2、nsas 66603-3760美 國和中華民國xx臺北市南港中華技術(shù)學(xué)院各方同意訂定WITNESSETH:作證如下：WHEREAS, the Board is authorized by Kansas statutes Annotated 74-3221 to enter into reciprocal agreements with the governing boards of colleges and universities of other countries for purposes of and relating to the exchange of students; andW

3、HEREAS ,the parties hereto are mutually desirous of centering into such an agreement with relation to students from China Institute Of Technology and Pittsburg State University (hereinafter ”PSU” );andWHEREAS, the parties agree that it is to their mutual benefit and interest to set forth the terms o

4、f their understanding and agreement in writing;NOW THEREFORE , in consideration of the above premises and the individual and mutual promises of the parties hereinafter set forth, and for other good and valuable consideration it is hereby agreed by and between the parties hereto:鑒于委員會依堪薩市州74-3221條款受權(quán)

5、與他國大學(xué)或?qū)W院管理董事會往來互惠 協(xié)議以相互交換學(xué)生為目的；同時鑒于各方如此意愿建立協(xié)議帶動中華技術(shù)學(xué)院及匹芝堡州大學(xué)（以下稱”PSU”）學(xué) 生關(guān)系；同時鑒于此各方同意彼此互惠及互利下制定書面協(xié)議條款；因此，顧及以上前題及單方及各方訂定前題，同時顧及善意及有價值考慮，各方因此同意如下：1.That the term of this agreement shall begin on the _ day of _and terminate on the _ day of _; provided, however, that theagreement shall continue thereaft

7、續(xù)協(xié)議有效。任何一方有權(quán)于一年期內(nèi)以書面告知終止協(xié)議。2.That participating students from both institutions shall pay tuition fees to their home institution and then study at the other institution without further charges for tuition fees.各方參加學(xué)生繳付就讀學(xué)校學(xué)費(fèi)，于對方學(xué)校就讀并無需再繳付任何學(xué)費(fèi)。3.That PSU shall accept not more than _5_student form ofC

8、hinaInstituteOfTechnology in the academic yearxx-xxand a similar number thereafterChina Institute OfTechnology shall in return accept an equivalent number from PSU in the academic yearxx-xxand thereafter.PSU接受5名中華技術(shù)學(xué)院學(xué)生 并以同樣的學(xué)生人數(shù)于xxxx赴 中華技術(shù)學(xué)院就讀。4.Each institution will aim at maintaining a reciprocit

9、y in the number of students exchanged each year. In the event the a balanced exchange is not met during an academic year, adjustments will be made in following academic years.各校將致力保持每年學(xué)生人數(shù)交換，如未能適切履行，每學(xué)年將適當(dāng)調(diào)整。5.That each institution shall advise the other of the academic requirements for admission to

10、 any program, department, school or college in which students will be exchanged.各校將依各計劃，系學(xué)校或?qū)W院學(xué)術(shù)資格/資質(zhì)審查入學(xué)，以進(jìn)行學(xué)生交換。6.That each institution shall help to arrange local accommodations for visiting students; provided, however, that cost of said local accommodations shall be the responsibility of and bor

11、ne by the visiting students.各校應(yīng)輔佐參加學(xué)生膳宿安排，而費(fèi)用學(xué)生自理。7.That each institution shall devise suitable programs of academic instruction for the exchange students and that each institution shall be responsible for any academic credit to be awarded to the students.各校應(yīng)引導(dǎo)交換學(xué)生選擇適當(dāng)課程，同時應(yīng)負(fù)責(zé)承認(rèn)所修學(xué)分。8.Each universit

12、y warrants that official transcripts or written assessments of the students completed work will be sent to the students home university in a prompt and timely manner before the beginning of the next academic term.各校負(fù)責(zé)將參加學(xué)生成績單或其它就讀時所修得資料文件，于下學(xué)期開始前寄往對方。以茲保存記錄。9.That each institution will require parti

13、cipating students to maintain their ownmedical/health insurance to provide coverage while participating in a student exchange and all students shall be required to provide evidence of such insurance tothe host institution.各校應(yīng)要求交換學(xué)生投保醫(yī)療健康險，并存證以備查詢。10.That each institution shall be responsible for the

14、 choice of students participation in the exchange, subject to final approval by the host institution.各校應(yīng)負(fù)責(zé)學(xué)生交換參加之提擇，并在承辦校方最后淮許后執(zhí)行。11.That each participating student or his/her institution shall be solely responsible for travel arrangements and the costs thereof.各校參加學(xué)生應(yīng)自己負(fù)責(zé)xx安排及費(fèi)用。12.That students fr

15、om each institution studying abroad under this exchange agreement shall be subject to the same rules and regulations as local students.各校學(xué)生協(xié)議下附海外研讀應(yīng)遵守原校方原有之規(guī)矩。13.That the exchange of students pursuant to the terms of the agreement shall begin with thefallsemester of thexx-xxacademic year.本協(xié)議交換學(xué)生始于xx

16、年 秋季學(xué)期。14.That upon registration, all participating students shall provide the host institution with the name, address and telephone numbers of three individuals who might be contacted in case of an emergency with regard to the students.注冊時所有參加學(xué)生應(yīng)提供承辦學(xué)校三位聯(lián)絡(luò)人名字、辦公地址、電話號碼，以備緊急聯(lián)系學(xué)生之用。15.Each institutio

17、n should designate an individual and office responsible for receiving written communications about this agreement. Any modification of this agreement shall be in writing and signed by both parties.各校應(yīng)指派貴校負(fù)責(zé)單位和個人以為協(xié)議之資料文件交流及聯(lián)系，協(xié)議資料文件之任何修飾，應(yīng)在各方以文字及簽署下 認(rèn)同有效。16.In the event that any condition, covenant

18、or other provision herein contained is held to be invalid or void by any court of competent jurisdiction, the same shall be deemed severable from the remainder of this Agreement and shall in no way affect any other condition, covenant or other provision herein contained. If such condition, covenant or other provision shall be deemed invalid due to its scope or breadth, such condition, covenant or o
