20、面上的砂子、泥土等臟物，保證膜面干凈，在焊接部分的底下墊一條長木板，以便焊機(jī)在平整的基面上行走，保證焊接質(zhì)量，正式焊接前，根據(jù)施工氣溫進(jìn)行試焊，確定行走速度和施焊溫度，一般掌握行走速度1.52.5m/s，施焊溫度為2203000C。拼接焊縫兩條，每條寬10mm，兩條焊縫間留有10mm的空腔，用此空腔檢查其焊縫質(zhì)量。2) beforeweldingwithahairdryertofilmonthesurfaceofthesand,mudandotherdirt,assurefilmsurfaceisclean,theweldingpartofthepadunderalongboard,sotha

22、itytochecktheweldingquality.4、復(fù)合土工膜的錨固compositegeomembraneintheanchorage1)復(fù)合土工膜的錨固分上部與路肩梁的錨固，下部與垂直防滲墻的錨固，復(fù)合土工膜上部錨固采用在路肩梁基礎(chǔ)底部嵌固足夠長度復(fù)合土工膜，現(xiàn)澆磔壓蓋形式，其結(jié)構(gòu)形式見大樣圖B。復(fù)合土工膜下部錨固與垂直防滲墻外側(cè)，在射水造墻施工結(jié)束后向墻頂修整到設(shè)計(jì)高程，然后在防滲墻臨河側(cè)沿軸線方向挖寬X20ce30cm的一條溝槽，使射水造墻外壁形成一個(gè)30cm深垂直平面，鋪設(shè)復(fù)合土工膜時(shí)將復(fù)合土工膜錨固在該垂直平面上，在溝槽內(nèi)防滲頂及坡腳平臺澆磔蓋板，其結(jié)構(gòu)形式見大樣圖A。1)

29、ructionprocesscontrol,qualityinspection.1、原材料質(zhì)量控制進(jìn)場的復(fù)合土工膜必須有廠家提供的合格證書，性能及特性指標(biāo)和使用說明書。否則不能用于工程施工，本工程所用的是兩布一膜針刺復(fù)合土工膜，設(shè)計(jì)復(fù)合土工膜技術(shù)參數(shù)為：設(shè)計(jì)克重900g/m2,膜厚0.5mm，垂直滲透系數(shù)<1012cm/s。復(fù)合土工膜進(jìn)場后，隨機(jī)抽取復(fù)合土工膜對其性能指標(biāo)委托南京水利科學(xué)研究院實(shí)驗(yàn)中心進(jìn)行復(fù)測，復(fù)測結(jié)果全部合格。1, rawmaterialqualitycontrolapproachofcompoundgeomembranemusthavethefactoryprovid

32、準(zhǔn)后方使用，施工人員均應(yīng)穿平底布鞋或軟膠底鞋進(jìn)行鋪設(shè)，嚴(yán)禁穿釘鞋以防踩壞土工膜，做到隨鋪隨壓，復(fù)合土工膜鋪設(shè)要與保護(hù)層鋪設(shè)相協(xié)調(diào)。拼接中復(fù)合土工膜焊縫質(zhì)量是拼接關(guān)鍵，施工中尤其要加強(qiáng)接縫檢測，檢測方法有一目測法、二現(xiàn)場檢漏。目測法：復(fù)合土工膜焊接好后，觀察有無漏接，接縫是否燙損，有無褶皺，是否拼接均勻等?，F(xiàn)場檢漏采用充氣法對全部焊縫進(jìn)行檢測，焊縫為雙條，兩條之間留有約10mm的空腔，將待測段兩端封死，插入氣針，充氣至0.05mpa0.20mpa,靜觀0.5min,觀察真空表，如氣壓無下降，表明不漏，焊縫合格，否則要查找原因及時(shí)修補(bǔ)。復(fù)合土工膜上下部錨固是重要的環(huán)節(jié)，嚴(yán)格按施工圖紙并經(jīng)監(jiān)理驗(yàn)收后
