1、山東師范大學國際交流學院外國留學生入學報到須知（2008年秋季入學）親愛的同學：您好！歡迎來到山東師范大學國際交流學院學習！請認真閱讀該須知，如有不明白的地方，請查閱字典或向別人請教。須知附有英文譯文。1. 學院辦公室會通過外事服務中心（留學生樓）總服務臺及時了解留學生的來校報到情況，在總服務臺辦理住宿手續(xù)后，您不必急于到學院辦公室報到（除非您已入境接近30天）。2. 中國政府獎學金生和協(xié)議規(guī)定免繳房費的交換學生兩個人合住一個標準間；其他學生可自主選擇是否與他人合住，房費按規(guī)定在總服務臺繳納。3. 本學期開學安排：9月2日9月5日新生報到；9月6日7日泰山登山節(jié)（自愿參加，詳見第3頁）9月8日

2、新生分班考試；9月9日班主任和各班新老同學見面，領取課本，熟悉學習環(huán)境和有關管理規(guī)定；9月10日學院正式開學。4. 9月8日（星期一）上午8:10請在留學生樓一層大廳等候，老師將帶你們?nèi)W院教室參加分班考試。分班考試時請交教材費200元，多退少補，兩個星期內(nèi)結清。5. 自費生應于9月15日前繳納學費和注冊費，具體繳費辦法請查看末頁的繳納學費通知書。6. 請按第4頁上的要求準備申辦外國人居留許可所需材料。學院辦公室將于9月20日前協(xié)助同學們填寫有關表格并到公安局辦理居留許可。7. 你將得到一本留學生簡易手冊，其中包含許多有用的信息。如方便，您也可查閱學院網(wǎng)站 。8. 學院辦公室聯(lián)系電話：8618

Any emergency, call Mr. Xu by his cell phone SIE/SDNU 20/08/2008泰山國際登山節(jié)International Mount Tai Climbing Festival現(xiàn)定于2008年9月6日-9月7日組織部分留學生參加第22屆“泰山國際登山節(jié)”，感興趣的同學請在2008年9月3日上午11:00之前到所屬院系辦公室報名(國際交流學院的學生在留學生樓總服務臺報名)，報名時需交報名費人民幣200元，其他費用（交通費、門票、索道、住
