9、絲繩盤中的兩個銷軸縮回，再撥出軸兩端支承座上的兩個檔銷，將芯軸向上取出。松動緊定螺釘，取下限位套和一個襯套，把芯軸穿入鋼絲繩盤孔中。b) Operate the gun type manual handle to draw out two pins from insert in line reel side plate, then draw out other two pins from supporting of shaft two sides. Then draw out center shaft up. Release bolts, take out a bottom limits ca

10、sing and a casing, make center shaft go through hole of drill line barrel. c) 裝上襯套和限位套，擰緊緊定螺釘，并用螺母鎖緊，使芯軸在繩輪孔中定位，然后將繩輪和芯軸整體吊裝在原來的兩個支承座上，再裝入兩個檔銷。扳動槍栓式手柄，使撥銷插入鋼絲繩輪盤中。 拆卸鋼絲繩輪與上述裝時相反。d) Install an upper casing and a limits casing, screw bolts tighten, and make up nuts tighten, then let center shaft locat

Operate the gun type manual handle to make poke pin insert the line drum.Un-installation line drum is opposites with above statement. 五、操作規(guī)程五、 Operation procedure1） 收繩和放繩，改變手動換

12、向閥的位置即可改變運轉(zhuǎn)方向。1） Reel and release drill line， change direction of changing valve position can be changed the direction of motion.2） 鋼絲繩倒繩，須對鋼絲繩檢驗時進(jìn)行倒繩作業(yè)。這時可用兩臺繩機(jī)，一個放繩，一個收繩。 2） When reel line rearrange， if check the drill line， it should use two device， one use for reel line， the other use for releas

13、e line.六、保養(yǎng)維護(hù)及注意事項六、Maintenance and notification 1） 使用前應(yīng)向各齒面涂石墨鈣基潤滑脂，向油杯內(nèi)注潤滑脂，工作前應(yīng)將油杯蓋擰入兩扣，向油套內(nèi)注入30號機(jī)油，保持大齒輪滑動軸承有良好的潤滑狀態(tài)。1）Add lead-cadmium base grease on each gear teeth， put grease to greases nozzle， tight two threads before working， and pour No.30 oil to oil casing， keep large gear get lubricate

14、well. 2） 倒繩機(jī)長期停用時，工作前應(yīng)按要求潤滑后空運轉(zhuǎn)35分鐘，無異?，F(xiàn)象再投入作業(yè)。 2）When it not use in long term， the device should running 35 minutes with no load after lubricate. It can be start working when it is no phenomena.3）轉(zhuǎn)著的齒輪不可靠近，以免傷人，謹(jǐn)防液壓泄漏，經(jīng)常巡回檢查，發(fā)現(xiàn)問題，及時處理。3） Dont close and touch running gear to avoid injure， prevent leakage hydraulic oil，and make sure and check device regularity， deal with on time if fi
