In order to answer this question, we must first examine whether people really wantto preserve the historic feel of an area. Not all historica

2、lbuildingsare attractive. However,there may be other reas ons for example, econo mic reas ons why they should be preserved. So, let us assumethat historical buildings are both attractive and important to the majority ofpeople. What should we do the n if a new build ing is n eeded?In my view, new arc
