1、村綜治履職報告人保局綜治履職報告 - 履職工作報告 年，在區(qū)委、區(qū)政府的正確指導和區(qū)政法委的指導下，我團結帶著全局同志，以“三個代表”重要思想和科學開展觀為指導，按照“保增長、保民生、保穩(wěn)定”的要求，認真貫徹落實社會治安綜合治理目的管理責任制，充分發(fā)揮成員單位的職能優(yōu)勢，扎實做好就業(yè)再就業(yè)、社會保障、勞動維權等各項工作，為維護全區(qū)社會和諧穩(wěn)定盡了綿薄之力。一、加強組織指導，深化推進綜治工作一年來，我結實樹立“穩(wěn)定是硬任務，是第一責任”的思想，堅持把社會治安綜合治理工作列為一項重要工作來抓。一是健全綜治工作指導機構。年初根據人事變動情況，調整了綜治工作工作指導小組，并與各科室及下屬單位層層簽訂了

2、綜合治理目的管理責任書，確保了各項綜治工作任務的全面落實。二是健全綜治維穩(wěn)工作機制。建立健全了主要指導公開接訪、約訪下訪、指導包案、重大不穩(wěn)定隱患督辦等工作制度，進一步完善了單位內部平安保衛(wèi)、責任追究等長效機制。三是嚴肅工作紀律，強化值班制度。嚴格執(zhí)行指導帶班、工作人員值班制度，確保值班不空崗、帶班不缺崗。同時，要求每一名干部職工在工作時間都要堅守崗位，工作之外手機必須24小時開機，確保通迅聯(lián)絡暢通。四是定期催促、檢查綜治工作開展情況。堅持每季度召開一次綜治工作例會，認真學習上級綜治工作文件精神，及時研究解決在綜治工作中出現(xiàn)的新情況、新問題，努力確保各項工作任務圓滿完成。二、充分發(fā)揮部門職能職

3、責，積極維護社會穩(wěn)定我局作為綜治工作成員單位，就業(yè)再就業(yè)、社會保障等許多工作關系到廣闊群眾的切身利益，關系到全區(qū)的改革、開展、穩(wěn)定大局，為此，我?guī)е鴮滞?，立足部門職能，細化措施、狠抓落實，全力做好人力資和社會保障各項工作，積極維護全區(qū)社會穩(wěn)定。一緊盯就業(yè)增長新節(jié)點，力促就業(yè)形勢持續(xù)穩(wěn)定為拓寬就業(yè)渠道，今年來，我局轉變思維，推出三項新舉措，拓展招聘求職新渠道。一是在火車站廣場設立了園區(qū)企業(yè)招聘點，發(fā)布企業(yè)招聘崗位、受理求職人員登記，今年來共發(fā)布招聘信息20余條，招聘人員800余人；二是充分利用互聯(lián)網資，開通了“人才網”就業(yè)效勞網站，實行“訂單式”一站招聘。今年共有50余家企業(yè)依托該網站發(fā)布

4、招聘崗位1800多個，個人發(fā)布求職簡歷600余份，近百人次通過該網站找到工作。三是依托傳統(tǒng)媒體，借助電視、報紙、手機等平臺發(fā)布各類招聘信息20余條，實現(xiàn)了就業(yè)效勞區(qū)域性覆蓋。在全局上下的共同努力下，今年我區(qū)就業(yè)類民生指標全面完成。其中，“零就業(yè)”家庭安置率和工業(yè)園區(qū)定向培訓兩項指標位列全市第一。城鎮(zhèn)就業(yè)率再創(chuàng)新高，頭10個月實現(xiàn)城鎮(zhèn)新增就業(yè)人員6625人，下崗失業(yè)人員再就業(yè)823人，分別完成全年任務的265和103。為了給區(qū)內創(chuàng)業(yè)提供強有力的資金支持，我局本著對口效勞、前移效勞、延伸效勞的理念，認真做好小額擔保貸款工作，今年來累計發(fā)放小額貸款萬元；向市里爭取重點工程扶持資金100萬元，扶持的廬

5、陵創(chuàng)業(yè)示范街“萬安魚頭店”等10家店鋪在去年落實5萬元政府貼息貸款的根底上，今年又兌現(xiàn)了一次性創(chuàng)業(yè)補貼共計萬余元，為這些店鋪做大做強提供了有力的資金支持。二緊扣改善民生著力點，全力做好社會保障工作今年來，我局以新農保試點工作為契機，以推進基層勞保所建立為提升點，以把握社保效勞流程、標準為關鍵，大力完善社會保障體系，為改善民生、促進和諧提供直接動力。社保民生指標均提早三個月完成市級下達全年方案數(shù)，中小學學生參保率等兩項指標位列全市第一。今年頭10個月，我區(qū)新農保完成征繳保費510萬元，參保人數(shù)萬人，總參保率逾六成；完成征繳養(yǎng)老保險基金、工傷基金、失業(yè)保險基金等7項社?；鸸灿?800余萬元，總參

6、保人數(shù)萬人次，支付醫(yī)療保險待遇984萬元。三是加大勞動維權利度，實在維護務工人員的合法權益今年來，我局加大依法監(jiān)察力度，注重強化園區(qū)企業(yè)依法用工意識，建立了園區(qū)企業(yè)定期巡查制度，積極為企業(yè)和用工人員協(xié)調解決勞資糾紛。一是著力開展了勞動法律法規(guī)宣傳活動。年初在火車站開展了以“送溫暖、送政策、送崗位、送效勞”為主要內容的春風行動，發(fā)放宣傳材料6000余份，現(xiàn)場解答群眾咨詢160余人次；年中深化企業(yè)進展了社保法調研、宣傳，走訪企業(yè)20多家，宣傳面達4000多人。二是開展了區(qū)內用工大檢查活動。召集區(qū)內各企業(yè)單位管理人員、基層勞保所負責人舉辦企業(yè)用工管理培訓班，進展普法教育。年內開展“拉網式”用工大檢查

7、一次，較好地防止了違法用工行為的發(fā)生。三是認真開展了勞動維權工作。1-10月份共接到舉報投訴案件64件，為勞動者追回拖欠、克扣的工資萬元；立案、結案勞動爭議案件25件，其中17件得到有效裁決，8件調解成功；處理工傷案件80起，認定工傷37件，撥付工傷保險費近40萬元，有力促進了我區(qū)經濟建立和諧開展?？傊荒陙?，經過全局上下共同努力，我局綜治工作獲得了一定成效，但與區(qū)綜治委和人民群眾的要求相比還存在一些差距，在今后的工作中，要立足部門實際，認真落實社會治安綜合治理各項措施，在深度和廣度上下功夫，為維護全區(qū)社會和諧穩(wěn)定做出新的奉獻。city Munipal Party Central work,
