可分二層鋪筑,攤鋪寬度控制在68m時(shí)平整度效果較好。 1.2 控制混合料的最大粒徑及含水量 為提高基層平整度及方便攤鋪機(jī)鋪筑,基層混合料集料最大粒徑宜適當(dāng)減小。因?yàn)榧狭皆酱螅旌狭显揭桩a(chǎn)生離析,且對(duì)攪拌、攤鋪設(shè)備的磨損也大。因此,適當(dāng)減小集料最大粒徑,有利于攤鋪機(jī)作業(yè)和基層頂面平整度的提高。 另外,混合料施工含水量的控制亦十分重要,含水量過小影響結(jié)構(gòu)的板體形成含水量過大碾壓成型困難,且易形成路面大波浪,致使
4、基層平整度降低,甚至導(dǎo)致結(jié)構(gòu)層收縮開裂。 實(shí)踐表明,提高瀝青路面平整度必須從基層抓起,而提高基層施工質(zhì)量的關(guān)鍵在于采用精良的施工機(jī)械,如好的穩(wěn)定粒料廠拌設(shè)備與進(jìn)口攤鋪機(jī)。 2 施工機(jī)械作業(yè)的影響 2.1 攤鋪機(jī) 2.1.1 基準(zhǔn)鋼絲及裝置的準(zhǔn)確程度 在施工中我們采用底面層“走鋼絲”、中、上面層“走雪撬”的基準(zhǔn)控制方法,收到了較好的效果。 底面層施工前,先要張拉好用于承托儀表傳感器的基準(zhǔn)線(23mm鋼絲繩),然后設(shè)好各樁(樁距10m),根據(jù)測(cè)量的掛線高確定各樁位鋼絲的高度。應(yīng)精心測(cè)量、認(rèn)真調(diào)整,并檢查鋼絲拉力不得小于784N。否則,由于測(cè)量不準(zhǔn)、量線失誤或拉力不夠鋼絲下?lián)系榷紩?huì)通過架設(shè)在鋼絲上的
5、儀表反映到攤鋪路段上,造成路面波浪狀起伏,影響平整度。 在滬寧高速公路瀝青上面層施工中我們采用了自制移動(dòng)式基準(zhǔn)梁,長(zhǎng)度為10m,攤鋪精度達(dá)到平整度均方差0.68。為了實(shí)現(xiàn)南京機(jī)場(chǎng)高速公路平整度0.60以下的高標(biāo)準(zhǔn),又引進(jìn)美國(guó)布魯諾克斯公司生產(chǎn)的移動(dòng)式基準(zhǔn)梁。該裝置長(zhǎng)16.77m,在攤鋪機(jī)前面的基準(zhǔn)梁上裝有2×12個(gè)可上下伸縮的“雪撬”板,后基準(zhǔn)梁上裝有2×16個(gè)可上下伸縮的橡膠輪,前后基準(zhǔn)梁在攤鋪機(jī)大臂處鉸接,可消除下層局部不平整,將原有路面縱坡(通過前基準(zhǔn)梁獲得)和新鋪層(通過后基準(zhǔn)梁獲得)的平均高程結(jié)合在一起,與“走鋼絲”及自制雪撬相比,攤鋪精度明顯提高,從而提高了路面
6、平整度。 2.1.2 攤鋪機(jī)儀表性能及微調(diào)器的正確使用 路面標(biāo)高的控制是靠?jī)x表來實(shí)現(xiàn)的。攤鋪機(jī)帶全自動(dòng)調(diào)平裝置,能夠根據(jù)自動(dòng)找平儀的指令達(dá)到設(shè)計(jì)高程,這樣鋪筑的路面平整度好。如儀表反映遲緩,加上微調(diào)器使用不當(dāng)升降太快均會(huì)反映到新鋪路面上,影響平整度。 2.1.3 攤鋪機(jī)熨平板加熱及調(diào)整 在滬寧高速公路、南京機(jī)場(chǎng)高速公路施工中,我們使用了德國(guó)產(chǎn)ABG422型、ABG311型、VOGELE2000型、VOGELE1800型攤鋪機(jī)。這四種攤鋪機(jī)的熨平板加熱裝置中ABG型屬于液化氣加熱,VOGELE型屬于電加熱。攤鋪前,如果熨平板加熱溫度不夠或加熱不均勻,攤鋪時(shí)會(huì)造成溫度較高的混合料與溫度較低的熨平板
7、粘結(jié),使得攤鋪層面出,現(xiàn)拉毛、小坑洞、深槽等不規(guī)則的凹凸不平。因此,攤鋪前熨平板溫度必須加熱到85°90°。 另外,攤鋪前一定要認(rèn)真檢查熨平板的平直度,若有正拱或反拱現(xiàn)象,則必須調(diào) 整撐拉熨平板的拉桿長(zhǎng)度,使熨平板下表面同屬一坡度,以確保路面橫向平整度。 2.1.4 攤鋪機(jī)振搗器、夯錘對(duì)路面平整度的影響 振搗器、夯錘的頻率與攤鋪速度、混合料級(jí)配、溫度和厚度等有很大的關(guān)系,應(yīng)按使用說明書規(guī)定認(rèn)真選定合適的頻率。如果攤鋪較薄的上面層,振搗器、夯錘頻率過大會(huì)造成熨平板共振,使攤鋪機(jī)找平裝置處于不穩(wěn)定狀態(tài)而影響平整度。同時(shí),應(yīng)經(jīng)常檢查振搗器、夯錘皮帶,皮帶過于松弛會(huì)使振搗頻率、夯實(shí)
