The roots of my strong interest in business can be traced back to my childhood. My father was among the first of Chinas new breed of modern entrepreneurs. As a young girl， it w

My mother was also involved in business as an accountant， helping him with simple calculations. And so it was early in my life that I hoped I， also， would someday be able to enter th

4、e realm of business. With the time of growing up， I preferred reading books to satisfy my curiosity. I never ceased to contemplate over the questions I encountered. Subjects on business and management became a special fascination to me and my knowledge of psychology as well as interest in this field

5、 was increasing rapidly. As a high school student in China， I had to concentrate on the College Entrance Examination (CEE)， even so， books not related to the exams were never excluded from my life. Unfortunately when sitting in the exam in June， 2001， I was so nervous that I didnt score well in the

6、CEE exam. I enrolled in the department of Computer Science in Zhejiang College of Traditional Chinese Medicine. Any attempt to persuade myself to focus on my major turned out to be a failure at the beginning of my college life. After several terms， I realized that I would never be interested in bein

7、g a programmer or an engineer. At that moment， I lost my direction and objectives. My persistence in reading saved me from the dark situation. As a matter of fact， I enjoyed reading the books included Encyclopedia American， and some books about management by Peter F.Drucker. I began to notice someth

8、ing interesting： Why some companies can produce more than others? Why some company can sell more than others? Why some companies can build up but others cannot when facing the same difficulties? With the questions in my mind， I started to read many relevant books. I was lucky to read the book “Jack：

9、 Straight from the Gut”by Jack Welch， in Which John A. Byrne makes a clear illustration that the management is important for a company. When I was a junior， I ran a bookshop by myself near my school. I should manage not only the finance in the shop but also the employees in my shop even made some st

10、rategies to enlarge the business in my shop to hold on the run the shop. From this， my interpersonal skills and the capacity in business has been greatly developed， definitely I was increasingly interested in what I was doing. By December， 2022， I had finally determined to take business management a

11、s my career instead of IT. To accumulate more relevant knowledge， I strived to gain more practical work experience in some big companies. Fortunately， as a senior， I began by conducting an internship in the Architecture Company in Zhejiang Province. Over six months， I worked as an assistant of the m

12、anager to harmonize the relationship between the different departments in this company and to draft some management system， which broadened my perspective of management conditions and business performance in different industries. The experience showed me that management is much more important than t

13、hat of I thought in big companies. After graduation， I continued my work in this company. In May， 2022， the company offered me an opportunity to participate in an training program held by a famous management school. Through in-depth discussions with teachers and students in the classes， they all enc

14、ouraged me to pursue my future career in management field because of my intellectual ability and the brand new ideas I mentioned. 16、your favorable reply. 低齡同學(xué)在出國(guó)之前應(yīng)該注意的問(wèn)題 第一個(gè)是語(yǔ)言關(guān)。到美國(guó)幾乎沒(méi)有人講漢語(yǔ)了，除了你的同學(xué)是中國(guó)的同學(xué)。在美國(guó)，多數(shù)情況下，外國(guó)人的比率不會(huì)超過(guò) 15%，所以外國(guó)人還是少數(shù)。所以第一就是語(yǔ)言關(guān)要過(guò)了，否則的話(huà)去了學(xué)習(xí)也跟不上。我們發(fā)現(xiàn)很多學(xué)生剛剛過(guò)去買(mǎi)錄音筆，回去以后再聽(tīng)一下。所以有三個(gè)月的適應(yīng)期。在國(guó)內(nèi)對(duì)聽(tīng)說(shuō)材料多進(jìn)行了解。 第二點(diǎn)，獨(dú)力能力和自理能力一定要強(qiáng)。中國(guó)同學(xué)有一點(diǎn)非常注意的就是，我們知道中國(guó)就是一考定終生，或者是中考的成績(jī)是你一生的夢(mèng)想。所以我們學(xué)習(xí)好的孩子好了，這樣的話(huà)就導(dǎo)致我們的智力能力和生活能力很差。要出國(guó)留學(xué)的同學(xué)，獨(dú)力能力和自理

17、能力一定要強(qiáng)。在國(guó)內(nèi)衣服都沒(méi)洗過(guò)，到美國(guó)生活會(huì)很困難。對(duì)家長(zhǎng)來(lái)說(shuō)，如果想讓孩子出國(guó)，提前讓孩子在生活上學(xué)會(huì)照顧自己，有非常強(qiáng)的獨(dú)立精神。 第三個(gè)是在精神上做好準(zhǔn)備。我們整體的綜合情況和美國(guó)孩子還是特別不一樣的，美國(guó)孩子是特別獨(dú)力的，到大學(xué)之后幾乎不向父母要錢(qián)了，有很多同學(xué)出國(guó)之后融入不進(jìn)去，這方面要早一點(diǎn)做好準(zhǔn)備。很多大學(xué)一開(kāi)始的時(shí)候會(huì)有很多社團(tuán)，這個(gè)時(shí)候最是好的交流的時(shí)候。如果你沒(méi)有加入到社團(tuán)這個(gè)群體中，那你之后就很可能被別人忽略。所以出國(guó)之前一定要做好心理上的、生活上的，囊括語(yǔ)言等方方面面的準(zhǔn)備。 留學(xué)的注意事項(xiàng) 第一，提升單科成績(jī)。國(guó)外的大學(xué)特別看重學(xué)習(xí)成績(jī)，許多自考生申請(qǐng)困難，便是由于學(xué)習(xí)成績(jī)的問(wèn)題。由于我國(guó)的自考比較嚴(yán)格，如果考生不是在考前就有出國(guó)打算的話(huà)，很少有考生各科成績(jī)都能得優(yōu)秀。因?yàn)楫吘故怯脴I(yè)余時(shí)間在學(xué)習(xí)，許多人抱著通過(guò)就行的想法，成績(jī)普遍不高。因此，如果有出國(guó)留學(xué)的打算的話(huà)，一定要努力提高自己的考試
