1、中北大學(xué)外語系畢業(yè)論文文本規(guī)范 (2010,12修訂)一、 畢業(yè)論文構(gòu)成部分 畢業(yè)論文一般由1. 題目頁(title page 中英文兩頁)、2. Dedication (optional)、3. 致謝、4. 英文摘要(含關(guān)鍵詞)、 5. 中文摘要(含關(guān)鍵詞)、6. 目錄、7. 正文、8. 參考文獻(xiàn) 9. 附錄(optional)等組成。各部分的內(nèi)容與要求分述如下:1. 題目 (Title):畢業(yè)論文題目要求簡明扼要,具有概括性。英文不宜超過16個單詞 (原則上),漢字不宜超過16個字。英文題目要打印在論文的專用封面上, 專用封面內(nèi)要有英文題目頁。2. 摘要、關(guān)鍵詞 (Abstrac

2、t; Keywords):摘要應(yīng)反映論文的全貌(包括概括研究課題的內(nèi)容、方法和觀點以及所取得的成果和結(jié)論)。字?jǐn)?shù)300個英文單詞,但不得少于150詞。關(guān)鍵詞以3-5個為宜,不得少于3個。 Keywords所包含詞首字母不用大寫(專有名詞除外),詞與詞之間用分號點開, 空2 格。3. 目錄 (Table of Contents):目標(biāo)標(biāo)題要求層次分明、清晰。標(biāo)題字樣、頁碼應(yīng)與正文中的標(biāo)題和頁碼嚴(yán)格一致。目錄按三級標(biāo)題編寫,即I, 1.1, ;等。(參見示例1)。正文前頁碼用小寫羅馬數(shù)字表示。例1: A Sample of Table of Contents:I. 3、 Analysis of Data (每個實詞首字母大寫)(注:數(shù)字與題目間空2格)1.1 The university English programs (只是標(biāo)題首字母大寫)二、三級標(biāo)題數(shù)字與內(nèi)容之間沒有點1.1.1 Accent and schema related problems in listening (只是標(biāo)題首字母大寫)標(biāo)題左對齊 目錄中三級標(biāo)題不斜體 二、三級標(biāo)題僅第一個單詞首字母大寫,專有名詞除外 4 正文或論文主體 (Body): 選題背景和依據(jù):說明本論文課題的來源、目的、意義;簡述本課題在國內(nèi)外的現(xiàn)狀和存在問題,簡述本論文擬解決的主要問題及應(yīng)實現(xiàn)的主要目標(biāo)。方案論證

4、:說明本論文研究指導(dǎo)思想和研究方法,闡明為何要選取本研究(包括各種方法的對比分析以及采用本方法的優(yōu)點)。過程論述:對研究過程進(jìn)行陳述,要求論點公允、論證充分、邏輯性強、層次分明、表達(dá)自然貼切。正文引文(含直接引用和間接引用他人觀點)須表明出處,且與參考文獻(xiàn)嚴(yán)格對應(yīng)可查。結(jié)果分析:對研究過程中所獲主要數(shù)據(jù)或主要現(xiàn)象進(jìn)行定性或定量分析,得出推論或結(jié)論。結(jié)論或總結(jié):對整個研究工作進(jìn)行歸納整合(包括本課題研究的主要成果、本課題研究中尚存的問題及進(jìn)一步開展研究的見解和建議)。正文總字?jǐn)?shù)5000字(以英文單詞為準(zhǔn)),但不得低于4500字。雙學(xué)位學(xué)生與本科生同等要求。5 致謝(Acknowledgement

