1、FlashOne tool and related QFIL packages are used only for flashing a complete phhichcant boot up, board level and phone with changed components flashing operationis strictly prohibited, or it may cause unpredictable conditions.安裝說明將壓縮包解壓到不含中文，不含空格，不含特殊字符的目錄，雙擊 main.exe 運(yùn)行刷機(jī)工具1.2 adb, fastboot 命令已經(jīng)預(yù)置

2、，不需要安裝，但需要安裝 360助手等以保證可以自動(dòng)安裝驅(qū)動(dòng)如果用到 qfil 刷機(jī)，請(qǐng)先安裝 qfil 驅(qū)動(dòng)，驅(qū)動(dòng)放在 driver 目錄下，安裝時(shí)請(qǐng)先斷開網(wǎng)絡(luò)，安裝完畢后請(qǐng)重啟電腦刷機(jī)過程中不要斷開連接線多次刷機(jī)的時(shí)候會(huì)提示“解壓縮文件夾已經(jīng)存在，是否需要重新解壓縮？”， 選否不用再次解壓縮，直接升級(jí)刷 userdata 選項(xiàng)，用戶選“是”會(huì)丟數(shù)據(jù)，選“否”不丟數(shù)據(jù)，但是可能升級(jí)不徹底，建議刷機(jī)前備份數(shù)據(jù)升級(jí)包會(huì)解壓到刷機(jī)工具包中，因?yàn)樗C(jī)包比較大，請(qǐng)保證磁盤空間足夠1.8 請(qǐng)將的/硬件兼容性表格放到刷機(jī)工具所在文件夾下主要功能介紹系統(tǒng)更新當(dāng)電腦連網(wǎng)情況下，刷機(jī)工具啟動(dòng)時(shí)會(huì)檢測服務(wù)器上是否

3、有彈出更新提示框版本，如果有新版本會(huì)兼容性表格2.2在菜單中有GetHSCT 菜單項(xiàng)，點(diǎn)擊此菜單，會(huì)直接的兼容性表格，同時(shí)會(huì)將本地的 hsct 表格備份到 HSCTBackup 文件夾下，備份文件的后綴為當(dāng)時(shí)的時(shí)間點(diǎn)。如果因?yàn)榫W(wǎng)絡(luò)問題或者其他原因文件拷貝回來。失敗，會(huì)彈出失敗的提示框，同時(shí)會(huì)把原來的如果的文件格式不正確，也會(huì)彈出提示框，同時(shí)把原來可用的文件拷貝回來。2.3 fastboot 刷機(jī)刷機(jī)方式默認(rèn)為 fastboot，同時(shí)按住電源鍵和音量減使進(jìn)入 fastboot 模式，然后連上數(shù)據(jù)線，等驅(qū)動(dòng)安裝完畢后，點(diǎn)擊刷新設(shè)備，將顯示設(shè)備序列號(hào)和設(shè)備類型，如果設(shè)備沒有刷過 deviceInfo

4、 分區(qū)，將不顯示設(shè)備類型，此時(shí)想要正常刷機(jī)可以選擇強(qiáng)制刷機(jī)按鈕，這樣工具將不會(huì)校驗(yàn)硬件和版本是否匹配，需要自己判斷選擇對(duì)應(yīng)的刷機(jī)包（zip 包），zip 包不要放在中文路徑下選擇是否刷 userdata點(diǎn)擊開始刷機(jī)，如果本地有該刷機(jī)包的解壓包，將提示是否需要重新解壓，如果選擇是，將重新解壓文件，等文件解壓完畢后將自動(dòng)刷機(jī)，進(jìn)度條將顯示刷機(jī)進(jìn)度，同時(shí)會(huì)顯示刷機(jī)的 logFlashOne 工具與其適配的 QFIL適用于系統(tǒng)無法啟動(dòng)的整機(jī)狀態(tài)下的救回，嚴(yán)禁用于器件更換階段的板級(jí)刷機(jī)操作，后者可能會(huì)出現(xiàn)無法預(yù)知的異常！刷機(jī)完成或者出現(xiàn)錯(cuò)誤時(shí)都會(huì)有提示框彈出如果刷機(jī)失敗并提示“unlock fastbo

5、ot 刷機(jī)，方法：設(shè)置-關(guān)于”2.4 qfil 刷機(jī)operation is not allowed”，請(qǐng)先手動(dòng)OEM 再進(jìn)行-連續(xù)點(diǎn)擊“版本號(hào)”打開“開發(fā)者選項(xiàng)”-選擇“OEM刷機(jī)方式選擇 qfil 后，同時(shí)按電源鍵，音量增減鍵使進(jìn)入 qfil 模式，然后連上數(shù)據(jù)線，等驅(qū)動(dòng)安裝完畢，點(diǎn)擊刷新設(shè)備將顯示所有的 qfil 可用串，選擇相應(yīng)的串，注意不要連接其他高通設(shè)備，否則會(huì)影響刷機(jī)選擇對(duì)應(yīng)的刷機(jī)包（zip 包），zip 包不要放在中文路徑下(請(qǐng)自己確認(rèn)刷機(jī)包，qfile 模式下工具無法判斷刷機(jī)包與是否匹配)點(diǎn)擊開始刷機(jī)，如果本地有該刷機(jī)包的解壓包，將提示是否需要重新解壓，如果選擇是，將重新解壓

