13、部線要防止與溫度高的部件(如晶體管的散熱片)接觸,除非其耐溫值足夠高.一切的內(nèi)部線的銜接要可靠,焊接一定要勾焊.內(nèi)部線的相關電氣規(guī)格不應小于器具的規(guī)格.帶電部件和電氣絕緣載流部件的資料通常為銀,銅,銅合金等其他同等的資料, 不銹鋼也可以用來當作載流部件.帶電部件通常要可靠固定,不能轉動和挪動,單靠外表之間的摩擦來防止帶電部件的轉動是不接受的,用梅花介子是可以接受的.支撐帶電部件的資料應該是具有能抗?jié)裥缘男阅?支撐帶電部件的塑膠資料應該符合UL746C 的要求.固定易碎性的絕緣部件應該不能太緊,以防止該部件裂開.一切用做絕緣的Tube, 都要求有認證.MOTOR 馬達常見的幾種馬達Series

15、制器具,其要能經(jīng)受賭馬達測試等相關測試,并且其要符合UL2111的limited short circuit 測試.For appliances provided with an automatic reset or user-resettable overload-protective device where automatic restarting would result in a risk of injury to persons, each of three representative appliances shall be energized and have their ro

16、tors stalled until the overloadprotective device opens. While still energized, and the rotor no longer stalled, the representative appliances shall then be allowed to cool down until the overload-protective device closes. The representative appliance shall not automatically restart or have the possi

17、bility of accidentally being restarted. Both the internal and external surfaces shall be scuffed laterally and vertically. b) A

32、fter the container is abraded, the entire assembly (container, cutter assembly, jar nut, etc.) shall be assembled and heated until thermal saturation to 55C (130F) in either an aircirculating oven or in a hot water bath. c) The container assembly shall be removed and immediately filled with a mixtur

33、e of 2 cups ice cubes and 8 fl oz. alcohol (vodka). Ice cubes must be approximately the size to enclose a 1-in (25-mm) cube. The ice cubes and alcohol shall be maintained, separately, at a temperature of -5C (23F) or less prior to the test. The ice cubes and alcohol, when moved from storage, are to

34、be used within 5 minutes. d) The mixture shall be pulsed five (5) times on highest speed.
