1、. ：.；建筑資料論文：建筑資料租賃管理信息系統(tǒng)的設(shè)計(jì)與實(shí)現(xiàn)【中文摘要】隨著現(xiàn)代經(jīng)濟(jì)的飛速開(kāi)展,成千上萬(wàn)的大型建筑工程拔地而起,而目前絕大多數(shù)建筑公司并不能完全擁有建筑這些工程所需的一切資料設(shè)備。因此,建筑資料租賃行業(yè)應(yīng)運(yùn)而生。本文所謂建筑資料并非指建筑體本身所需的鋼筋、水泥等,而是指建筑施工過(guò)程中必不可少的內(nèi)、外架輔助支承體系,例如:鋼模、鋼板等。由于建筑工程越來(lái)越復(fù)雜,使得這些建筑資料租賃單位的管理顯得愈發(fā)重要。因此,國(guó)內(nèi)外逐漸將計(jì)算機(jī)管理系統(tǒng)運(yùn)用于這一領(lǐng)域,但是由于此行業(yè)多年來(lái)并未引起社會(huì)的廣泛關(guān)注和注重,因此計(jì)算機(jī)建筑資料租賃管理系統(tǒng)的開(kāi)發(fā)沒(méi)有得到同步開(kāi)展,國(guó)內(nèi)外此領(lǐng)域成熟、勝利的軟件

2、幾乎是空白。針對(duì)目前該領(lǐng)域辦公業(yè)務(wù)的需求,運(yùn)用基于面向?qū)ο蟪绦蛟O(shè)計(jì)的Micosoft visual basic 6.0開(kāi)發(fā)平臺(tái)和MS SQLServer 2005數(shù)據(jù)庫(kù),采用C/S開(kāi)發(fā)方式,運(yùn)用面向?qū)ο蟪绦蛟O(shè)計(jì)方法,建立一個(gè)基于Windows環(huán)境下的建筑資料租賃管理信息系統(tǒng)。經(jīng)過(guò)運(yùn)用本系統(tǒng),到達(dá)使租賃管理任務(wù)系統(tǒng)化、規(guī)范化、自動(dòng)化、簡(jiǎn)易化、智能化,提高租賃管理效率的。論文首先分析了建筑資料租賃管理信息系統(tǒng)的、研討意義及研討的主要內(nèi)容,在對(duì)傳統(tǒng)手工租賃管理手段與計(jì)算機(jī)輔助管理手段進(jìn)展優(yōu)劣對(duì)比的根底上,提出利用多種現(xiàn)代化的計(jì)算機(jī)技術(shù)、數(shù)據(jù)庫(kù)技術(shù)開(kāi)發(fā)建筑資料租賃管理信息系統(tǒng)的必要性。在對(duì)開(kāi)發(fā)本系統(tǒng)的

3、實(shí)際根底進(jìn)展分析后,對(duì)系統(tǒng)需求進(jìn)展了詳細(xì)分析。接著,在對(duì)系統(tǒng)功能模塊和數(shù)據(jù)庫(kù)概念設(shè)計(jì)之后,對(duì)系統(tǒng)進(jìn)展詳細(xì)設(shè)計(jì)與開(kāi)發(fā),并實(shí)現(xiàn)了系統(tǒng)的權(quán)限分配、用戶(hù)登錄、系統(tǒng)配置、業(yè)務(wù)處置、帳務(wù)查詢(xún)及常用工具等功能。其中最重要的是業(yè)務(wù)處置模塊,它包括價(jià)錢(qián)維護(hù)、料單管理、結(jié)算三個(gè)子模塊,分別用于管理給不同工地的租賃價(jià)錢(qián)、管理一切料單(租賃合同)和歸還資料時(shí)的結(jié)算等功能。本系統(tǒng)開(kāi)發(fā)時(shí)充分表達(dá)了目前最為流行的模塊化思想,使系統(tǒng)的各功能模塊在為同一系統(tǒng)效力的同時(shí),又能最大限制的獨(dú)立于系統(tǒng)其他模塊。最后,對(duì)本系統(tǒng)還需求進(jìn)一步完善的地方和存在的缺乏進(jìn)展了討論與展望?！居⑽恼縒ith the rapid developme
