13、全部?jī)?nèi)容。二、設(shè)計(jì)題目多層住宅小區(qū)工程施工組織課程設(shè)計(jì)三、施工條件1、該工程為衡陽市某單位新建的職工住宅小區(qū)，小區(qū)內(nèi)共有15棟住宅樓；每棟為二個(gè)單元，6層，每層高3.0米。磚墻承重結(jié)構(gòu)，內(nèi)、外墻均為240mm，隔斷墻120mm；單元四大角、樓梯間及樓梯間兩側(cè)墻、內(nèi)外墻交接處均設(shè)置抗震組合柱；每層設(shè)置圈梁；樓板為混凝土圓孔板；屋頂為加氣混凝土屋面板，預(yù)制混凝土挑檐板。屋面為二氈三油防水。外墻為干粘石面層，內(nèi)墻為20mm水泥砂漿抹面，頂板勾縫噴漿，樓面為普通地面。木門，鋁合金窗。2、區(qū)內(nèi)地勢(shì)較高，基本不受地下水的影響，全年氣候條件均適宜一般性土建安裝施工。3、小區(qū)位于茂名路與官山三路交叉處，區(qū)內(nèi)地

14、勢(shì)平坦，業(yè)主征用土地較多，土建施工臨時(shí)設(shè)施布置場(chǎng)地只在東、南方向受茂名路與官山三路約束控制，西、北方向可以較自由安排。4、本工程基礎(chǔ)為剛性基礎(chǔ)，天然地基。室內(nèi)外高差0.6m?；A(chǔ)持力層為粉質(zhì)粘土，地基上為450mm厚3:7灰土，磚砌大放腳，基底標(biāo)高2.4m，0.9m處為一道鋼筋混凝土圈梁。5、施工所需要的人力、材料及設(shè)備均可以按照要求給予滿足。6、工期要求：施工工期為Z個(gè)月。四、設(shè)計(jì)內(nèi)容（一）施工組織設(shè)計(jì)的任務(wù)1、編寫施工方法與施工方案。2、按照流水施工的基本原理，編制工程施工進(jìn)度計(jì)劃?rùn)M道圖。3、繪制施工平面布置圖，主要包括水、電、臨建設(shè)施、主要機(jī)械、場(chǎng)站布置。（3#圖一張）4、主要?jiǎng)趧?dòng)力、機(jī)
