22、我們稱(chēng)其為JD6、行政秘書(shū) :(executive secretary) 應(yīng)該是執(zhí)行秘書(shū), “執(zhí)行秘書(shū) ”比一般的 “行政秘書(shū) ”更高一級(jí),基本等同主管級(jí)員工;7、地區(qū)服務(wù)經(jīng)理助理 :(assistant district service manager) 這個(gè)詞組對(duì)一般企業(yè)來(lái)說(shuō)基本沒(méi)有意義,應(yīng)該只是某個(gè)特定公司設(shè)置的特定職位。8、人力資源計(jì)劃:(Human Resource Planning,HRP) 譯成 “人力資源規(guī)劃”更佳;9、戰(zhàn)略規(guī)劃 :(strategic planning) 其實(shí) strategy 一詞足以;10、要求預(yù)測(cè) :(requirement forecast) 需求預(yù)測(cè)

23、11、員工申請(qǐng)表:(employee requisition) 我認(rèn)為中英文在這里容易產(chǎn)生歧異:如果是部門(mén)需要招聘,需填寫(xiě)招聘申請(qǐng)表( recruiting application form );如果是應(yīng)聘者應(yīng)聘填寫(xiě)的表格,通常的稱(chēng)謂是( job application form );這里的 “員工申請(qǐng)表 :(employee requisition) 我不”太明白是何種情況。12、試用期應(yīng)該是很多企業(yè)用到的名詞,我添加一下(probation);13、加上 “輔導(dǎo) ”一詞( coaching),很常用的;14、經(jīng)營(yíng)管理策略:(business games) games 如果是 strateg
