1、TD-LTE網(wǎng)絡(luò)性能KPI(切換成功率)優(yōu)化手冊1 切換成功率定義說明1.1 指標公式指標名稱集團規(guī)范公式NSN映射公式切換成功率(eNB間S1切換出成功次數(shù)+ eNB間X2切換出成功次數(shù)+ eNB內(nèi)切換出成功次數(shù))/(eNB間S1切換出請求次數(shù)+ eNB間X2切換出請求次數(shù)+ eNB內(nèi)切換出請求次數(shù))*100%100* sum(M8009C7 + M8014C7 + M8014C19) / sum(M8009C6 + M8014C0 + M8014C14)1.2 COUNTER定義1.2.1 集團規(guī)范定義1、eNB間S1切換出請求次數(shù): 源eNB向MME發(fā)送的“切換請求”消息(HANDOVE
2、R REQUIRED)(3GPP TS 36.413),指示eNB間通過S1接口的切換出準備請求。向不同小區(qū)發(fā)送的同一切換準備請求,需要重復統(tǒng)計。2、eNB間S1切換出成功次數(shù):源eNB收到MME發(fā)送的“UE上下文釋放命令”消息(UE CONTEXT RELEASE COMMAND)(3GPP TS 36.413),指示eNB間通過S1接口的切換出執(zhí)行成功。3、eNB間X2切換出請求次數(shù):源eNB向目標eNB發(fā)送的“切換請求”消息(HANDOVER REQUEST)(3GPP TS 36.423),指示eNB間通過X2接口的切換出準備請求。向不同小區(qū)發(fā)送的同一切換準備請求,重復統(tǒng)計。4、eNB
3、間X2切換出成功次數(shù):源eNB收到目標eNB發(fā)送的“UE上下文釋放”消息(UE CONTEXT RELEASE)(3GPP TS 36.423),指示eNB間通過X2接口的切換出執(zhí)行成功。5、eNB內(nèi)切換出請求次數(shù):eNB向UE發(fā)送攜帶mobilityControlInfo 的“RRC連接重配置”消息(RRCConnectionReconfiguration),指示eNB內(nèi)小區(qū)間切換出請求。(3GPP TS 36.331)6、eNB內(nèi)切換出成功次數(shù):eNB收到UE發(fā)送的“RRC連接重配置完成”消息(RRCConnectionReconfigurationComplete),指示eNB內(nèi)小區(qū)間切

Updated to the source cell.8、M8009C8: ENB_INTRA_HO_FAILUpdated: The counter is updated to the source cell when timer THOoverall expires.2 影響切換成功率的因素2.1 從信令流程角度分析(注:個別流程可以會有不同,但大致相當,此處僅以X2切換為例。eNB內(nèi)切換流程更少,eNB間S1切換僅多了有線側(cè)的信令,如果丟失均屬于傳輸側(cè)問題)2.1.1 切換判決階段
25、 (注:此階段不會影響后臺統(tǒng)計切換成功率指標)1)現(xiàn)象:eNB未收到測量報告Ø 覆蓋、干擾等無線環(huán)境問題因PDCCH問題導致UE上發(fā)測量報告的UL GRANT沒有收到;因PUSCH問題導致eNB未收到或收到CRC校驗出錯)Ø UE內(nèi)部處理問題2)現(xiàn)象:eNB未發(fā)送切換請求Ø 參數(shù)問題:如觸發(fā)事件門限過晚等,未及時觸發(fā)測量報告Ø 鄰區(qū)漏配Ø 黑名單2.1.2 切換準備階段1)現(xiàn)象:切換請求發(fā)出,對方未收到Ø 傳輸丟包2)現(xiàn)象:目標小區(qū)拒絕Ø 目標小區(qū)準入控制、容量問題3)現(xiàn)象:目標小區(qū)回準備失敗Ø 已知的有unkno
