1、Safety Regulations for Foreign Teacher's Apartment of Hebei University ofScience and Technology (HEBUST)1、The resident must observe Chinese laws or rules and relevant regulations formulated by HEBUST.2、 After signing the employment contract with the Foreign Affairs Office of HEBUST , the residen

2、t should fill in the registration form, then ask for the key to the apartment. It is not allowed to change to another apartment without permission.3、The resident ought to save the water, electricity, gas and other kinds of energy during their stay. Any illegal or big power electric appliances should

3、 not be used in the apartment. It is forbidden to keep the air-conditioner on when leaving the premises.4、The resident ought to take care of personal belongings such as passports and cash. Any valuables or a great amount of cash are not suggested to be kept in the room.5、The resident should not chan

4、ge the facilities in the room. It is not allowed to change the locks of the apartment or make copies of the key for others or add another key without permission.6、 Keep the department clean and tidy and it is suggested to move the packaged rubbish into the dustbin and not to be piled in the public c

5、orridor or throw from the windows.7、 Making loud noises in the apartment and corridor is not allowed, lest the neighbors should be bothered.8、 When leaving for prolonged periods holiday, check if the doors and the windows are closed andpower-off all the Home Appliances and turn off the gas valve.9、

6、The resident should report to the Foreign Affairs Office immediately, once any equipment failure or safety problems are found. If there is gas leakage or in the event of fire, please shut off the power and leave the room immediately, call “119”for fire and “110”for alarm.10、 Should not accommodate o

7、thers without permission. The visitor's receiving time cannot exceed10:30 pm. In case relatives or friends come to stay, report to FAO for approval; Party B should return to the university apartment not later than eleven o' clockat night otherwise Party B need to be responsible for anything

8、happen to him or her.11、During the holiday, before leaving, the residents should report to the Foreign Affairs Office, and make sure that the key is taken care of properly or place it in the center. The key should not be given to anyone else without permission.12、When the employment contract is ende

9、d, the key and campus card must be returned to the Foreign Affairs Office.13、Before the commencement of employment contract, if those who will be employed have urgent need of accommodation, the Foreign Affairs Office can provide necessary help, but the resident should pay all costs for the apartment

10、. The Foreign Affairs Office and the resident have no accountability relation.14、The resident should take care of the possessions in the foreign teach'esr apartment. Loss and damages to the possessions in the apartment will be compensated by Party B according to the cost.15 、 Any help the reside

Switch on the power. When the pilot light is on, it shows that the water is being heated; when the

12、light is off, the water is ready;2. The valve handle pulled upward, the valve opens up;3. Turn the valve handle clockwise, and water temperature rises; conversely, the temperature drops;4. The temperature of mixed water is not allowed over 75° C, lest the shower nozzle should be damaged;5. Don

13、't face the shower nozzle toward your body until you are sure the water temperature fits, lest you should be burnt by hot water;6. When you finish showering, press down the valve handle;7. 15、開(kāi)無(wú)人空調(diào)。4、住宿者應(yīng)妥善保管護(hù)照、錢及其它個(gè)人物品，不宜在房間內(nèi)存放貴重物品和大 量現(xiàn)金。5、住宿者不得擅自改動(dòng)房間內(nèi)的任何設(shè)施。入住期間不得擅自更換房門鑰匙、不 得擅自為非本房間住宿人員配鑰匙或另加門鎖。6、保持房間清潔，不得隨意堆置在公共樓道內(nèi)，不得從摟上外拋。7、與鄰里保持良好關(guān)系，不得在公寓內(nèi)及樓道內(nèi)大聲喧嘩，以免影響鄰里的正常 生活和休息。8、夜間睡覺(jué)或假期外出時(shí)， 必須鎖好房間門窗及陽(yáng)臺(tái)窗戶， 切斷電源和煤氣開(kāi)關(guān)。9、如發(fā)現(xiàn)室內(nèi)的設(shè)施有故障和不安全隱患，及時(shí)向宿舍管理人員或國(guó)際合作處報(bào) 告。如遇煤氣泄漏、火災(zāi)請(qǐng)立即切斷電源、迅速離開(kāi)，并立即撥打報(bào)警電話： 火警電話 “119、”

16、報(bào)警服務(wù)臺(tái)電話 “110。”10、不得留宿他人，會(huì)客時(shí)間不得超過(guò)晚 10:30，如親人、朋友來(lái)訪需要留宿者，必須事先向?qū)W校國(guó)際合作處報(bào)告；晚 11 點(diǎn)前，受聘方必須返回住處 ,否則后果 自負(fù)。11、住宿者節(jié)假日期間如離校外出不在公寓內(nèi)居住的，應(yīng)到國(guó)際合作處登記，住 房鑰匙必須妥善保管或交由國(guó)際合作處保管，不得擅自交他人保管或借給他人 使用。12、合同結(jié)束離開(kāi)學(xué)校時(shí)，應(yīng)將鑰匙、校園一卡通交回國(guó)際合作處。13、聘用合同生效前，如果將要到聘者有急需住宿的，國(guó)際合作處為之提供必要 的方便，但住宿者自行負(fù)擔(dān)公寓里所有費(fèi)用負(fù)擔(dān)。住宿者與國(guó)際合作處沒(méi)有 任何責(zé)任關(guān)系。14 住宿者必須愛(ài)護(hù)公寓內(nèi)的一切財(cái)物，除無(wú)法抗力因素之外造成室內(nèi)設(shè)施的任何 丟失、損壞，均由居住者按原價(jià)賠償。15、入住期間有事請(qǐng)需要幫助請(qǐng)及時(shí)與國(guó)際合作處聯(lián)系，聯(lián)系人辦公室電話：81668197，手機(jī)： 。附：電熱水器使用安全事項(xiàng)國(guó)際合作處外教簽字： 日期：電熱水器使用說(shuō)明一、接通電源，當(dāng)指示燈亮?xí)r，熱水器處于加熱中；當(dāng)指示燈熄滅，熱水器以加 熱至設(shè)定溫度；
