1、手持式合金分析儀操作規(guī)程（中英文）一、范圍1. Range本規(guī)程適用于廠內(nèi)型號為 Niton XLT898W 手持式合金分析儀的使用操作。This operating regulation is applie for hany-alloy analysis in HBG name Niton XLT898W.二、工作原理及適用范圍：2. Working principle an scope of application采用 X 射線熒光（ XRF ）技術(shù)進(jìn)行多元素分析。用于各種高低合金鋼、不銹鋼、工具鋼、鉻 / 鉬鋼、鎳合金、鈷合金、鎳 / 鈷耐熱合金、鈦合金、銅合金等，可分析 Ti V Cr

6、或異?，F(xiàn)象應(yīng)立即更換。2.使用該設(shè)備時(shí)應(yīng)正確佩戴設(shè)備防護(hù)腰帶，手握設(shè)備時(shí)應(yīng)先把防滑帶套入手腕，以防設(shè)備損壞。3.測量前應(yīng)保證被測面露出金屬光澤。按下電源開關(guān)，儀器發(fā)出提示音，液晶屏幕顯示數(shù)據(jù)后，直接在觸摸屏上輸入 1 、 2 、 3 、 4 、 E 進(jìn)入操作界面（主界面） 。4.儀器校正：在正式測試前，應(yīng)檢測“標(biāo)塊”，確認(rèn)檢測值正常，方可進(jìn)檢測產(chǎn)品。5.測量時(shí)把發(fā)射鏡貼近被測物體表面，按下把手上的檢測開關(guān)按鈕，此時(shí)工作提醒燈閃爍測量開始，待儀器發(fā)出提示音測量結(jié)束。6.按“” / “”鍵翻看檢測數(shù)據(jù)。繼續(xù)檢測請則再次按下把手上的檢測開關(guān)按鈕。退出檢測界面按“”回到主界面。7.測量完畢后長按電源開

7、關(guān)，關(guān)機(jī)，并且將設(shè)備放置在防水設(shè)備箱內(nèi)。1. 11、water-proof instrument case.六、注意事項(xiàng)：6. matters neee attention:1.本儀器需專人操作，專人負(fù)責(zé)日常維持、清潔及保養(yǎng)工作，并且做好儀器使用記錄。非相關(guān)人員不得擅自操作。2.操作前應(yīng)確保電池有足夠電量。3.在任何時(shí)候都要確定 X 射線方向、謹(jǐn)防輻射。4.在任何情況，如果未使用儀器，不得開啟擋板。5.在測試進(jìn)程中不得將儀器放在 Kapton 窗口附近。在擋板開啟時(shí)，勿將儀器指向自己或其他任何人。6.在下載讀數(shù)時(shí)不可進(jìn)行測量，在刪除數(shù)據(jù)時(shí)切勿關(guān)閉儀器。7.勿將儀器侵入水中。8.本儀器因采用 X 射線熒光 , 因而要避免在露天強(qiáng)光（特別是紫外線強(qiáng)