5、s):簡述自己饌寫畢業(yè)論文的體會;對指導(dǎo)教師以及相關(guān)人員致謝。6 附錄 (Appendix or Appendices):對于一些不宜收入正文但作為畢業(yè)論文不可缺少的組成部分,或有參考價值的內(nèi)容,如:survey form, interview questionnaire, consent letter, etc,可編入附錄中。7 參考文獻(xiàn) (Bibliography):參考文獻(xiàn)的引用和著錄應(yīng)符合APA規(guī)范(參見示例2:參考文獻(xiàn)著錄規(guī)范)。文獻(xiàn)條目不得少于15種,其中外文資料不得少于8種。引用的資料應(yīng)具有權(quán)威性,對畢業(yè)論文有直接參考價值。參考文獻(xiàn)排列英文文獻(xiàn)在先,中文文獻(xiàn)在后。參考文獻(xiàn)依首字母

6、按照英文字母表順序排列。 參考文獻(xiàn)的著錄及引述格式參見示例二。參考文獻(xiàn)必須與正文中引用一致,嚴(yán)禁弄虛作假,否則論文按不及格處理。 書名與雜志名斜體,文章名不斜體,且書名與文章名僅第一個單詞首字母大寫,專有名詞除外。冒號后第一個單詞首字母大寫,文章名中作品名第一個單詞及實詞首字母大寫 8 論文正文頁碼用阿拉伯?dāng)?shù)字表示,置于頁面下方中間位置,只打數(shù)字即可,不采用“-8-”或“4 of 20”的形式。自論文正文開始上標(biāo)頁眉“中北大學(xué)xxxx屆畢業(yè)論文”(黑體,小四號字體)。雙學(xué)位為“中北大學(xué)xxxx屆英語雙學(xué)位畢業(yè)論文”(黑體,小四號字體)。二、畢業(yè)論文格式要求1 論文全文采用Times

7、New Roman字體:論文題目18號;一級標(biāo)題(章標(biāo)題)16號,分別冠以I、II、III、IV、V等序號(不必標(biāo)示Chapter等字樣);二級標(biāo)題(節(jié)標(biāo)題)14號,分別冠以1.1, 1.2;2.1, 2.2等序號;三級標(biāo)題(節(jié)以下標(biāo)題)均采用12號,分別冠以;等序號,同時該標(biāo)題斜體打??;正文采用12號字(注意:論文采用三級制;非三級制標(biāo)題宜改寫或轉(zhuǎn)換為三級制)。 例:Sample of title levels in each chapter:I Presentation and Analysis of Data (每個實詞字頭大寫)(注:數(shù)字與題目間空2格)1.1 The universi

8、ty English programs (只是標(biāo)題首字母大寫)1.1.1 Accent and schema related problems in listening (數(shù)字不斜體, 標(biāo)題單詞全部斜體、只是標(biāo)題首字母大寫)2 論文正文段首縮進(jìn)四個英語字符。打印行間距為1.5倍行距;段前段后0 段間距不變,與行間距相同。逗號后空一格,號句后空兩格。正文兩端對齊,3 中英文摘要和目錄的頁碼的標(biāo)注格式為 i, ii, iii, iv, v, vi(具體頁碼),居中;正文(包括參考文獻(xiàn)和附錄)頁碼標(biāo)注格式為1,2,3 居中,論文封面不標(biāo)識頁碼。4 論文采用A4復(fù)印紙(176×255mm)單

9、面打印。上、下、右邊距為25mm;左邊距為30mm,其中10mm供裝訂(含裝訂線)。5 論文裝訂次序為論文中英文封面、畢業(yè)論文任務(wù)書、致謝、英文摘要、中文摘要、目錄、第一章、第n章、參考文獻(xiàn)、附錄(若有)。除正文章節(jié)之外,上述每一部分均需另頁裝訂。6 所有曲線、圖表、流程圖、程序框圖、示意圖等須按工程要求采用計算機繪制,不可手工做圖。三、畢業(yè)論文參考文獻(xiàn)著錄及引述格式 文獻(xiàn)的著錄順序及引文著錄格式參見示例2:參考文獻(xiàn)著錄及引述格式。四、畢業(yè)論文資料清單1 畢業(yè)論文任務(wù)書;2 開題報告;3 畢業(yè)論文:Title page (in Chinese and English); Acknowledge
