31、 用魚尾板把軌道聯(lián)成一體，注意軌道接頭間隙，不應(yīng)大于 2 毫米，根據(jù)中心線大體上找成一直線，用螺栓壓板導(dǎo)把軌道 初步固定，然后進行全面找正，達到要求為止。最后把螺栓 全部固定。軌道安裝找正后，可用經(jīng)緯儀、水準(zhǔn)儀、鋼卷尺、彈簧 稱進行最后測量檢查，是否符合安裝技術(shù)要求和設(shè)計要求， 并做記錄，作為交工資料。質(zhì)量檢查合格后，可將方墊圈與壓板點焊死，可每隔三 塊對焊一塊。兩條平行軌道的接頭位置應(yīng)錯開，其錯開的距 離不應(yīng)等于起重機前后車輪的基距。3起重機的安裝將吊起大梁用枕木墊高300400mm 進行組裝。組裝好的橋架應(yīng)按起重機檢驗大綱進行測量復(fù)查、記f Ink lone la iLkoie ri* t

41、裝安全滑觸線的檢驗。首先檢查滑線外觀不得有扭曲變形，導(dǎo)軌接頭平直、光滑、搪錫良好、絕緣槽板無斷裂，集 電器在刷框內(nèi)伸縮自如，且有一定壓力，電刷無破損，電刷 在每根導(dǎo)軌內(nèi)移動流暢。根據(jù)電氣施工平面圖上每條滑線的供電位置，確定好每根滑線供電器的位置。按補償段、供電段等順序編號。支架制作。支架型式采用 90SD371 I 3型支架，支架 為單根/ 50*5*350角鋼，在支架的一端距端部 50mm處沖上 50*60的腰圓孔。支架安裝。以行車軌中心線為基準(zhǔn)線，將支架焊固于吊 車梁表面，焊接時保證支架水平，孔中線距基準(zhǔn)為250mm ,支架間距一般為1.5m ,具體要求參見滑線隨機技術(shù)資料。吊起第一根滑線
