1、今天，人民日?qǐng)?bào)怒批：再不整治！會(huì)讓中國(guó)道德倒退50年!好人還會(huì)有好報(bào)嗎？這個(gè)問(wèn)題，如今困擾著無(wú)數(shù)中國(guó)人。我死我有理還記得“電梯勸煙猝死案”嗎？半年前，河南楊先生在小區(qū)電梯里勸一名老漢不要抽煙引發(fā)爭(zhēng)執(zhí)，老人情緒激動(dòng)心臟病發(fā)作離世。后來(lái)，老人家屬把他告上法院，索賠40萬(wàn)巨款。一審時(shí)，法院酌定楊先生賠償1.5萬(wàn)。家屬不服，繼續(xù)上告，二審的結(jié)果就9個(gè)字：勸煙者無(wú)責(zé)，不用賠錢(qián)。電梯內(nèi)禁止吸煙，幾個(gè)大字沒(méi)看見(jiàn)嗎？好人在維護(hù)社會(huì)秩序，破壞規(guī)矩的人卻振振有詞的談什么“尊嚴(yán)”。當(dāng)他因自己尊嚴(yán)而猝死后，家屬居然有臉把好人告法院，還恬不知恥的說(shuō)：憑什么站在道德的制高點(diǎn)抨擊他？呵呵，憑什么？就憑你們這群“我老我有理”

2、、“我弱我有理”、“我死我有理”的“偽德姨”正在禍害整個(gè)社會(huì)的道德體系！謀殺道德！好人沒(méi)好報(bào)法律和道德，是維持中國(guó)長(zhǎng)久治安的兩大工具。當(dāng)法律存在死角時(shí)，道德就成了人與人之間唯一信任的紐帶。然而，中國(guó)正有一群人打著“道德”的旗幟，去牟利、去禍害社會(huì)！打開(kāi)一個(gè)產(chǎn)業(yè)的彭宇案2006年11月20日，南京市民彭宇助人為樂(lè)，送摔倒的徐壽蘭老太太去醫(yī)院檢查。檢查后需要數(shù)萬(wàn)手術(shù)費(fèi)，徐老太極其子女反咬彭宇是肇事者。2007年1月4日，在調(diào)解失敗后，徐老太將彭宇告上法院。在審判過(guò)程中，法官曾提起“不是你撞的，你為什么扶”的言論，讓彭宇啞口無(wú)言。最終，法院判決彭宇賠償45876元。當(dāng)然，彭宇案的重點(diǎn)不在于審判結(jié)果，

3、而在于此事后續(xù)的影響。用莫位網(wǎng)友的話來(lái)說(shuō)，彭宇案是中國(guó)道德滑坡的里程碑事件之一，它開(kāi)啟了中國(guó)老年群體最為畸形的產(chǎn)業(yè)：碰瓷業(yè)。碰瓷業(yè)下的現(xiàn)狀：畏扶如虎，人人自危今年12月，江西上饒莫中學(xué)三位學(xué)生，在放學(xué)路上看到一位老奶奶摔倒他們趕緊上前扶起。結(jié)果老太太竟要對(duì)他們說(shuō)要10萬(wàn)元住院，還好路過(guò)的兩名大學(xué)生幫忙查看監(jiān)控，才化解了糾紛。然而，好學(xué)生雖然受到了表?yè)P(yáng)，但壞人除了批評(píng)，未傷絲毫。莫位網(wǎng)友做過(guò)一個(gè)統(tǒng)計(jì)，截止2017年10月，在149起因扶人引發(fā)爭(zhēng)議的案例中，80%左右的案件真相最終被查明。其中冒充好人的撞人者32例，誣陷扶人者84例。在上述84起被扶者恩將仇報(bào)的案例中，僅有1例受到了扣留的處罰，但

4、因違法人員已滿70周歲，依法決定不予執(zhí)行。這就是彭宇案的遺毒，一些壞人利用人們的道德去故意碰瓷訛詐。如果成功了，將擁有一大筆財(cái)富；如果失敗了，頂多只是受到批評(píng)。因此，彭宇案之后，碰瓷安檢如雨后春筍，層由不窮。類(lèi)似案件有人說(shuō)的好：40多年的學(xué)雷鋒教育，1個(gè)彭宇案打回解放前。再不整治，中國(guó)道德就崩盤(pán)了其實(shí)，不論是彭宇案還是電梯勸煙案，重點(diǎn)不是好人沒(méi)好報(bào)，而是這些事件所產(chǎn)生的余毒：中國(guó)人被迫變冷漠、中國(guó)5000年建立的道德體系斷崖式滑坡。去年河南駐馬店一位姑娘在馬路上被撞，由租車(chē)造事逃逸。姑娘就這樣橫躺在冰冷的馬路上，來(lái)來(lái)往往的路人都視而不見(jiàn)。一位媽媽摟著嚇壞的孩子趕緊離開(kāi)了，旁邊騎著自行車(chē)的學(xué)生看

5、了一直接走開(kāi)。最終，一輛快速而來(lái)的汽車(chē)再次從她身上碾過(guò)，奪走了她的生命！視頻傳到網(wǎng)上，有人感嘆世態(tài)炎涼、有人大罵中國(guó)冷血無(wú)情。的確，他們說(shuō)的是事實(shí)，但很少有人明明知道卻不敢正視背后的原因。在那句“不是你撞的，你為什么扶”，在多少人被訛到傾家蕩產(chǎn)時(shí)，在一起起碰瓷案無(wú)疾而終后，似乎就在一夜之間，所有教育風(fēng)向都變了。所有父母都教育孩子不要扶人，尤其是老人和小孩；所有老師都教育學(xué)生不要輕易做好事，因?yàn)槟闶邪司艜?huì)被訛；多少家長(zhǎng)連夜給孩子打電話，帶著哭腔央求孩子，別瞎逞能;多少老師老師在課上痛心疾首：我本是要傳道育人的，但是我不得不昧著良心勸解你們要學(xué)著保護(hù)自己，不是自己的事情不要去做。毫不夸張的說(shuō)，在
