If the calorific value (As Received Basis) falls below 5300Kcal/kg, the BUYER shall have the right to

Terms of Delivery 交貨條款9.1 Delivery is basically on CFR Keme n port, Fuzhou, Chi na.交貨方式按中國(guó)福州可門港到岸執(zhí)行。9.2 Any taxes and levies or other charges incurred at

Force Majeure 不可抗力In case of force majeure the sellers shall not be held responsible for delay in delivery or non-delivery of the goods, Neither party shall be held resp on sible for brea

48、ch ing this Con tract which is caused by an act of God, Insurrection, civil war, military operations, or localemerge ncies. If the shipme nt is delayed over two month as the con seque nee of the said force majeure, the buyers shall have the right to cancel this con tract. The seller' s in abilit

49、y in obtai nirexport lice nee shall not be con sidered as force majeure.
