1、手持式合金分析儀操作規(guī)程（中英文）一、范圍1. Range本規(guī)程適用于廠內(nèi)型號為 Niton XLT898W 手持式合金分析儀的使用操作。This operating regulation is applie for hany-alloy analysis in HBG name Niton XLT898W.二、工作原理及適用范圍：2. Working principle an scope of application采用 X 射線熒光（ XRF ）技術(shù)進行多元素分析。用于各種高低合金鋼、不銹鋼、工具鋼、鉻 / 鉬鋼、鎳合金、鈷合金、鎳 / 鈷耐熱合金、鈦合金、銅合金等，可分析 Ti V Cr

2、 Mn Fe Co Ni Cu Zn Nb Zr Mo Ag P Sn Hf Ta W Re Pb Bi Se Sb 等元素。Using fluorescent X-ray technology to have multi-element analysis. this evie is applie for kins of alloye steel, non-corrosive steel, tool steel, chrome-molybenum steel, nickel alloy, cobalt alloy, nickel/cobalt heat-resisting alloy, tit

6、或異常現(xiàn)象應立即更換。2.使用該設備時應正確佩戴設備防護腰帶，手握設備時應先把防滑帶套入手腕，以防設備損壞。3.測量前應保證被測面露出金屬光澤。按下電源開關(guān)，儀器發(fā)出提示音，液晶屏幕顯示數(shù)據(jù)后，直接在觸摸屏上輸入 1 、 2 、 3 、 4 、 E 進入操作界面（主界面） 。4.儀器校正：在正式測試前，應檢測“標塊”，確認檢測值正常，方可進檢測產(chǎn)品。5.測量時把發(fā)射鏡貼近被測物體表面，按下把手上的檢測開關(guān)按鈕，此時工作提醒燈閃爍測量開始，待儀器發(fā)出提示音測量結(jié)束。6.按“” / “”鍵翻看檢測數(shù)據(jù)。繼續(xù)檢測請則再次按下把手上的檢測開關(guān)按鈕。退出檢測界面按“”回到主界面。7.測量完畢后長按電源開

7、關(guān)，關(guān)機，并且將設備放置在防水設備箱內(nèi)。1. 11、water-proof instrument case.六、注意事項：6. matters neee attention:1.本儀器需專人操作，專人負責日常維持、清潔及保養(yǎng)工作，并且做好儀器使用記錄。非相關(guān)人員不得擅自操作。2.操作前應確保電池有足夠電量。3.在任何時候都要確定 X 射線方向、謹防輻射。4.在任何情況，如果未使用儀器，不得開啟擋板。5.在測試進程中不得將儀器放在 Kapton 窗口附近。在擋板開啟時，勿將儀器指向自己或其他任何人。6.在下載讀數(shù)時不可進行測量，在刪除數(shù)據(jù)時切勿關(guān)閉儀器。7.勿將儀器侵入水中。8.本儀器因采用 X 射線熒光 , 因而要避免在露天強光（特別是紫外線強
