2、quired before the contract being signed, which is applied for all RFQs, Purchase Orders, or Frame Agreement etc. 對(duì)公司產(chǎn)品的每一份銷售合同在簽訂前都必須進(jìn)行合同評(píng)審,以充分了解和理解顧客的所有要 求,確保按合同規(guī)定的要求向顧客提供滿意的產(chǎn)品。2.0SCOPE 范圍For all RFQs that we attended.適用于公司參與的所有詢價(jià)項(xiàng)目;For all contracts, PO for samples& batch production parts, PO chan
3、ged or cancelled etc.適用于公司產(chǎn)品的銷售合同、樣品訂單及量產(chǎn)訂單,訂單的修改/取消的評(píng)審。3.0 DEFINITIONS 定義RFQ program: means all RFQs that Cheersson.詢價(jià):所有公司參與的客戶的詢價(jià)項(xiàng)目。Purchase Order/ frame agreement/Nomination Le社er (including PO for samples & tooling etc.)采購(gòu)訂單/框架合同/項(xiàng)目定點(diǎn)授權(quán)書:客戶通知并授權(quán)公司啟動(dòng)項(xiàng)目開發(fā)的正式合同文件,包括樣 品訂單、模具訂單等。Rolling Release: onc
4、e a part in batch production phase, customer usually issue their rollingrelease via web and also the forcast for future 24 weeks.滾動(dòng)訂單:產(chǎn)品進(jìn)入批量生產(chǎn)階段后,由客戶直接在網(wǎng)絡(luò)上每周更新并下達(dá)的需求指令以及未來24周的需求預(yù)測(cè)等。4.0 RECORDS 記錄FN-AQ-003 Contract Review Record form合同評(píng)審記錄表5.0 Responsibility 職責(zé)AQP are responsible for information coll
5、ecting and transmission to internal team. Sales shall follow up the contract review process on time, and coordinate the team to settle the open issues found during the review process. Sales shall have good and smooth communication with customers during the whole phase.項(xiàng)目部負(fù)責(zé)收集并準(zhǔn)確傳達(dá)信息至公司內(nèi)部,并以客戶要求為導(dǎo)向,按
6、時(shí)跟進(jìn)合同評(píng)審的情況, 并協(xié)調(diào)整個(gè)團(tuán)隊(duì)解決產(chǎn)生的問題。整個(gè)過程中,銷售應(yīng)和客戶保持良好通暢的溝通。AQP is responsible for review techniques, cost, Productivity, process capability and so on. 項(xiàng)目部負(fù)責(zé)對(duì)工藝、技術(shù)、成本、產(chǎn)能、過程能力及材料等進(jìn)行評(píng)估。Logistics is responsible for review and confirming delivery requirements.物流部負(fù)責(zé)評(píng)估并確認(rèn)客戶的交貨需求。6.0 PROCESS 流程Review customers RFQ pr
7、ogram parts 客戶詢價(jià)項(xiàng)目評(píng)審Once get customers RFQ, Program Manager should collect information about due date, trade term, and other program information, such as planning annual volume, lifetime etc., and then forward to Program Manager in NA.項(xiàng)目經(jīng)理接到客戶詢價(jià)信息后,收集客戶要求報(bào)價(jià)的日期及貿(mào)易條款、相關(guān)項(xiàng)目信息,如計(jì) 劃年用量、項(xiàng)目周期等,并轉(zhuǎn)至北美的項(xiàng)目經(jīng)理。If
8、 the development is accepted, Program Manager In NA run cost analysis 如開發(fā)可行,北美項(xiàng)目經(jīng)理核算價(jià)格.Program Manager In NA provides cost sheet to their boss to approve, if ok Send to sales ,sales send the approved price to customer,北美項(xiàng)目經(jīng)理在規(guī)定期限內(nèi)提交價(jià)格表給提交報(bào)價(jià)單和其他必要的資料給上級(jí)領(lǐng)導(dǎo)批準(zhǔn),項(xiàng) 目經(jīng)理將批準(zhǔn)的價(jià)格按時(shí)提交給客戶。Program Manager should f
9、ollow up customer until the program is kicked off.項(xiàng)目經(jīng)理在報(bào)價(jià)后要繼續(xù)跟進(jìn)客戶,直至項(xiàng)目定案。Program manager needs to keep the tracking number.Review new kicked-off program 新項(xiàng)目立項(xiàng)評(píng)審Once new program is kicked off, Program Manager transfer all of the correlationinformation to APQP Team項(xiàng)目立項(xiàng)后,項(xiàng)目經(jīng)理將所有的相關(guān)信息,并轉(zhuǎn)交至廠內(nèi)的APQPteam.Re
10、view PO for sample P0 樣品訂單的評(píng)審The sample PO before batch production should be reviewed by the APQP team.
