33、清洗終 驗(yàn)終 驗(yàn)三、各施工程序詳細(xì)說明1、連接件安裝工藝及技術(shù)方案(1)連接件的作用都是為了將石材與主體結(jié)構(gòu)連接起來,故連接件的安裝質(zhì)量將直接影響干掛的結(jié)構(gòu)安裝質(zhì)量。(2)在安裝前檢查連接件是否符合要求,是否是合格品,熱鍍鋅是否按標(biāo)準(zhǔn)進(jìn)行,開口槽是否符合產(chǎn)品標(biāo)準(zhǔn)。(3)尋準(zhǔn)埋件。預(yù)埋件的作用就是將連接件固定,使幕墻結(jié)構(gòu)與主體砼結(jié)構(gòu)連接起來。故安裝連接件時首先要尋找埋件,只有尋準(zhǔn)了埋件才能很準(zhǔn)確地安裝連接件。(4)對照豎龍骨垂線。豎龍骨的中心線也是連接件的中心線,故在安裝時要注意控制連接件的位置,其偏差小于2mm。(5)拉水平線控制水平高低及進(jìn)深尺寸。雖然埋件已控制水平高度,但由于施工誤差影響,

34、安裝連接件時仍要拉水平線控制其水平及進(jìn)深的位置以保證連接件的安裝準(zhǔn)確無誤。(6)點(diǎn)焊。在連接件三維空間定位確定準(zhǔn)確后要進(jìn)行連接件的臨時固定即點(diǎn)焊。點(diǎn)焊時每個焊接面點(diǎn)2-3點(diǎn),要保證連接件不會脫落。點(diǎn)焊時要兩人同時進(jìn)行,一人固定位置,另一個點(diǎn)焊,這樣協(xié)調(diào)施工同時兩人都要做好各種防護(hù);點(diǎn)焊人員必須是有焊工技術(shù)操作證者,以保證點(diǎn)焊的質(zhì)量。(7)驗(yàn)收檢查。對初步固定的連接件按層次逐個檢查施工質(zhì)量,主要檢查三維空間誤差,一定要將誤差控制在誤差范圍內(nèi)。三維空間誤差工地施工控制范圍為垂直誤差小于2mm,水平誤差小于2mm,進(jìn)深誤差小于3mm。(8)加焊正式固定。對驗(yàn)收合格的連接件進(jìn)行固定,即正式燒焊,燒焊操

35、作時要按照焊接的規(guī)格及操作規(guī)定進(jìn)行,一般情況下連接的兩邊都必須滿焊。(9)驗(yàn)收。對燒焊好的連接件,現(xiàn)場管理人員要對其進(jìn)行逐個檢查驗(yàn)收,對不合格處進(jìn)行返工改進(jìn),直至達(dá)到要求為止。(10)防腐。連接件在車間加工時亦進(jìn)行過防腐處理(鍍鋅防腐),但由于焊接對防腐層的破壞故仍需進(jìn)行防腐處理,具體處理方法如下:1)清理焊渣2)刷三遍防銹漆。3)刷三遍保護(hù)面漆,有防火有要求時要刷三遍防火漆。(11)連接件施工質(zhì)量評定:1)三維方向的誤差控制。2)連接件本身的翹曲、扭曲質(zhì)量控制。3)焊縫的長度及焊縫質(zhì)量。3)鐵件防腐處理。2、豎龍骨安裝工藝及技術(shù)方案干掛主框架用螺栓連接于連接鐵件上,必須隨時檢查施工質(zhì)量,平整

36、度、垂直度偏差應(yīng)符合規(guī)定。(1)豎龍骨安裝精度要求高而占有極重要的地位。如果豎龍骨安裝完,則整個工程進(jìn)度都較易控制了,故此作業(yè)無論從技術(shù)上還是管理上都要分外重視。(2)豎龍骨安裝一般由下而上進(jìn)行,帶芯套的一端朝上。第一根豎龍骨按懸垂構(gòu)件先固定上端,調(diào)正后固定下端;第二根豎龍骨將下端對準(zhǔn)第一根豎龍骨上端的芯套用力將第二根豎龍骨套上,并保留15mm的伸縮縫,再吊線或?qū)ξ话惭b梁上端,依此往上安裝。(3)豎龍骨安裝后,對照上步工序測量定位線,對三維方向進(jìn)行初調(diào),保持誤差1mm,待基本安裝完成后在下道工序再進(jìn)行全面調(diào)整。(4)關(guān)鍵問題:1)豎龍骨選擇型號、規(guī)格正確無誤。2)螺栓安裝避免出現(xiàn)死角,以保持螺

