2、進(jìn)度安排 1、內(nèi)容與進(jìn)度安排 本教學(xué)環(huán)節(jié)是以學(xué)生在指導(dǎo)教師的全面指導(dǎo)下參與本專(zhuān)業(yè)相關(guān)的科研或工程開(kāi)發(fā)中某一需要解決問(wèn)題進(jìn)行研究，具體包括國(guó)內(nèi)外文獻(xiàn)檢索、文獻(xiàn)綜述專(zhuān)業(yè)、相關(guān)英文資料翻譯、開(kāi)題、相關(guān)試驗(yàn)研究、畢業(yè)論文撰寫(xiě)及畢業(yè)答辯等環(huán)節(jié)。 畢業(yè)論文工作在指導(dǎo)教師的指導(dǎo)下由學(xué)生獨(dú)立完成以下三個(gè)教學(xué)過(guò)程：(1)開(kāi)題：根據(jù)任務(wù)書(shū)的要求查閱與畢業(yè)論文選題相關(guān)的學(xué)術(shù)資料，并制定研究方案和研究?jī)?nèi)容。(2)試驗(yàn)研究：根據(jù)制定的研究方案和研究?jī)?nèi)容進(jìn)行試驗(yàn)研究工作。(3)撰寫(xiě)畢業(yè)論文或畢業(yè)設(shè)計(jì)：通過(guò)整理試驗(yàn)結(jié)果或設(shè)計(jì)結(jié)果，由本人獨(dú)立撰寫(xiě)畢業(yè)論文。（4）論文答辯：完成畢業(yè)論文答辯。 2、要求 (1)畢業(yè)論文字?jǐn)?shù)(包括

3、圖表)不少于18000字，且結(jié)構(gòu)合理、內(nèi)容完整、數(shù)據(jù)可靠、圖表齊全、格式規(guī)范，語(yǔ)言符合要求。(2)要求查閱30篇以上國(guó)內(nèi)外相關(guān)研究論文，其中外文文獻(xiàn)不得少于10篇，并撰寫(xiě)一篇6000字以上的文獻(xiàn)綜述以及翻譯一篇5000字以上的英文參考文獻(xiàn)。(3)畢業(yè)論文應(yīng)包括300字左右的中文及相應(yīng)的英文摘要。(4)畢業(yè)論文要求計(jì)算機(jī)打印，不得手寫(xiě)。三、考核與成績(jī)?cè)u(píng)定 畢業(yè)論文的成績(jī)由論文指導(dǎo)教師、論文評(píng)閱人和答辯委員會(huì)三方面各按百分制評(píng)定，然后再乘以相應(yīng)的加權(quán)系數(shù)后綜合給出。其中論文指導(dǎo)教師、論文評(píng)閱人和答辯委員會(huì)所給成績(jī)?cè)谧罱K論文總成績(jī)中的比例依次為30%、30%、40%。論文評(píng)閱人、答辯委員只對(duì)論文本身

4、進(jìn)行評(píng)定，而論文指導(dǎo)教師除對(duì)論文本身質(zhì)量進(jìn)行評(píng)定外，還對(duì)所指導(dǎo)學(xué)生平時(shí)的出勤情況、勞動(dòng)紀(jì)律及與其他同學(xué)的協(xié)作情況等進(jìn)行綜合評(píng)價(jià)。畢業(yè)論文的最終成績(jī)以?xún)?yōu)、良、中、及格和不及格五級(jí)制評(píng)定。 畢業(yè)論文的最終成績(jī)根據(jù)論文選題、論文工作量、論文的學(xué)術(shù)質(zhì)量、論文的書(shū)面質(zhì)量以及答辯時(shí)回答問(wèn)題的情況進(jìn)行綜合評(píng)定。四、大綱說(shuō)明 1、進(jìn)行方式：畢業(yè)論文要求對(duì)學(xué)生進(jìn)行綜合訓(xùn)練，要盡可能包含電子封裝材料制備與器件設(shè)計(jì)、測(cè)試和分析等環(huán)節(jié)，題目要多樣化，要結(jié)合實(shí)際，盡量避免虛擬題目，鼓勵(lì)學(xué)生將計(jì)算機(jī)運(yùn)用于畢業(yè)論文或設(shè)計(jì)的工作中，不允許不同學(xué)生做完全相同的題目。 2、學(xué)期安排：第八學(xué)期。Graduation Project

(4) Thesis defense.RequirementThe number of the words of the graduation thesis should be no less than 18000 words. The structure is reasonable, the content is complete, the data is reliable, th

11、e charts are complete, the format is standard and the language meets the requirements.In the period of graduation thesis work, students should read at least 30 relevant document literatures. In the meantime, the number of the foreign literature shouldnt less than 10, and the student need write a lit

12、erature review of more than 6000 wordsand to translate at least 1 foreign literature ofmore than 5000.The graduation thesis includes an abstract of Chinese and English, and the number of words should be around 300.The graduation thesis needs to be printed by the computer instead of handwriting.Asses

13、sment and achievement evaluationThe score of the graduation thesis will be evaluated by the faculty adviser, paper reviewer and thesis oral defense committee according to the hundred-mark system. Then multiply the score by its corresponding weighting coefficient to get the final grade. The scaling factor in the final thesis score of the faculty adviser, paper reviewer and thesis oral defense committee respectively are 30%, 30% and 40%.
