2、by China Certification Center for Fire Products, Ministry of Public Security, PRC申請(qǐng)企業(yè)須知1、申請(qǐng)企業(yè)必須嚴(yán)格按照消防類產(chǎn)品型式認(rèn)可實(shí)施規(guī)則中工 廠基本條件的要求建立并實(shí)施有效的質(zhì)量管理，確保企業(yè)的質(zhì)量 保證能力符合實(shí)施規(guī)則的基本要求；2、申請(qǐng)企業(yè)必須符合消防類產(chǎn)品型式認(rèn)可實(shí)施規(guī)則中生產(chǎn)設(shè) 備及檢驗(yàn)設(shè)備的最低配置要求；3、申請(qǐng)企業(yè)須嚴(yán)格遵守型式認(rèn)可程序及時(shí)限要求，正常情況下， 接到工廠檢查通知后的 30 日內(nèi)應(yīng)接受工廠條件檢查， 并應(yīng)在規(guī)定 時(shí)間內(nèi)完成對(duì)不符合項(xiàng)的整改工作， 自抽樣之日起 15 日內(nèi)將樣品 送到

3、指定檢測(cè)機(jī)構(gòu)進(jìn)行檢驗(yàn)，并按期繳納相關(guān)費(fèi)用；如遇特殊原 因，必須及時(shí)通報(bào)公安部消防產(chǎn)品合格評(píng)定中心；4、申請(qǐng)企業(yè)獲證后，必須嚴(yán)格按照消防類產(chǎn)品型式認(rèn)可實(shí)施規(guī) 則的規(guī)定，正確使用型式認(rèn)可證書和標(biāo)志。對(duì)有違規(guī)者，公安 部消防產(chǎn)品合格評(píng)定中心將進(jìn)行嚴(yán)肅處理。5、申請(qǐng)企業(yè)獲證后， 所生產(chǎn)及銷售的產(chǎn)品必須與發(fā)證檢驗(yàn)樣品保 持一致，產(chǎn)品質(zhì)量必須符合型式認(rèn)可規(guī)則和相關(guān)標(biāo)準(zhǔn)要求。若必 須對(duì)涉及產(chǎn)品一致性的關(guān)鍵因素，如關(guān)鍵原器件、原材料、關(guān)鍵 設(shè)計(jì)及主要生產(chǎn)工藝發(fā)生變更，以及生產(chǎn)場(chǎng)地搬遷、法人及主要 技術(shù)人員發(fā)生變更時(shí)，獲證企業(yè)必須及時(shí)向公安部消防產(chǎn)品合格 評(píng)定中心申報(bào)，由中心按照消防類產(chǎn)品型式認(rèn)可實(shí)施規(guī)則要 求

4、安排確認(rèn)工作。未經(jīng)中心確認(rèn)，不得生產(chǎn)及銷售產(chǎn)品，對(duì)違規(guī) 者，公安部消防產(chǎn)品合格評(píng)定中心將進(jìn)行嚴(yán)肅處理，由此而導(dǎo)致 的一切責(zé)任均由違規(guī)企業(yè)承擔(dān)。The Notice of the Applica nt1. The applicant must measure up the lowest configuration requirement of producing equipment and checking equipment that refers to the The Implement Rules Of The fire fighting product Type-Approval.3. The applicant must follow the authentic

6、ation procedure and the time limit requirement. In normal condition, the enterprise should accept the work condition inspection within 30 days after receive the information, and finish the modificati on of the un accepted item within stated time. The en terprise should send the sample to the appo in

7、 ted exam ine in stituti on in 15days after thein specti on, and pay for the related bill. The en terprise should declare to CCCF in time if there is any special case.4. After getting the certificate, the applicant must follow the implement rules strictly and use authorized certificate and symbol co

8、rrectly. CCCF will sternly punish the foul.5. After getting the certificate, the applicant must keep the products they produce and sell the same with the in spect ing samples. The quality of the products must measure up the authe nticati on regulati ons and the correlative sta ndards. If the some ke

9、y factors that related to the coherenceof the products have to be modified, such as key source apparatus, raw material, core design and primary produce tech niq ue, as well as the workplace, juridical pers on and key tech ni cal pers onnel cha nge, the en terprise must declare to CCCF. And CCCF vali

10、dates the situation according to the implement rules. The enterprise can't produce and sell any products without the validati on. CCCF will ster nly punish the foul.
