4、upply to the IP Camera1.Connect the USB cable between USB port and the included AC adaptor.2.Connect the AC adaptor to the power source.iOS Mode (for iPhone / iPad)NOTE: The O/S version of the iPhone or iPad must be iOS5.0 or later.First Time Settings or Changing to a New Wi-Fi RouterSTEP 1After the

5、 IP camera is connected to the power source, please wait for approx. one minute until the blue LED indicator starts flashing. If the blue LED indicator is not flashing, the IP camera will need to be reset. Please use a pin to stick into the RESET hole on the back side of the IP camera and hold for a

6、round 10 seconds and then release. The IP camera will restart.STEP 2Install the App named “GuardPro” from App Store.NOTE: If you have purchased this IP camera bundled with JAY-tech Tablet PC series, this App may have already been pre-installed and the Apps name is “GuardPro”. Thus you can skip this

7、step.STEP 3Go to “Settings” of the Apple Device and select “MyAPxxxx” from the available Wi-Fi AP list.After the Apple Device is successfully connected to that Wi-Fi AP, will appear.STEP 4Enter the App, press “+” and select “Setup Camera”.STEP 5Follow the instructions to complete the setup for the c

8、onnection between the IP camera and the preferred Wi-Fi network:A: click “ YES” to search Camera B: Input your WIFI password C: Searching camera D: You can change password. STEP 6When above steps are completed, please press the play button to start the live monitoring. If you cannot see the live mon

9、itoring screen, please close the App and re-enter the App again.NOTE: The above steps are the connection method for a new product.If you want to move your IP Camera to another Wi-Fi environment, or yourWi-Fi router has been modified; you need to RESETthe camera first to clear all the previous connec

10、tion information and then repeat the above steps.Adding Second iOS Device to Existing IP Camera Connection1. Under Wi-Fi environment which has completed first time settingsTo add second iOS device to the IP camera(s) connection under Wi-Fi environment which already successfully completed first time

11、settings, please follow the procedures below.Add by QR code:Enter the App and press“+”.Select “Connect Camera”.Select “Scan QR Code”.Scan the QR code on the back of IP camera.UID number of IP camera will display here. Press“Add” to connect.Default password is “admin” if required.NOTE: If you changed

12、 the password during your fist time connection, you need to enter your amended passwordAdd by LAN search:Enter the App and press “+”.Press“Search”icon.The App will detect the connected IP camera(s) automatically.Select “Add By Lan Search”.UID number(s) of the detected IP camera(s) will be displayed

13、here.Select the UID number you would like to connect to.Press “Add” to connect.2. Outside of Wi-Fi environment which has been setEnter the App and goes to “Settings” page.You may create a QR code as instructed below for another iOS device from outside of the Wi-Fi environment which has been set.Sele

Thus to reset the camera may be required (please refer to STEP 1).STEP 5In th

21、e following “Device Settings” interface, you may change the “Name” of IP camera.Or press “Add” to skip without any change and finish the camera settings.Default password is “admin” and you can change it later in setting page.NOTE:You can change the name of IP camera ONLY in this step.
