11、hipping order.2.依據(jù)裝箱單清點附件是否齊全。2.Whether the parts are broken or not during the transporting.2.部件是否因運輸有碰壞現(xiàn)象。1.4 Debugging 調(diào)試1. Before debugging, check and fasten all the bolts.1 調(diào)試前檢查并緊固各部件間緊固螺栓。2. Check it whether it is abnormal.2.檢查有無其它特別3. Starting orders: start this equipment in the adverse curre

12、nt materials, stop the equipment in the downstream material; avoid starting the equipment with the materials, stop the equipment when all the materials passed through the screen decks.3.起動挨次：逆料流方向啟動，順料流方向停車，應(yīng)避開帶料啟動，篩面上物料全部篩完再停車。4. After regulate the equipment, then run the equipment for 1-2 hours, w

13、hen it is not abnormal, then you can put materials into operating.。4調(diào)整后運轉(zhuǎn)1-2小時無特別現(xiàn)象方可投入使用。 1.5 Operation and Maintenance 使用與維護1. Check all the fastened parts frequently whether they are loose or not.1經(jīng)常檢查緊固件有無松動。2. Check all the wearing parts frequently whether they are worn or not.2經(jīng)常檢查易損件有無損壞現(xiàn)象。3.

14、 Stop to check them during the operating if there is an abnormal or the noise is larger.3工作中如有特別現(xiàn)象或噪聲過大應(yīng)準(zhǔn)時停機檢查。4. The exciters match with the motors,

During lifting、carrying and erecting, the exciter must not hit other equipments;1.激振器在吊裝、搬運及安裝時切勿碰撞。2. Before erecting, you should check all the connecting bolts whether they meet the requirements

23、.2.安裝前應(yīng)檢查各部件的緊固連接螺栓孔是否相符。3. During erecting, do not take down any part by yourself.3. 安裝時不得任憑拆卸零部件4. After erected, make sure that the exciter should be horizontal crossly.4. 安裝后激振器應(yīng)保證橫向水平.5. The fastening bolts applied loose-proof devices, so as not to loosen the bolts and break the exciters.5. 緊固螺

25、2.4 旋松配重塊緊固螺栓;2.5 Regulate the fixed eccentric mass and the regulative eccentric mass at the same phase and the same angle; or add or reduce the regulative eccentric mass ;c) 同相位、同角度調(diào)整激振器的偏心塊和配重塊,或增加、削減配重塊的數(shù)量;2.6 Screw the bolts, assemble the coversd) 旋緊螺栓，裝回風(fēng)罩。2.4 The Operation and Maintenance使用與維護

After the exciters are assembled and regulated, run them for 2-7 hours, check all the parts whether they are normal or not and screw all the screws again.1. 激振器安裝調(diào)整完畢，運行2-7小時，檢查各部件是否正常，并對各部位螺栓再緊固。2. You should control the temperature at 95oC.Check the lubrication grease volume at a regulative tim

27、e and supplement it in time, so that the volume is 2/3 of bearings vessel. Suggest that you can apply the molybdenum disulfide complex calcium lubricating grease, you had better check it two times every week.2. 正常使用時軸承的溫度應(yīng)把握在95oC.定期檢查軸承腔內(nèi)油量，并按要求準(zhǔn)時補充，以保證潤滑脂為軸承容腔的2/3為宜。建議使用二硫化鉬復(fù)合鋰基潤滑脂，最好每周檢查兩次。3. 28、should maintain it half year, clear off the dirt and dusts of the surface, clear the bearings and check the lubricating seals whether they are broken or not, and change them in time.3. 每半年應(yīng)維護保養(yǎng)一次，清除機體表面積塵、污垢，清洗軸承，檢查油封等易損件是否損壞，并準(zhǔn)時更換。4. During transporting and storing, you must not collide with other equipments.2.在運輸和存貯過程中，不準(zhǔn)有猛烈碰撞。3. Avoid

If you want to run this equipment, please switch on the power sou

37、rce, switch on the knife-break switch, check the voltmeter whether it works normally or not, or the three-phase voltage normally or not. If the voltmeter shows that the power source is abnormal, please check the power interface; if normal, then you can carry out the next operation sequence; turn the

38、 selector switch on the site pattern, so that you can operate the electric control box by hand. Press the starting key (1), start the No.1 motor when the indicator light (1)is on, then check the current whether it is normal or not; press the starting key (2), start the No.2 motor when the indicator

39、light (2) is on , check the current whether it is normal or not; so does the No.3 motor. However, the stopping sequence is as follows: press the on/off key (3), the No.3 motor stops running when the indicator light (3) is off, so do the No.2 and No.2 motors. If the operating is failure, the motor can not work normally when the failure indicator light is on, stop the equipment to check it, so as to remove the defaults.
