2、gP100B6605一臺齒輪測量Toensurestableproductionandminimizedowntimeandkeeptheequipmentingoodcondition Party A entrust Party B for the regular and normal maintenance service of the captioned machine gear inspection center, whereby party A and party B agree to the under mentioned terms and conditions stipulat

3、ed below:RegularMaintenance常規(guī)維護(hù)The machine should be in normal condition before the above mentioned service is performedbypartyB. PartyAwillchecktherelevantfunctionsbothbeforeandafterthe service is done.ThecontentofthemaintenanceprogramonthecaptionedmachineisasperappendixThe regular maintenance serv

4、ice will be carried out every year. The each cost for such regularmaintenancepermachinewillbe25,000RMB(excluding17%VAT).Thisamount shall be paid in full to Party B by Party A upon the signing of this contract and into the following account. IncaseoftheservicemistakecausedbyPartyB duringthemaintenanc

5、eperiod,PartyB should be responsible for any machine malfunction made due toA.M reason.Cost on required replacement parts for regular maintenance is not included and will be quoted to PartyAby Party B and ordered upon the receipt of its / their full value.1.6 PartyBserviceengineerwillstartthe1.6 Par
