1、投訴信(Le tter of Comp lai nt)投訴信即在日常生活中或商務(wù)活動(dòng)中對(duì)所遇到的困擾,惡劣的服務(wù)態(tài)度,劣質(zhì)的產(chǎn)品等向?qū)Ψ交蛴嘘P(guān)單位提岀投訴,抗議和改進(jìn)的建議。投訴信包括以下三個(gè)部分:1. 開(kāi)頭:自我介紹,說(shuō)明投訴對(duì)象及內(nèi)容,表明本信的目的和要求。常用的表達(dá)法有:I am writing to you about which I received/bought I am going to compiain about I am sorry to have to return with this letter which I received/bought 2. 正文:說(shuō)明情況,講