8、次數(shù)快慢不一,形成路面“搓板”。 2.1.5 校正行駛方向引起路面不平整 攤鋪機(jī)行駛方向發(fā)生偏斜時(shí),必須及時(shí)校正。此時(shí),攤鋪機(jī)履帶一邊前進(jìn),另一邊緩慢前進(jìn),快的一邊熨平板前方會(huì)有一個(gè)向前抬高的小臺(tái)階,慢的一邊熨平板后端會(huì)有一個(gè)向后推擠的小臺(tái)階,影響路面平整度,應(yīng)在碾壓時(shí)采取措施予以消除。 此類校正行駛方向出現(xiàn)的小臺(tái)階,在曲線半徑較小的路段容易產(chǎn)生。 2.2 壓路機(jī) 路面平整度好壞的關(guān)鍵在攤鋪機(jī),但與壓路機(jī)的碾壓有著不可分割的關(guān)系。合理的碾壓工藝與正確的碾壓操作是保證路面平整度的重要手段。 2.2.1 碾壓方式及碾壓速度的控制 碾壓瀝青混合料應(yīng)采用組合碾壓的方式,初壓時(shí)首先采用雙鋼輪壓路機(jī),碾壓
9、2遍,速度為1.52kmh;復(fù)壓緊接在初壓后進(jìn)行,應(yīng)采用重型輪胎壓路機(jī),碾壓45遍,速度為3.54.5kmh;終壓采用雙鋼輪壓路機(jī),碾壓2遍,速度為2.53.5kmh。碾壓時(shí)除按規(guī)范標(biāo)準(zhǔn)進(jìn)行外,應(yīng)注意碾壓路線和方向不得突然改變,以免使混合料產(chǎn)生推移或發(fā)裂。 2.2.2 碾壓溫度的控制 瀝青混合料的溫度控制是瀝青路面施工過程中的關(guān)鍵,現(xiàn)場(chǎng)應(yīng)有專人負(fù)責(zé)對(duì)來料車、攤鋪后、碾壓前、碾壓中及碾壓終了的溫度進(jìn)行測(cè)試。碾壓應(yīng)在混合料較高溫度下進(jìn)行最為有利,一般初壓不低于120°,復(fù)壓不低于90°,終壓完成時(shí)不低于70°。溫度越高越容易提高路面的平整度與壓實(shí)度,溫度偏低導(dǎo)致瀝青混

14、格的混合料。人工填平混合料不可能達(dá)到攤鋪機(jī)鋪筑的水平,必然會(huì)影響路面平整度。 3.6 橋頭與伸縮縫的處理 平整度好的路面,必須與減少和消除橋頭跳車相結(jié)合,才能解決好高速公路的行車舒適問題。滬寧高速公路與南京機(jī)場(chǎng)高速公路高度重視橋頭跳車問題,如采取先填路堤后鉆樁,采用工程性質(zhì)良好的材料填筑橋頭路堤,用手扶震動(dòng)壓路機(jī)處理邊角以減少橋頭路堤日后的沉降,收到了很好的效果。由于車輛在高速公路上高速行駛時(shí)產(chǎn)生的沖擊力大,國(guó)產(chǎn)橡膠板式伸縮縫經(jīng)受不了大交通量高速行車的沖擊。因此,滬寧、南京機(jī)場(chǎng)高速公路對(duì)大、中橋橋面伸縮縫一律采用自德國(guó)進(jìn)口和中德合資江蘇毛勒橋梁附件有限公司生產(chǎn)的毛勒伸縮縫,這種伸縮縫是當(dāng)今國(guó)際
15、上公認(rèn)的性能可靠且又耐久的橋面伸縮裝置,安裝使用效果明顯,橋面行車平穩(wěn)舒適,接縫處無跳車現(xiàn)象。 4 路面結(jié)構(gòu)類型與平整度的關(guān)系 施工中發(fā)現(xiàn),采用相同的攤鋪機(jī)和相同的碾壓工藝,攤鋪不同類型的路面結(jié)構(gòu)層,其各自的平整度不同。相同的厚度,開級(jí)配料由于其混合料松鋪系數(shù)較密級(jí)配大,所以平整度不如密級(jí)配。在同一級(jí)配條件下,厚度小的結(jié)構(gòu)層比厚度大的平整度好。 5 結(jié)束語(yǔ) 瀝青路面平整度涉及的面很廣,影響因素很多,關(guān)系到路基、路面施工全過程,情況復(fù)雜,有的是機(jī)械性能引起,有的則是人為操作、安排失誤造成,我們只有在充分研究分析產(chǎn)生的原因后,才能對(duì)癥下藥抓好施工中的每一細(xì)小環(huán)節(jié)。瀝青路面平整度是施工機(jī)械、人員素質(zhì)
