1、TD-LTE網(wǎng)絡性能KPI（切換成功率）優(yōu)化手冊1 切換成功率定義說明1.1 指標公式指標名稱集團規(guī)范公式NSN映射公式切換成功率（eNB間S1切換出成功次數(shù)+ eNB間X2切換出成功次數(shù)+ eNB內切換出成功次數(shù)）/（eNB間S1切換出請求次數(shù)+ eNB間X2切換出請求次數(shù)+ eNB內切換出請求次數(shù)）*100%100* sum(M8009C7 + M8014C7 + M8014C19) / sum(M8009C6 + M8014C0 + M8014C14)1.2 COUNTER定義1.2.1 集團規(guī)范定義1、eNB間S1切換出請求次數(shù)： 源eNB向MME發(fā)送的“切換請求”消息（HANDOVE

2、R REQUIRED）（3GPP TS 36.413），指示eNB間通過S1接口的切換出準備請求。向不同小區(qū)發(fā)送的同一切換準備請求，需要重復統(tǒng)計。2、eNB間S1切換出成功次數(shù)：源eNB收到MME發(fā)送的“UE上下文釋放命令”消息（UE CONTEXT RELEASE COMMAND）（3GPP TS 36.413），指示eNB間通過S1接口的切換出執(zhí)行成功。3、eNB間X2切換出請求次數(shù)：源eNB向目標eNB發(fā)送的“切換請求”消息（HANDOVER REQUEST）（3GPP TS 36.423），指示eNB間通過X2接口的切換出準備請求。向不同小區(qū)發(fā)送的同一切換準備請求，重復統(tǒng)計。4、eNB
