4、語(yǔ)言漢語(yǔ)所帶來(lái)的不便和時(shí)間耗費(fèi)。不但提高了效率,而且久而久之,有可能在頭腦中建立起兩種思維系統(tǒng),即在在漢語(yǔ)思維之外,還可以逐步建立起獨(dú)立的英語(yǔ)思維系統(tǒng)。用英語(yǔ)解釋和記憶英語(yǔ),本身就是在學(xué)習(xí)和運(yùn)用英語(yǔ),對(duì)提高英語(yǔ)語(yǔ)感和英語(yǔ)的閱讀理解能力和綜合運(yùn)用能力很有好處。是一舉多得的好方法。真正做到了用英語(yǔ)品味英語(yǔ),越品越有味;用英語(yǔ)理解英語(yǔ),理解更準(zhǔn)確。鑒于本環(huán)節(jié)初次嘗試此種設(shè)置,可能有些學(xué)生對(duì)英語(yǔ)解釋不能完全理解,為降低難度,英文解釋后面可進(jìn)一步演示中文解釋?zhuān)瑢W(xué)生可再通過(guò)中文解釋回顧早讀課中已預(yù)習(xí)過(guò)的單詞,進(jìn)一步加深記憶。an enjoyable event or experience gives yo

The skills require practice, but once you have got the hang of them youll find you can get through a substantial amount

17、 of reading in quite a short time. These reading methods make it easier for you to grasp large amounts of material, especially when youre previewing. They are also useful when you dont need to know every word. 略讀(skimming)只看文章標(biāo)題、下標(biāo)題以及每個(gè)部分或者段落第一行,關(guān)注文章中反復(fù)出現(xiàn)的關(guān)鍵詞。 略讀時(shí),要用充足的時(shí)間讀懂段落的第一句和第二句,因?yàn)榈谝痪渫窃摱蔚闹黝}句(

18、topic sentence),而第二句往往是對(duì)前句的延伸(extension)或進(jìn)一步的解釋(explanation)。通過(guò)略讀把握文章大意運(yùn)用掃讀(scanning)迅速瀏覽從第三句開(kāi)始的后面部分,搜尋作者對(duì)開(kāi)頭兩句的支持句(supporting sentences),并同時(shí)注意文章中間是否有轉(zhuǎn)折詞(transition),因?yàn)檫@些詞常常會(huì)把文章的思路逆轉(zhuǎn)或加入其它重要的信息。當(dāng)讀到段落的最后一句時(shí),我們又要使用略讀,這時(shí)必須再次放慢速度(slow down your pace)直到完全消化作者對(duì)段落的小結(jié)(conclusion),因?yàn)樵撔〗Y(jié)有可能與主題句截然相反或引導(dǎo)讀者進(jìn)入下一個(gè)段落。
