28、方方應(yīng)按經(jīng)經(jīng)甲方和和業(yè)主同同意的施施工圖紙紙施工。施施工圖紙紙確認(rèn)后后，施工工過程中中的變更更也應(yīng)經(jīng)經(jīng)過甲方方和業(yè)主主事先同同意。由由于乙方方的施工工方案沒沒經(jīng)過業(yè)業(yè)主及甲甲方同意意，而造造成的經(jīng)經(jīng)濟(jì)損失失，及對對業(yè)主的的賠償責(zé)責(zé)任由乙乙方承擔(dān)擔(dān)。賠償償將從合合同的款款項中扣扣除, 如不足足以支付付賠償金金額, 乙方還還應(yīng)補(bǔ)足足余額。如如果乙方方未能在在本條款款定期限限內(nèi)提供供詳細(xì)施施工報批批圖紙，則則按第七七條承擔(dān)擔(dān)責(zé)任。Partyy B shoouldd, wwithhin tenn daays aftter thiis cconttracct ccomee innto efffectt