37、栓孔的可調(diào)節(jié)性。3)選擇恰當(dāng)?shù)陌惭b順序。4)注意材料安全(防損傷、防丟失),操作安全。5)注意使用熱鍍鋅角碼時不得忘記豎龍骨與角碼之間的防腐處理。3、次龍骨安裝工藝(1)工藝操作流程:施工準(zhǔn)備檢查各材料質(zhì)量就位安裝檢查。主立挺安裝完畢,檢查質(zhì)量符合要求后,才可安裝次龍骨,次龍骨采用角鋼制作,采用螺栓與主龍骨連接。并應(yīng)確保水平度偏差符合設(shè)計要求,位置調(diào)整達(dá)到安裝精度要求后,方可進(jìn)行焊接固定。焊縫處經(jīng)清渣后涂刷三遍防銹漆。(2)基本操作說明:1)施工準(zhǔn)備:在次龍骨安裝前要做好的施工準(zhǔn)備有:第一,資料準(zhǔn)備。要熟悉圖紙,不能將次龍骨裝錯;第二,材料準(zhǔn)備。要準(zhǔn)備好各種材料,清查各材料的規(guī)格數(shù)量是否符合要

38、求,施工人員要有各次龍骨應(yīng)在那兒就位的觀點(diǎn);第三,人員準(zhǔn)備;第四,施工段現(xiàn)場的清理,由于有可能出現(xiàn)因排柵等原因次龍骨不能正常安裝的情況,故在施工前要進(jìn)行清理工作。2)檢查各種材料質(zhì)量:在安裝前要對所使用的材料質(zhì)量進(jìn)行合格檢查,包括檢查次龍骨是否已被破壞,沖口是否按要求沖口,同時所有沖口邊是否有變形,是否有毛刺邊等,如發(fā)現(xiàn)類似情況要將其清理后再進(jìn)行安裝。3)就位安裝:次龍骨就位安裝先找好位置,將次龍骨角碼預(yù)置于次龍骨兩端,再將次龍骨墊圈預(yù)置于次龍骨兩端,用螺栓穿過次龍骨角碼,墊圈及豎龍骨,逐漸收緊螺栓。4)檢查:次龍骨安裝完成后要對次龍骨進(jìn)行檢查,主要查以下幾個內(nèi)容:次龍骨的就位是否有錯,次龍骨

39、與豎龍骨接口是否吻合,次龍骨墊圈是否規(guī)范整齊,次龍骨是否水平,次龍骨外側(cè)面是否與豎龍骨外側(cè)面在同一平面上。4、石材板塊安裝工藝(1)根據(jù)測量結(jié)果結(jié)合板材加工圖(倒角、磨邊、六面防護(hù))、施工圖,對合格的石材進(jìn)行安裝前復(fù)查。(2)依據(jù)石材編號-檢查板材的色澤度,使同面的板材不要產(chǎn)生明顯色差,最低限度要求,顏色逐漸過渡。將花崗巖放在陽光充足處,人在2米外觀察,基本調(diào)和。天然花崗巖的色差級一般分為A、B、C三種,同一立面只能存在A、B兩種或B、C兩種,A與C絕不能在同一立面出現(xiàn)。(3)按圖紙要求,用經(jīng)緯儀打出大角兩個面的豎向控制線,在大角上下兩端固定掛線的角鋼,用鋼絲掛豎向控制線,并在控制線的上、下作出標(biāo)記。(4)支底層板材托架,放置底層板板,調(diào)節(jié)并暫時固定。(5)固定螺栓,鑲鋁合
