6、交的費(fèi)用概不發(fā)還。（4） 任何隊(duì)伍如接獲裁判團(tuán)兩次警告（黃牌），即被取消該場(chǎng)比賽資格，包括非君子行為及違規(guī)動(dòng)作，例如：以槳葉大力拍打水面以製造啪聲、故意在起步時(shí)偷步、對(duì)大會(huì)工作人員無(wú)禮等。（5） 賽日租用休憩帳篷出租，位於司令臺(tái)兩側(cè)。費(fèi)用為每個(gè)500元，有關(guān)使用條款及橫額尺寸限制，見(jiàn)參賽手冊(cè)（6） 因終點(diǎn)太近岸，龍頭過(guò)終點(diǎn)後請(qǐng)立即閘水停船。（7） 請(qǐng)沿第6及0線 (後備線)駛出起點(diǎn)。（8） 比賽當(dāng)日設(shè)有紀(jì)念品攤位（9） 比賽當(dāng)日有收費(fèi)車位供應(yīng)，請(qǐng)見(jiàn)另頁(yè)特別通告。（10） 比賽當(dāng)日早上約9時(shí)有領(lǐng)隊(duì)會(huì)議（11） 晉級(jí)規(guī)則a. 初賽時(shí)男子、女子及混合組均每隊(duì)共賽二場(chǎng)，計(jì)算總積分來(lái)決定決賽賽程。b.

7、每場(chǎng)初賽第一至五名依次得5至1分，首名再加1分；缺席(DNS) 或被取消資格者得0分。以累積得分排列初賽總成績(jī)或名次。成績(jī) / 名次 place第1名 (1st )2nd3rd4th5th初賽得分 Score ( points )5+14321c. 如兩隊(duì)同分，則以兩者最後一次同場(chǎng)對(duì)賽時(shí)之勝方為排名高者。如此法不能解決，則以初賽各埸累積時(shí)間及/或裁定團(tuán)之決定為依。d. 每隊(duì)完成所有初賽後之總成績(jī)排名榜將於中午時(shí)公布，男、女子隊(duì)首4名出席金盃賽決賽，其餘安排如下:成績(jī)排名榜第1-4名5-9晉級(jí)決賽名稱金盃決賽碟賽決賽名額45隊(duì)混合組則有少許分別，如下：成績(jī)排名榜第1-5名6-10名11-14名晉

Unless specified , or contradictory, all the terms and regulations existing in the “Rules for Stanley Dragon Boat Championships 2005” or “Racing Manual 2005” (or even more updated version ) The by-laws f

9、or the Warm-up Races are as follows:(2) Team numbers are decided by the sequence of entry. Table of play for the “heats” will be decided by draws, or otherwise the organizer considers fair play. (3) At 7:00 am, if the typhoon signal number 3, or other signal even higher, is still hoisted, or the red

10、 or black rainstorm warning is announced by the observatory, the whole event will be postponed to mid-day. If the weather condition does not improve at one oclock, the whole event will be cancelled. There will not be refund of any fee in such circumstances.(4) Any team which has accumulated 2 warnin

11、gs (yellow cards) from the Judge Panel will be disqualified from that race. This will be rendered in cases like conduct against sportsmanship or fouling of rules, e.g. snapping the blade of the paddle on water, intentional false start, impoliteness to race officials, etc.(5) Race Day Team Booths for

12、 advance order at the rate of HK$500 each. Details of regulations of booth rental and banner size as announced in the race manual should be referred to.(6) The finishing line is very near the shore. Once the “boat head” crosses the finishing line, please hold water and stop the boat immediately.(7)

13、Please use the spare lanes (6 and 0) to row the boat to the start line.(8) Souvenir booth will be available on the race day. Please check our web site for details of merchandise.(9) Parking service available on the race. Please read notice on another page(10) There will be a team managers meeting at

14、 9:00am before the races starts.(11) Race Formata. Teams in all categories will take 2 heats while teams of the Mixed category will take 2 heats. Ladies teams will all go straight into finals with 3 races to decide the final position of trophies to be awarded.b. During the heats, the first to the la

15、st finishes will gain 5 to 1 points accordingly. One extra point will be awarded to the first finish, while absentees (DNS- Do not start ) or those disqualified will gain zero. The total accumulative points gained from all the heats will decide the final score and position of a team in the chart.c.

16、. If two teams get the same points of score, their position in the chart will be decided by the result of their last encounter in the heats. If this method cannot solve the dispute, then accumulated time of the heats may be a factor for the decision of the Judge Panel whose decision will be final.d.

17、 The final score chart will be announced during the lunch break. 19、6 最後修訂以龍會(huì)友 赤柱龍舟協(xié)會(huì) 乃赤柱居民聯(lián)誼會(huì)之附屬組織赤柱居民聯(lián)誼會(huì)發(fā)源於赤柱、植根於赤柱，一直致力推動(dòng)本區(qū)之康樂(lè)及體育活動(dòng)及社區(qū)服務(wù)，亦與龍舟運(yùn)動(dòng)結(jié)下不解之緣，本會(huì)引以為傲。70年代獲政府批地在赤柱灣海濱興建二層式會(huì)所 。2001年正式把龍船組改組及註冊(cè)為赤柱龍舟協(xié)會(huì)，為香港及全球龍舟運(yùn)動(dòng)的發(fā)展肩負(fù)起更重要的角色。2004 年得政府撥地在赤柱正灘加建龍舟基地。Stanley Dragon Boat Association is a subsidiary of Stanley Residents Assn.The Stanley Residents Association origin

20、ated in Stanley, and will keep Stanley as the focal point of its services, which include recreational and sporting activities as well as community welfare. A close tie with the dragon boat fraternity is also a proud tradition of the Association.In the 70s land was granted by the government to build

21、the Club House at the sea side of Stanley Bay. In 2001 our dragon boat task group was reformed and registered as Stanley Dragon Boat Association so as to take up an even more positive role on promoting the sport of dragonboating in Hong Kong and the World. In 2004, a bigger piece of land in Stanley
