2、商務溝通的能力。通過模擬商務情景對話,角色扮演, 視頻音頻聽力訓練等課堂活動,使學生了解商務聽說的性質(zhì)特點,熟悉常用的商務交際用語、 掌握商務活動情景對話中的語言要點以及相關的專業(yè)詞匯,為提高學生的綜合素質(zhì)奠定一個良 好的基礎。.對接培養(yǎng)崗位能力本課程對接的崗位能力附屬于“畢業(yè)要求3、5、6”,對接的指標點為“3.1、3.2、5.2、6.1、6.2。崗位能力包括:(1)扎實的英語聽力能力;(2)扎實的英語口語表達能力;(3)對 文化差異的理解、適應和溝通等能力;(4)企業(yè)組織架構,熟悉商務辦公領域中英語表達和習 慣用語的能力;(5)能夠進行跨文化商務溝通的能力三、課程教學目標本課程的教學目標表
