2、 for the thermometer (including dial, digital and glass thermometers).2. 范圍與職責(zé)/SCOPE AND RESPONSIBILITIES:本規(guī)程適用于溫度計(jì)(包含刻度盤，電子和玻璃溫度計(jì))的操作和校驗(yàn)。This SOP covers the operation and calibration check of thermometer (including dial, digital and glass thermometers).所有使用溫度計(jì)的人員必須經(jīng)本SOP培訓(xùn)，按照標(biāo)準(zhǔn)操作程序進(jìn)行操作。實(shí)驗(yàn)室負(fù)責(zé)人及QA負(fù)責(zé)監(jiān)督

3、本SOP的執(zhí)行。Personnel using the thermometer should be well trained and strictly follow the SOP. It is the responsibility of lab head and Quality Assurance to supervise the execution of the SOP. 3. 程序/ PROCEDURE:3.1 所有本分析實(shí)驗(yàn)室使用的溫度計(jì)都必須經(jīng)過校驗(yàn)。All the thermometers which used for analysis shall be calibrated. 3

4、.2 根據(jù)特定用途，選擇合適的溫度計(jì)。溫度測(cè)量范圍應(yīng)滿足實(shí)驗(yàn)的需要。Select appropriate thermometer for a certain use. The range for temperature measurement shall meet analysis requirements. 3.3 使用溫度計(jì)進(jìn)行測(cè)量時(shí)要確保感溫部分充分浸入被測(cè)物料中。勿觸到容器底部和容器壁。Make sure the sensing element immerge in the material which need to be tested during the operation. D

5、O NOT contact the bottom and wall of the container. 3.4 溫度穩(wěn)定后可以讀數(shù)。Record the reading after the temperature is stable. 3.5 注意：溫度計(jì)不可用來(lái)攪拌。NOTE: DO NOT use thermometer for stirring. 4. 校驗(yàn)/CALIBRATION:4.1 所有溫度計(jì)都需每年進(jìn)行校準(zhǔn)。校準(zhǔn)通過后要貼上標(biāo)簽。Any thermometer shall have annual calibration. Any thermometer shall be lab

6、eled after the calibration pass. 4.2 無(wú)法與冰水或沸水直接接觸, 以及測(cè)量范圍不包含0°C-100°C的溫度計(jì)可以用參照溫度計(jì)進(jìn)行校驗(yàn)。除此之外，所有的溫度計(jì)都應(yīng)在冰點(diǎn)和沸點(diǎn)校準(zhǔn)。Thermometers that cannot be easily calibrated through direct immersion in either ice water or boiling water, and those range doesnt cover 0°C-100°C, can be calibrated by co

7、mparing readings with certified calibrated thermometer. Otherwise, all thermometers will be calibrated for accuracy at the freezing point (0°C) and boiling point (100°C) of water.4.3 準(zhǔn)備/Preparation 4.3.1 向大小合適的燒杯內(nèi)倒入一瓶純水(約 1-1.5L)。然后將燒杯放入冰箱冷凍。按照下面的程序用冰水混合物測(cè)溫度計(jì)的0。Pour one bottle of pure wate

8、r into a suitable beaker (about 1-1.5L). Then put the beaker into freezer to freeze the water. The ice-water solution is prepared to test 0 point as the procedure below. 4.3.2 向大小合適的燒杯內(nèi)倒入一瓶純水(約 1-1.5L)。然后將燒杯放置在加熱板上，將水煮沸。按照下面的程序用沸水測(cè)溫度計(jì)的100。Pour one bottle of pure water into a suitable beaker (about 1

9、-1.5L). Then put the beaker onto the heating plate to boil the water. The boiling water is prepared to test 100 point as the procedure below. 4.4 0驗(yàn)證/Zero Point Verification 4.4.1 將冰碎成小塊。Break the ice into small pieces. 4.4.2 將溫度計(jì)插入冰水混合物中，保持一段時(shí)間（最少10分鐘）。Insert the thermometer into the ice-water solu

10、tion and keep it in the solution for a while (at least 10 minutes). 4.4.3 讀取溫度時(shí)禁止將溫度計(jì)從冰水中取出。迅速讀取完，并記錄在“溫度計(jì)期間核查記錄表I” (AT03-134-00 F1)上。DO NOT take out the thermometer from the ice-water when reading the temperature. The reading shall be read immediately and record on the “Intermediate Calibration For

11、m I” (AT03-134-00 F1).4.4.4 根據(jù)表上的公式計(jì)算出結(jié)果。接受范圍應(yīng)在0.02以內(nèi)。The result shall be calculated by the formula on the record form. The acceptable range shall be within 0.02. 4.5 沸點(diǎn)驗(yàn)證/Boiling Point Verification:4.5.1 將溫度計(jì)插入沸水中，保持一段時(shí)間（最少10分鐘）。Insert the thermometer into the boiling water. Keep it in for a while

12、(at least 10 minutes). 4.5.2 讀取溫度時(shí)禁止將溫度計(jì)從沸水取出。迅速讀取完，并記錄在“溫度計(jì)期間核查記錄表I” (AT03-134-00 F1)上。DO NOT take out the thermometer from the boiling water when read the temperature. The reading shall be read immediately and record on the “Intermediate Calibration Form I” (AT03-134-00 F1).4.5.3 根據(jù)表上的公式計(jì)算出結(jié)果。接受范圍

13、應(yīng)在0.02以內(nèi)。The result shall be calculated by the formula on the record form. The acceptable range shall be within 0.02. 4.5.4 如果溫度計(jì)冰點(diǎn)和沸點(diǎn)結(jié)果都在可接受范圍內(nèi)（0.02），那么校準(zhǔn)通過。在記錄表上記錄下數(shù)據(jù)并貼上通過標(biāo)簽。If the results of both points, not only the Zero but also the boiling poit, are in the acceptable range (within 0.02), the t

Report the result on the record form and label the thermometer if it is passed. 4.6 對(duì)于無(wú)法進(jìn)行冰點(diǎn)和沸點(diǎn)校準(zhǔn)的溫度計(jì)，可以按附表II (AT03-134-00 F2) 進(jìn)行校驗(yàn)。如果溫度計(jì)和參照溫度計(jì)的讀數(shù)差均在可接受范圍內(nèi)（2），那么校準(zhǔn)通過。在記錄表上記錄下數(shù)據(jù)并貼上通過標(biāo)簽。For the thermometers that cannot be calibrated at 0 and100, calibrate them according to the “Intermediate Calibration Thermometer Form II” (AT03-134-00 F2). If the reading deviation between the thermometer and the reference calibrated thermometer is in the acceptable range (within 2), the thermometer is passed.
