4、花崗石）樓、地面裝飾效果控制的重點(diǎn) ，以防和設(shè)計的意圖不一致；對于大面積的樓、地面還 應(yīng)對廠家的石材批量進(jìn)行考察，避免出現(xiàn)同一間室內(nèi)顏色不一樣。大理石質(zhì)地較軟，強(qiáng)度低，在加工和施工中一定注意。裝飾樓、地面對于顏色、材質(zhì)、花紋的要 求高，忌用好的石材沒有表現(xiàn)出好的效果。2、 大理石（花崗石）板材進(jìn)場后，應(yīng)側(cè)立堆放在室內(nèi)，光面相對，背面墊松木條，并在板下加墊木方，拆箱后詳細(xì)核對品種、規(guī)格、數(shù)量、石材放射性物質(zhì)檢測報告等 是否符合設(shè)計要求，有裂紋、缺楞、掉角、翹曲和表面有缺陷時，應(yīng)予剔除。做完地面墊層，按標(biāo)高留出磨石層厚度（至少3mm3、 室內(nèi)抹灰（包括門口）、地面墊層、預(yù)埋在墊層內(nèi)的電管及穿地面的

5、管線均已完成。4、 房間內(nèi)四周墻上彈好+0.5m水平控制線。5、 施工操作前對大理石（花崗石）的施工要畫出施工大樣圖，對特別拼花的房間要進(jìn)行拼花設(shè)計，現(xiàn)場搭設(shè)好臨時加工場，安裝好臺鉆及砂輪鋸，接好水、電源，對加工 料單的要求一定要準(zhǔn)確并編號。在石材背面將編號標(biāo)明。6、 冬季施工時操作溫度不低于 +5C。（2） 材料要求材料符合現(xiàn)行國家行業(yè)標(biāo)準(zhǔn)天然大理石建筑板材（JC79）、天然花崗石建筑石材（JC205）、建筑材料放射性核素限量（GB6566）,并按規(guī)定檢驗石材的放射性是否符合要求。水泥：42.5級硅酸鹽水泥、普通硅酸鹽水泥或礦渣硅酸鹽水泥；白水泥：白色硅酸鹽水泥，采用42.5級；砂：中砂或粗

14、 mm縫格平直2.0 mm接縫高低差0.5 mm踢腳線上口平直1.0 mm板塊間隙寬度1.0 mm三、 工藝流程準(zhǔn)備工作一基層處理一試拼一彈線一試排一刷水泥漿及鋪砂漿結(jié)合層一鋪大理石板塊 或花崗石板塊一灌縫、擦縫一打蠟四、操作工藝（1） 準(zhǔn)備工作以施工大樣圖和加工單為依據(jù)，仔細(xì)核對各部位尺寸和做法，計算好各細(xì)部及洞口 邊角部位尺寸，如果有場外加工，要對石材的顏色、花紋進(jìn)行考察 ，對石材的放射性要有 檢測報告。（2） 基層處理將地面墊層的雜物清理干凈，井檢查基層有無空鼓現(xiàn)象，如有用云石機(jī)將空鼓部位切除并重新澆筑。墊層上的砂漿要用工具清除，并清掃干凈。（3） 試拼正式鋪設(shè)前，對每房間白大理石（花崗

15、石）板塊要按圖案、顏色、紋理t拼，并注意遇 到管道套割；將非整塊板對稱排放在房間靠墻部位，然后編號并碼放整齊。（4） 彈線一般樓、地面施工是在墻面抹灰之后，所以在抹灰施工前一定要在基層上彈上房間 十字控制線，控制房間方正，以防樓、地面施工時，邊角部位出現(xiàn)斜條塊。十字控制線要 彈在混凝土墊層上，并引至墻面底部，然后依據(jù)墻面+ 0.5m水平控制線找出面層標(biāo)高，在墻上彈出水平標(biāo)高線，彈水平線時要注意室內(nèi)與樓道面層標(biāo)高應(yīng)一致。（5） 試排在房間內(nèi)的兩個垂直方向鋪兩條干砂帶 ，寬度大于板塊寬度，厚度3cm以上，結(jié)合施 工大樣圖及房間實際尺寸，把大理石（花崗石）板塊排好，檢查板塊之間的縫隙，對于拼花 的部

16、位一定認(rèn)真核對位置與花色。（6） 刷水泥漿及鋪砂漿結(jié)合層試排后將干砂和板塊移開，清掃干凈，用噴壺灑水潤濕，刷一層素水泥漿（水灰比為0.5,不要刷得面積過大，隨鋪砂漿隨刷）。拉十字控制線（魚線），用1:21:3的干硬性水 泥砂漿鋪找平層（干硬程度以手捏成團(tuán)，落地即散為宜）。鋪好后用靠尺板刮平，再用抹子 拍實找平，面積以能鋪 3m2左右為宜。厚度控制在放上大理石（花崗石）板塊時高出面層水平線34mm （七）鋪大理石（花崗石）板塊板塊需預(yù)先用水浸濕，表面陰干無明水后方可鋪裝。根據(jù)房間拉的十字控制魚線，縱橫各鋪一行，作為大面積鋪石材標(biāo)筋用。依據(jù)試拼 時的編號、圖案及試排的縫隙（一般為lmm以內(nèi)），在十

