1、信息發(fā)布論文：三農(nóng)服務(wù)管理系統(tǒng)之信息發(fā)布子系統(tǒng)的設(shè)計(jì)與實(shí)現(xiàn)【中文摘要】近年來，國家對三農(nóng)逐年投入的增加和加快農(nóng)村信 息化建設(shè),促進(jìn)農(nóng)村現(xiàn)代化進(jìn)程。建設(shè)三農(nóng)信息系統(tǒng)為更好整合我省 現(xiàn)有面對農(nóng)業(yè)、農(nóng)村和農(nóng)民的各類信息服務(wù)網(wǎng)絡(luò)，更好地為廣大農(nóng)民提供全面準(zhǔn)確的信息服務(wù)。系統(tǒng)將充分依托省公眾信息服務(wù)平臺(tái)，統(tǒng) 一信息發(fā)布，實(shí)現(xiàn)各廳局信息發(fā)布制度化、規(guī)范化,更好地為廣大農(nóng)民 及時(shí)提供全面、準(zhǔn)確的生產(chǎn)、生活信息服務(wù)。本文研究如何設(shè)計(jì)和實(shí) 現(xiàn)信息發(fā)布子系統(tǒng)，為各廳局信息發(fā)布提供一個(gè)統(tǒng)一的發(fā)布平臺(tái)。根 據(jù)需求本系統(tǒng)主要實(shí)現(xiàn)的是福建省三農(nóng)服務(wù)管理系統(tǒng)信息發(fā)布子系 統(tǒng)。采用 B/S 架構(gòu),MVC軟件體系結(jié)構(gòu)設(shè)計(jì)模式O

2、racle 作為后臺(tái)數(shù)據(jù) 庫開發(fā)設(shè)計(jì)。總體的系統(tǒng)框架采用的是當(dāng)今主流的三層體系結(jié)構(gòu)，分為表現(xiàn)層、業(yè)務(wù)邏輯層和數(shù)據(jù)訪問層，降低了層與層之間的耦合性，增強(qiáng)了系統(tǒng)的靈活性，減少了系統(tǒng)的開發(fā)和維護(hù)成本。MVC 設(shè)計(jì)模式 用以實(shí)現(xiàn)系統(tǒng)的業(yè)務(wù)流程Struts 用來實(shí)現(xiàn)表現(xiàn)層，Weblogic Server 用來進(jìn)行軟件的部署及提供連接池方式訪問后臺(tái)數(shù)據(jù)庫。本文對信息發(fā)布子系統(tǒng)進(jìn)行了充分的需求分析和業(yè)務(wù)功能設(shè)計(jì)，并使用 JBuilder 平臺(tái)進(jìn)行系統(tǒng)的開發(fā)。信息發(fā)布子系統(tǒng)實(shí)現(xiàn)對信息文檔從創(chuàng)建到發(fā)布 的全過程管理。根據(jù)需求分析本系統(tǒng)主要提供三大功能模塊：發(fā)布流 程模板模塊、發(fā)布流程模塊、發(fā)布流程節(jié)點(diǎn)模塊。其中

3、發(fā)布流程模板 模塊是信息發(fā)布的基礎(chǔ)和前提，主要負(fù)責(zé)發(fā)布流程節(jié)點(diǎn)的設(shè)置。發(fā)布流程模塊實(shí)現(xiàn)從發(fā)布流程模板創(chuàng)建流程以及設(shè)置發(fā)布流程各節(jié)點(diǎn)用戶。發(fā)布流程節(jié)點(diǎn)模塊主要實(shí)現(xiàn)發(fā)布流程各節(jié)點(diǎn)的操作。本文對以上三個(gè)模塊進(jìn)行了詳細(xì)的設(shè)計(jì)和實(shí)現(xiàn)?！居⑽恼縄n recent years,our country has in creased its capitalspending year after year on three agriculture and atte nded to speed uprural In formatio nizatio n and accelerate the process of
