OA3.0 （Win8）說明？微軟公司在2012年10月26日發(fā)布了Win8操作系統(tǒng)，針對各品牌電腦廠商預(yù)裝Win8系統(tǒng)的機(jī)器，其OEM版本激活機(jī)制與原有的Win7系統(tǒng)采用的激活機(jī)制（OA2.1）發(fā)生明顯的區(qū)別。OA3.0（Win8）引入數(shù)字產(chǎn)品密鑰的概念，即把原本貼在機(jī)器底部的微軟產(chǎn)品密鑰轉(zhuǎn)變成數(shù)字格式，存放在每臺(tái)機(jī)器的BIOS中，所以出貨的每臺(tái)Win8機(jī)器的Win8密鑰都是不一樣的?？蛻糍徺I到Win8系統(tǒng)的機(jī)器后，機(jī)器在上網(wǎng)后才會(huì)

10、 not be modified, organized or re-utilized in any way without the express written permission of the rightful owner. 更換主板后，首次啟動(dòng)USB導(dǎo)入工具，需要先使用程序自帶的DMI/OA Key功能，修改主板信息（機(jī)型，序號(hào)，品牌），重啟后再次啟動(dòng)USB導(dǎo)入工具，才可執(zhí)行RDPK導(dǎo)入工作注意：1.修改品牌，第一個(gè)字母要大寫，例如：Acer，Gateway，F(xiàn)ounder2.型號(hào)按機(jī)器底部的機(jī)型的大小寫編排3.機(jī)器序號(hào)：全部大寫字母和數(shù)字4.“OA Key”選擇請按機(jī)器出廠預(yù)裝系統(tǒng)進(jìn)

21、型檔案 ITW機(jī)器，之前沒有送修過同型號(hào)機(jī)器，備件部門沒有在CSS系統(tǒng)建立機(jī)型檔案解決方法：在CSS的問題反饋系統(tǒng)中，反饋此問題，后續(xù)會(huì)轉(zhuǎn)給備件部門及時(shí)建立機(jī)型檔案2.Win8機(jī)器維修更換主板，CSS系統(tǒng)申請主板后，點(diǎn)擊“下載RDPK”，出現(xiàn)提示“RDPK”庫存不足，下載文件失敗，可能引起的原因：CSS系統(tǒng)內(nèi)的RDPK庫存用完，導(dǎo)致無法下載解決方法：在CSS的問題反饋系統(tǒng)中，反饋此問題，后續(xù)會(huì)轉(zhuǎn)給備件部門及時(shí)采購新的RDPKThis document is the intellectual property of Acer Inc, and was created for demonstrat

It may not be modified, organized or re-utilized in any way without the express written permission of the rightful owner. 3.CSS系統(tǒng)下載RDPK文件正常，但在機(jī)器上準(zhǔn)備導(dǎo)入時(shí)，發(fā)現(xiàn)“RDPK Inject”按鈕為灰色，無法正常導(dǎo)入，截圖如下：解決方法：查看照片，發(fā)現(xiàn)SNID欄位是空白的，說明RDPK文件中缺少SNID數(shù)據(jù)。在CSS的問題反饋系統(tǒng)中，反饋此問題，同時(shí)上傳RDPK文件，后續(xù)會(huì)轉(zhuǎn)給CSS系統(tǒng)維護(hù)部門及時(shí)修改RDPK文件，并

24、de不能為空”解決方法：查看照片，發(fā)現(xiàn)MB SN欄位是空白的，說明RDPK導(dǎo)入后生成的文件缺少主板的SN序號(hào)，導(dǎo)致CSS系統(tǒng)檢測出錯(cuò)提示先使用新版DMI工具刷寫MB SN后，再重新刷新RDPK，并上傳CSS系統(tǒng)新版DMI工具，eSupport文檔編號(hào)： KB130503001This document is the intellectual property of Acer Inc, and was created for demonstration purposes only. 25、ay without the express written permission of the rightful owner. 5.在何種情況下需要使用改版BIOS？2種情況： 客戶是Win8的機(jī)器，維修更換上的主板BIOS是Win7的（v1.xx），則需要使用v2.xxS的改版BIOS，變更主板的BIOS到v2.xx（Win8版本） 客戶是Win7的機(jī)器，維修更換上的主板BIOS是Win8的（v2.xx），則需要使用v1.xxS的改版BIOS，變更主板的BIOS到v1.xx（Win7版本）6.客戶Win7系統(tǒng)自行升級Win8系統(tǒng)，需要使用改版BIOS，升級到Win8 BIOS嗎？不需要，使用改版BIOS，BIOSv1.xx版本同樣可以支持升級版本的Win8。只有預(yù)裝版本的Win8系統(tǒng)才需要使用到v2.xxS的改版BIOS7.客戶Win8系統(tǒng)自行改裝Win7系統(tǒng)，需要使用改版BIOS，變更到Win7 BIOS嗎？不需要，Win8 BIOSv2.xx版本修改設(shè)置后，一樣可以安裝Win7系統(tǒng)，只需在BIOS中把“Boot Mode”中的設(shè)置由“UEFI”修改為“Legacy BIOS” 注：有些
