1、酒店英文實習報告,麻煩各位老大幫忙翻譯下本次實習主要是為了讓我們對所學的專業(yè)知識及其在 實際中的應用有一定的感性認識,從而幫助我們將酒店管理課堂上所學的理論知識與實踐經(jīng)驗相結(jié)合,為日后課程的學習打下良好的基礎(chǔ),更有利于對專業(yè)基礎(chǔ)和專業(yè)課的學習、理解和掌握。同時這次酒店實習的經(jīng)驗將有助于日后就業(yè)。剛到酒店的時候感覺什么事情都很新鮮,畢竟離開學校步入社會工作是第一次,每個人都挺激動的,都有一股使不完的勁兒,都把酒店看成是施展自己才華的舞臺,想把自己的理論知識和自己的想法付諸實踐中。但是理想和現(xiàn)實畢竟是有差別的。當我們正式走上工作崗位之后,發(fā)現(xiàn)很多事情并不是我們想象的那樣簡單,漸漸的我們的激情熄滅了

2、.我在酒店客房部實習,在上崗之前是要經(jīng)過培訓的。而培訓的主要內(nèi)容就是怎樣鋪一張床。教我們鋪床的是我們部門主管, 連鋪床時每一步都有要求,而整個鋪床過程包括甩單、套被子并鋪平、三線合一和套枕套等都必須在三分鐘內(nèi)完成。首先的甩單就很困難,一般要求是一次完成,并且保證床單的中線要和整張床的中線重合。然后是給床單包角,即把床單整齊地包進上下兩個床墊之中,這里要的不能讓床單和床墊之間有空隙,否則床單將不能保持平整。接下來開始套被子, 這個也很講究,也很有技巧性,即只要把被子和被套的角相對應然后用里甩幾下就行,其它可以細節(jié)整理,應該主要的是被子的中線要和床、被單的中線重合,這就是鋪床過程中的“三線合一”。

3、做完了這些,最后一步是把枕頭放進枕套里,要保持飽滿的一面朝向床尾,而且枕套開口的方向不是朝向墻壁就是窗戶,在酒店行業(yè)中,這是很有根據(jù)的,曾經(jīng)就看過一個案例說一個女客人誤把項鏈放進枕套里了,就是因為枕套開口方向不符合規(guī)定。當我正式去客房部實習之后才發(fā)現(xiàn)客房部服務員的工作還不僅僅是鋪床那么簡單??头糠諉T的首要任務是清理客房。清理客房也是有一定規(guī)范可尋的。實習期間了解到,服務員進房間要先敲門,進門之后第一步是打開窗戶,然后收拾垃圾,倒掉。接下來就開始整理床,要撤下已經(jīng)被客人用過的被子、床單和枕套等, 按照鋪床程序一換上。這一切結(jié)束之后開始打掃衛(wèi)生,要注意的是這里濕布一般擦木制家具,干布則則擦金屬和

4、玻璃制的家具,每一個小地方都不能放過,整體上擦拭次序呈環(huán)形, 整個過程中還要把各種家具、器皿歸回原位,還有檢查房間里消耗了多少日常用品。很細節(jié)的事情如電話應該擺放在床頭柜中間、放在便條紙上的筆頭如何朝向和擦鏡子時應注意斜著看幾眼來檢查鏡子是否干凈等等,在整個清理過程中都需要認真對待。打掃過之后要用吸塵器清理地毯,這里還要讓吸塵器的吸口順著地毯的文理移動,這樣就既不會損壞地毯又能打掃干凈地毯。最后一步就是把房間消耗掉的物品補上,如果有丟失的物品,則要記錄并上報主管。實習期間就發(fā)生了一件客人弄丟了一塊小方巾的事情,由于客人還沒走, 當客人回來時由服務員向客人說明情況,最終是客人要賠償?shù)?。客房部服?/p>

5、員工作時還了解到,每個員工都要有安全意識,服務員要知道一般的消防知識。額外的,服務員還應對本酒店和本市比較了解,這樣會為客人提供更多意想不到的服務,讓客人更滿意。實習讓我們對社會有了新的概念, 當我走在長沙的街頭,穿梭于這蕓蕓眾生之中,我覺得自己真的如同滄海一粟,小的不能再小了,這個社會是如此的復雜,有時候讓人感覺到身心疲憊。在酒店實習后來的一段時間里我變得 沉默寡言了,因為我發(fā)現(xiàn)面對這樣的大千世界, 我的想法和觀點是如此的幼稚,我的胸襟還不夠?qū)拸V,我只有靜靜地去觀察去感受去磨練。讓我感到慶幸的是我還有一年在學校的時間,這一年就像一個緩沖器,讓我這個被現(xiàn)實社會擊打的身心俱疲的士兵,調(diào)養(yǎng)生息,重