6、文件，等文件解壓完畢后將自動(dòng)刷機(jī)，進(jìn)度條將顯示刷機(jī)進(jìn)度，同時(shí)會(huì)顯示刷機(jī)的 log刷機(jī)完成或者出現(xiàn)錯(cuò)誤時(shí)都會(huì)有提示框彈出2.5 mtk 刷機(jī)刷機(jī)方式選擇 mtk 后，選擇對(duì)應(yīng)的刷機(jī)包（zip 包），zip 包不要放在中文路徑下(請(qǐng)自己確認(rèn)刷機(jī)包，mtk 模式下無法判斷刷機(jī)包與是否匹配)點(diǎn)擊開始刷機(jī)，如果本地有該刷機(jī)包的解壓包，將提示是否需要重新解壓，如果選擇是，將重新解壓文件，等文件解壓完畢后將自動(dòng)開始刷機(jī)，此時(shí)會(huì)彈出“請(qǐng)?jiān)谝环昼妰?nèi)插入設(shè)備”的提示框，此時(shí)需要在一分鐘內(nèi)按音量加同時(shí)插 USB 線，然后將自動(dòng)開始刷機(jī)，同時(shí)進(jìn)度條顯示刷機(jī)進(jìn)度，log 也將顯示在界面上。刷機(jī)完成或者刷機(jī)出現(xiàn)錯(cuò)誤時(shí)都會(huì)

7、彈出提示框2.6 獲取信息處于正常待機(jī)狀態(tài)，確保USB debugging 開啟并且 adb devi能獲得設(shè)備。點(diǎn)擊 Device Info 欄“ 刷新” 按鈕將獲取的 IMEI/M/Manufacturroduct/Platform Ver信息顯示（獲取不到的信息 UI 會(huì)顯示空Name/Marketing Name/SW Ver白）。點(diǎn)擊“清除”按鈕將清空各項(xiàng)信息。點(diǎn)擊“導(dǎo)出”按鈕將導(dǎo)出各項(xiàng)信息到文件，并彈出提示框提示文件保存位置。2.7 顯示刷機(jī)包信息Fastboot/Qfil/MTK 刷機(jī)過程中，在Software Info 欄顯示刷機(jī)包的Software Variant/Produ

8、ct/Software Ver信息MInstallUnzip the zip file to the directory not include Chi space, and double click main.exe to run flash tool.or spel character and bl1.2. adb, fastbootds are preset, dont need to install, but need install phoneassistant, so make sure phone driver can be installed automatically.1.3

13、ownloaded file is not correct, there will be also a dialog pop up, andcopy the fiack from HSCTBackup folder also.2.3 Fastboot FlashThe default flash type is fastboot, when select fastboot flash type, presser key andvolume down key at the same time, then phill entero fastboot mode. Connect with USBca

14、ble, wait for install driver automatically, then press Refresh button, serial No. and device typewill show on UI, maybe some phones cant display device type,ts because these phones. But before upgrade, youdidnt flash devinfo part, these phones need to upgrade tvercan select Force Flash to flash the

15、phone,hardware is matching yourself.his situation, you should check if the software andSelect corresponding flash zip file, the path of zip file should not contain Chicharacter.Select Flash Userdata or notand spelPress Flash button, then start to unzip flash zip file to current folder, but if there

16、is already acorresponding unzip file existing, dialog will pop up, if select yes, willpresfolder already existed,press or not?press, else not. After unzip finished, start to flashthe phone automatically, and the progress bar display flashing progress, and at the same time,the flashing log will also

17、be shown on UI.After flash complete or error happened, a notification dialog will pop up.If fastboot flash failed and notify “unlock operation is not allowed”, please unlock OEM manually and then restart fastboot flash. Unlock steps: Settings-About phone-tap “Build” continuously then open “Developer

18、 options”-enable “OEM unlocking”.2.4 qfil FlashWhen select qfil flash type, presser key, volume up and volume down key at the sametime, then the phone entero qfil mode, connect USB cable with PC, wait for PC install driverautomatically, then press Refresh button on the tool, serial port will display

19、 on UI, select theport you want to flash, and make sure there is no other qcom device connected.Select corresponding flash zip file, the path of zip file should not contain Chiand spelcharacter. (Under qfil mode, the tool cant get hardware information, you should check if thesoftware and hardware is

20、 matching yourself.)Press Flash button, then start to unzip flash zip file to current folder, but if there is already acorresponding unzip file existing, will pop up, if select yes, willpresfolder is exist,press or not? dialogpress, else not.
