3、5年來，我一直堅持讀書學(xué)習(xí)，認為為業(yè)務(wù)園長不是一個職務(wù)，而而是一個職業(yè)，假如是一個職職業(yè)，我必須具備這個職業(yè)所所需要的一切素質(zhì)，我必須有有更多的知識和才能，必須把把握各方面的信息，使自己保保持對新事物的敏銳感覺，必必須使自己的思想觀念始終在在時代前列，才能不被劇烈的的競爭所淘汰。我堅持不懈地地汲取各方面的新知識、新思思想、新觀念，堅持不懈地讀讀書，使讀書、考慮成為我工工作和生活中不可缺少的習(xí)慣慣，做到在思想上引導(dǎo)老師，在業(yè)務(wù)上指導(dǎo)老師。作為園園長，我時刻注意深化第一線線，為老師們出點子、提建議議，用自身的影響力來凝聚全全體教職工的三、與老師團結(jié)一致致，達成年度目的。重點做做好以下工作：1加強強

5、育，培養(yǎng)“安康康活潑、好奇探究、文明樂群群、英勇自信”的孩子。抓住住保教中心工作，注重理論聯(lián)聯(lián)絡(luò)實際，積極開展現(xiàn)代學(xué)前前教育的理論與探究。202_年秋季開學(xué)后我又組織教老師們在學(xué)習(xí)綱要的根底礎(chǔ)上系統(tǒng)學(xué)習(xí)了幼兒園工作作規(guī)程，使老師們進一步了理解了綱要的精神和規(guī)規(guī)程的要求，并堅持貫徹落落實，結(jié)合我園幼3賦予家長工作新的成效效3月初開展的家長會會中評選了家園合作先進家庭庭，頒發(fā)獎狀，進一步進步了了家長工作的積極性和主動性性，家長們協(xié)助老師動手制作作了許多戶外活動器材，豐富富了幼兒的戶外活動，老師也也通過實際行動贏得了家長的的支持，家長們一致認為：孩孩子們在一幼很放心，我們對對老師和孩子都寄予了希望、

6、充滿了信心。9月份開學(xué)前前召開了新生家長會，就幼兒兒園根本建立、師資隊伍教學(xué)學(xué)理念、辦園宗旨、幼兒培養(yǎng)養(yǎng)目的等向家長做了介紹，就就“如何減輕幼兒入園焦慮”“ 為何新幼兒的幼兒容易易生病”問題向家長做理解釋釋，開學(xué)兩10月中旬組織開開展英語外教教學(xué)觀摩，這一一系列的活動使家長們對幼兒兒園的整體情況有了深化的了理解，為一學(xué)期家長工作的順順利開展奠定了堅實的根底。4、加強青年老師培培養(yǎng)，促進年輕老師隊伍專業(yè)業(yè)化成長，20_年以來，我園又新新增進了名年輕老師，9月份份開學(xué)后因工作要求調(diào)安雪花花、任學(xué)輝兩位老師到中層領(lǐng)領(lǐng)導(dǎo)崗位，9月中旬宣布朱海海燕老師為副園長，隨著原先先骨干老師不斷充實到領(lǐng)導(dǎo)崗崗位，使

7、整個老師隊伍出現(xiàn)了了青黃不接的狀態(tài)，因此需要要年輕的老師盡快成長成熟起起來，本學(xué)期我將年輕老師培培養(yǎng)作為一項重點工作來抓。主要采用外出培訓(xùn)學(xué)習(xí)和園園本培訓(xùn)相結(jié)合的方式。今年年四月份11為年輕老師先后后兩批次到北京參觀學(xué)習(xí)，聆聆聽講座，9月派了7為年輕輕老師到市參加說課11月21日派7為新新入職老師到市花園幼兒園觀觀摩全市優(yōu)質(zhì)課教學(xué)活動；110月下旬全園13為年輕教老師參加了本園教學(xué)觀摩活動動，活動之后開展老師說課評評課活動；11月22日我園園張雅菲、高杰兩位老師參加加了市組織的骨干老師優(yōu)質(zhì)課課比賽，12月3日我園張麗麗、王一凡兩位老師參加了市市新秀組老師優(yōu)質(zhì)課比賽。統(tǒng)統(tǒng)過外出培訓(xùn)、園本培訓(xùn)、外

8、外出比賽、園內(nèi)老師教學(xué)觀摩摩活動等不同形式為年輕的教老師創(chuàng)設(shè)平臺，使她們在原有有的程度上有了較大的開展。20_年，我園老師在在各級各類評比、比賽中表現(xiàn)現(xiàn)突出，獲得了許多優(yōu)異的成成績：5月份選派朱海燕和徐徐曉娟兩位年輕老師參加全市市教學(xué)能手作課比賽獲得了一一等獎的好成績，其中朱海燕燕老師又通過說課比賽被選中中代表張家口市到石家莊參加加比賽又獲得了一等獎，六月月份我們有四位老師獲得了市市學(xué)科帶頭人、教學(xué)能手、教教學(xué)新星稱號，有六位老師參參加市教科所組織的說課比賽賽，其中三位獲得一等獎，三三位獲得二等獎，11月222日、12月3日四位年輕教老師參加全市幼兒園優(yōu)質(zhì)課比比賽獲得二等獎的成績，同時時幼兒園
