1、地震傾覆力矩測試抗震設計時,地震造成的對房屋的傾覆力矩是由框架和剪力墻兩部分共同承擔的。若由框架承擔的部分大于總傾覆力矩的一定比例時,說明框架部分已居于較主要地位,應加強其抗震能力的儲備。另外,對于近年興起的短肢剪力墻結構,新規(guī)程要求設置剪力墻筒體(或一般剪力墻),形成短肢剪力墻與筒體(或一般剪力墻)共同抵抗水平力的結構。同時對短肢剪力墻結構中抗震設計時筒體和一般剪力墻承受的地震傾覆力矩作了相應的規(guī)定。為便于操作,本次規(guī)范修訂給出了框架部分承受的地震傾覆力矩的具體計算公式。1. 規(guī)范、規(guī)程相關規(guī)定和測試內(nèi)容11規(guī)范、規(guī)程相關規(guī)定1 抗震規(guī)范和高規(guī)條文,用于判定框剪結構的框架部分抗震等級的提高。

2、具體內(nèi)容為“框架抗震墻結構,在基本振型地震作用下,若框架部分承受的地震傾覆力矩大于結構總傾覆力矩的50%,其框架部分的抗震等級應按框架結構確定,(柱軸壓比限值宜按框架結構的規(guī)定采用);最大適用高度可比框架結構適當增加”; 框架部分承受的地震傾覆力矩可按下式計算:式中 Mc框剪結構在基本振型地震作用下框架部分承受的地震傾覆力矩 n 結構層數(shù) m 框架i層的柱根數(shù) Vij 第i層j根框架柱的計算地震剪力 hi 第i層層高2 高規(guī)7.1.2-2,用于限定短肢剪力墻結構中短肢剪力墻的數(shù)量。具體內(nèi)容為“抗震設計時,筒體和一般剪力墻承受的第一振型底部地震傾覆力矩不宜小于結構總底部地震傾覆力矩的50%”;2