32、靠尺找平, 鋪完第一塊, 向兩側(cè)和后退方向順序鋪砌。鋪完縱、橫行之后有了標(biāo)準(zhǔn) , 可分段分區(qū)依次鋪砌, 一般房間先里后外進(jìn)行, 逐步退至門口, 注意與樓道接縫的配合交圈。以前使用干硬性水泥砂漿，是為了使表面平整，一般把水泥砂號鋪得較厚（4070mm）,鋪完砂漿后試鋪。工藝復(fù)雜,鋪設(shè)完畢后,要養(yǎng)護(hù)。改進(jìn)方法為：l 、確保樓地面基底標(biāo)高準(zhǔn)確, 在澆筑混凝土樓板時就嚴(yán)格控制樓板厚度和標(biāo)高。2 、石材加工時規(guī)格尺寸要嚴(yán)格按規(guī)定驗收, 可以用高強(qiáng)、快硬砂漿, 并摻入膠料或外加劑 , 相對減小養(yǎng)護(hù)時間, 鋪設(shè)前必須使基層混凝土保持濕潤狀態(tài)。3 、另外 , 用水泥砂漿鋪設(shè)石材, 容易產(chǎn)生大面積水漬污染（ 永

33、久性的） ，甚至泛黃等不良現(xiàn)象 , 對美觀會造成極壞影響, 為消除這類通病, 可對石材進(jìn)行防污染處理, 用石材防污染劑對石材的6 個面進(jìn)行涂刷或噴抹, 防污染劑可滲入石材若干毫米 , 對防止石材污染起重要作用（ 同時適用外立面干掛石材） 。灌縫、擦縫在板塊鋪砌后l2晝夜進(jìn)行灌漿擦縫。根據(jù)大理石（花崗石）顏色，選擇相同顏色礦物顏料和水泥拌合均勻, 調(diào)成 l:l 稀水泥漿, 用漿壺徐徐灌入板塊之間的縫隙中（可分幾次進(jìn)行 ） ，并用長把刮板把流出的水泥漿刮向縫與板面擦平, 同時將板面上水泥漿擦凈,使大理石（ 花崗石 ） 面層的表面潔凈，以上工序完成后, 對面層加以覆蓋保護(hù)。養(yǎng)護(hù)時間7d。打蠟當(dāng)水泥砂

34、漿結(jié)合層達(dá)到強(qiáng)度后（抗壓強(qiáng)度達(dá)到1.2MPa時）方可打蠟，表面清理干凈，打蠟用蠟包在布內(nèi), 在面層上薄薄地涂一層成蠟，待干后用釘有帆布或麻布的磨石機(jī)打蠟 , 二遍成活。踢腳板工藝流程對于大理石（ 花崗石 ） 踢腳板 , 在墻面抹灰時, 要空出一定高度不抹（ 一般以樓地面層向上量150mm為且），以使可以控制踢腳的出墻厚度，所以采用灌漿法。灌漿法 :根據(jù) 0.5m 水平控制線, 測出踢腳板上口水平線, 彈在墻上, 再用線墜吊線。確定出踢腳板的出墻厚度，一般810mm拉踢腳板上口水平線，在墻兩端各安裝一塊踢腳板，其上楞高度在同一水平線內(nèi), 出墻厚度要一致, 然后逐塊依順序安裝, 隨時檢查踢腳板的水

49、砌時未嚴(yán)格拉通線進(jìn)行控制等因素, 均易產(chǎn)生接縫高低不平、縫子不勻等缺陷。所以應(yīng)預(yù)先嚴(yán)格挑選板塊, 凡是翹曲、拱背、寬窄不方正等塊材剔除不予使用。鋪設(shè)標(biāo)準(zhǔn)塊后, 應(yīng)向兩側(cè)和后退方向順序鋪設(shè), 并隨時用水平尺和直尺找準(zhǔn) , 縫子必須拉通線不能有偏差。房間內(nèi)的標(biāo)高線要有專人負(fù)責(zé)引入, 且各房間和樓道內(nèi)的標(biāo)高必須相通一致。3、 過門口處板塊易活動: 一般鋪砌板塊時均應(yīng)從門框以內(nèi)操作, 而門框以外與樓道相接的空隙（ 即墻寬范圍溝） 面積均后鋪砌, 由于過早上人, 易造成此處活動。在進(jìn)行板塊翻樣提加工定貨計劃時, 應(yīng)同時考慮此處的板塊尺寸, 并同時加工, 以便鋪砌樓道地面板塊時同時操作。4、 踢腳板不順直
