10、rittennoticeofpaymentfromPartyA.六、甲方義務(wù)ObligationsofPartyA1.甲方須按時(shí)將房屋及從屬設(shè)施詳見附件交付乙方使用。PartyAwillprovidethepremisesandattachedfacilitiesseetheappendixoffurniturelistfordetailonscheduletoPartyBforusing.2.房屋設(shè)施如因質(zhì)量原因、自然損耗或?yàn)?zāi)害而受到損壞，甲方有修繕并承當(dāng)相關(guān)費(fèi)用的責(zé)任。Incasethepremiseandattachedfacilitiesaredamagedbyqualityprobl

13、aluse.3.未經(jīng)甲方同意，乙方不得將承租的房屋轉(zhuǎn)租或分租，并保護(hù)使用該房屋如因乙方差錯(cuò)或過錯(cuò)致使房屋及設(shè)施受損，乙方應(yīng)承當(dāng)賠償責(zé)任。PartyBwillnottransfertheleaseofthepremisesorsubletitwithoutPartyA'sapprovalandshouldtakegoodcareofthepremises.Otherwise，PartyBwillberesponsibletocompensateanydamagesofthepremisesandattachedfacilitiescausedbyitsfaultandnegligence

14、.4.乙方應(yīng)按本合同規(guī)定合法使用該房屋，不得擅自改變使用性質(zhì)。乙方不得在該房屋內(nèi)寄存危險(xiǎn)物品。否那么，如該房屋及從屬設(shè)施因此受損，乙方應(yīng)承當(dāng)全部責(zé)任。PartyBwillusethepremiseslawfullyaccordingtothiscontractwithoutchangingthenatureofthepremisesandstoringhazardousmaterialsinit.Otherwise，PartyBwillberesponsibleforthedamagescausedbyit5.乙方應(yīng)承當(dāng)租賃期內(nèi)的水、電、煤氣、電訊、收視費(fèi)、等一切因?qū)嶋H使用而產(chǎn)生的費(fèi)用，并按單
