1、CP743電圖指導(dǎo)手冊(cè)明此電圖指導(dǎo)手冊(cè),可方初學(xué)者學(xué)習(xí)FUJI高速貼片機(jī)CP743電氣回,以快速掌握相關(guān)知;也可方維修者維修考,以低維修工時(shí)。此電圖維修指導(dǎo)手冊(cè)主要考本資-CP743 Mechanical Reference 和 CP743 Electrical Schematic.第一章-概要(Overview對(duì)於電氣回講,CP743ME與CP743E完全一致,下面就以CP743E的示意圖,明機(jī)器各控制箱的位置以及主要功用。 Picture 1明:Breaker box:Breaker box 內(nèi)主要是機(jī)臺(tái)外接電源總開(kāi)關(guān),CP743外接電源為3相380v,為3相4線電源,其中3線為380v電

2、源線,另外1線為接地線(PE。此外接電源在breaker box中接入機(jī)臺(tái),由breaker box中轉(zhuǎn)至transformer box,再由transformer 將380v的電源轉(zhuǎn)換為機(jī)臺(tái)所需電源。Control box 1: 圖解M1MS2XM1CP11M1CP12M1CP21M1CP22M1CP23M1CP24M1TR1XM1MS4XM1MS5XM1MS1X1M1MS6XM1MS1XM1MS1XM1MS3XM10L4XM10L5XM1CR1X1M2CR7XM2CR8XM2CR9XCNC13CNC14CNC15CNC12CNC16CNC11M1MS4X->Vacuum pump m

4、24v電源,主要To conveyor with generation ,本公司CP743設(shè)備均無(wú)此功能。(M1REC2位於control box 2P4M1MS10X->控制由M1REC10產(chǎn)生的for power ON, OFF的24v直電源;以及控制C-PCI電源回,AC100v電源。(M1REC10位於control box3 P8,5M1MS2X->通過(guò)M1PCB0 RY01 得電吸合,M1CR3X線圈得24V DC,使M1CR3X開(kāi)關(guān)吸合,M1SR1 M1SR2均吸合況下,M1MS2X線圈得100 V AC,使開(kāi)關(guān)吸合,將200 V AC供給servo control

To servo main power (CAM, D1,D2,X main power直接由M1MS2X控制;Y, Z, PQ,FQ,RQ,NC,NZ亦由M1MS2X控制,但中間還通過(guò)M1CP12P3M1OL4X->24v DC,控制V ACUUM PUMP THERMAL OK。(AIR OK 以及THERMAL FUSE OK.P15M1OL5X->24v DC,控制RING BLOW THERMAL OK。(AIR OK 以及THERMAL FUSE OK.P15M1CR1X1->M1PBPL11或M1PBPL21按鈕開(kāi)關(guān)給24v DC線圈供電,使a接點(diǎn)

6、得電吸合,使100v AC control power on-P5,P9M2CR7X->通過(guò)OUTPUT1(CN2 Y026訊號(hào)(24v DC使線圈得電,使a接點(diǎn)吸合將100v AC接通,使M1MS4X線圈得電,再使a接點(diǎn)吸合200 v AC接通,給vacuum pump motor供電。.P25,P6M2CR8X->通過(guò)OUTPUT1(CN2 Y027訊號(hào)(24v DC使線圈得電,使a接點(diǎn)吸合將100v AC接通,使M1MS5X線圈得電,再使a接點(diǎn)吸合200 v AC接通,給ring blow motor供電。.P25,P6M2CR9X->通過(guò)OUTPUT1(CN2 Y02

7、8訊號(hào)(24v DC使線圈得電,使a接點(diǎn)吸合將100v AC接通,使M1MS6X線圈得電,再使a接點(diǎn)吸合200 v AC接通,給oil cooler motor供電。.P25,P6M1CP11->控制200V AC servo control power (CAM , PQ, FQ, NZ, RQ, NC,D1, D2,X,Y,Z,X_FAN,CAM_FAN.P2M1CP12->控制200V AC servo main power(只保護(hù)Y,Z,PQ,FQ,RQ,NC,NZP3M1CP21->保護(hù)system on / off UPS 100v AC P2M1CP22->

8、;保護(hù)控制回(control circuit 100V ACP2M1CP23->保護(hù) power supply 回 100V AC .P2M1CP24->保護(hù)fluorescent lamp (front side and rear side熒光燈-P7M1TR1X->當(dāng)執(zhí)正常關(guān)機(jī)動(dòng)作後,M1TR1X線圈失去100V AC,其b接點(diǎn)會(huì)延時(shí)3min吸合,使延時(shí)繼電器M1TR2X線圈得24V DC,其開(kāi)關(guān)延時(shí)120s斷system on 關(guān)機(jī)完成。?.P9,P5CN-C11-> 接到CONTROL BOX 2 CN-C1MCN-C12-> IN CONVEYOR MO
