5、int ;單純個(gè)人希望或僅指摘問(wèn)題缺點(diǎn),而無(wú)具體改善內(nèi)容A personal wish or only the description of a problem without concrete improvement contents; 補(bǔ)救修理操作不屬于合理化建議is a remedial operation 請(qǐng)求修理遺漏問(wèn)題不屬于合理化建議is a request to repair a leak涉及個(gè)人生活隱私、薪資、人事異動(dòng)任免問(wèn)題involves privacy, salary and personnel transfer issuesProperty of Faurecia -

6、Duplication prohibited當(dāng)合理化建議被拒絕時(shí),員工一定要獲得充分和明確的解釋,這往往會(huì)產(chǎn)生新的合理化建議。When Improvement Idea is refused, the operator must be explained clearly and completely. And it often lead to new improvemnet Idea.與其他合理化建議內(nèi)容相同時(shí),以經(jīng)理/主管采納的簽字時(shí)間最早的計(jì)算提交件數(shù)。其余均不計(jì)算件數(shù)。合理化建議相同且經(jīng)理/主管采納的簽字時(shí)間也全部相同時(shí),每個(gè)GAP小組只計(jì)算一件。It is the same as th

7、e other improvement ideas, we only recognize the improvement idea which manager / supervisor signed earliest. If the contents of improvement idea is the same, and the time of submit improvement idea at the one time, we only calculate one improvement idea in one GAP.Property of Faurecia - Duplication

Form, put it under “Contribution Column” in the GAP Board or submit to manager/supervisor. 在GAP的班前會(huì)、QRQC或各種問(wèn)題解決會(huì)議的機(jī)會(huì)討論合理化建議 Discuss improvement idea at the before/end shift Top5 or QRQC discussion.P

9、roperty of Faurecia - Duplication prohibited 在班長(zhǎng)和主管的例行會(huì)議,UAP的TOP5會(huì)或部門的TOP5/月 會(huì)上討論合理化建議 Discuss improvement idea at regular meeting among GAP leaders and supervisors, UAP Top5 or department Top5. 員工和經(jīng)理/主管討論他們的合理化建議 Manager/supervisor discusses the improvement idea with the employee. 部門經(jīng)理/主管需要輔導(dǎo)和幫助員工填

10、寫(xiě)合理化建議,形成可行 的解決方案。 Department manager/supervisor help and coach the employee fill in the I.I. Form, making feasible solutions.Property of Faurecia - Duplication prohibited 各部門經(jīng)理/主管負(fù)責(zé)其范圍內(nèi)的合理化建議的管理,組織召 開(kāi)合理化建議評(píng)審會(huì),跟蹤合理化建議實(shí)施狀況,并進(jìn)行統(tǒng) 計(jì)和轉(zhuǎn)交給人力資源部。 Managers/supervisors is responsible for overall I.I. manageme

11、nt in his / her area, organizing I.I. validation meeting, tracking I.I. implementation status, counting up and submitting to HR.Property of Faurecia - Duplication prohibitedStep 2 收集、討論和評(píng)審合理化建議收集、討論和評(píng)審合理化建議 Generate and discuss improvement idea合理化建議是否屬于重復(fù) whether it is the repeated improvement idea合

12、理化建議是否可采納或?qū)嵤?whether the idea is adoptable or feasible經(jīng)理/主管收到合理化建議后,首先進(jìn)行初步的評(píng)審。以確定:After receiving the improvement idea, manager/supervisor gives initial appraisal to define:每個(gè)建議的評(píng)審時(shí)間最多為5天,實(shí)施時(shí)間不得超出3個(gè)月。Validation period is no more than 5 days and implementation period is no more than 3 months.Property

13、 of Faurecia - Duplication prohibited篩選后,經(jīng)理/主管將所有提交的不重復(fù)的合理化建議交到人力資源部跨部門建議板。After filtering, manager/supervisor hands out the white sheet and the unrepeated improvement idea to human resource department cross department board.經(jīng)理/主管將不符合要求或無(wú)法實(shí)施的合理化建議退回給提案人,并解釋未采納的原因。Manager/supervisor returns the idea

14、(white sheet and red sheet) cannot be adopted to the contributor and explains the reason. 16、he infeasible improvement idea, contributors manager/supervisor returns the idea to the contributor and explains the reason.對(duì)于其他部門實(shí)施的合理化建議,提案人的經(jīng)理/主管需會(huì)同實(shí)施部門的經(jīng)理共同評(píng)審。For the idea implemented by other departments, contributors manager/supervisor shall appraise the feasibility with the execution departme

17、nts manager.對(duì)采納的合理化建議,實(shí)施部門的經(jīng)理/主管確定實(shí)施人和實(shí)施期限,在提案表上注明。For the adoptable idea, the executors manager/supervisor defines the executor and deadline, meanwhile marking in I.I. form. 18、確認(rèn)結(jié)果提案人確認(rèn)結(jié)果Implementation result feedback: contributor confirms the result實(shí)施人在實(shí)施完成后,找到提案人或者和部門經(jīng)理、主管確認(rèn)。雙方在合理化建議表上簽字確認(rèn)。After completing, executor confirm with the contributor,and 2 persons sign on it.
