First fourth -Its on. .Step 12:教學(xué)反思反觀本節(jié)課的授課視頻，我真的發(fā)現(xiàn)了好多不足之處，說實(shí)話真的有種“不忍直視”的感覺。一句一句的去聽視頻里自己的口語和發(fā)音，一個一個的去看學(xué)生們的反應(yīng)，一個環(huán)節(jié)一個環(huán)節(jié)的去發(fā)現(xiàn)前后銜接方面的問題，引發(fā)的思考有很多。其中之一就是：如若多反觀幾次自己的教學(xué)實(shí)錄，自己的教學(xué)絕對是另外一番模樣。反思中覺得有以下三個方面的不足：1.沒有很好的照顧到幾個沉默的孩子們，就算是搶答環(huán)節(jié)也沒有發(fā)現(xiàn)他們的“落寞”。2.對于作業(yè)環(huán)節(jié)的處理太過潦草，不扎實(shí)，僅是一帶而過。3.月份詞的學(xué)習(xí)較為扎實(shí)，但是序數(shù)詞就不那么扎實(shí)了，在學(xué)生的聯(lián)系中可以發(fā)現(xiàn)對序數(shù)詞
