4、術(shù)和政策策問題，并并負(fù)責(zé)全全國政策策咨詢領(lǐng)領(lǐng)域人力力資源的的開發(fā)和和培訓(xùn)。我中心自2006年起受商務(wù)部委托，開始實施援外人力資源合作開發(fā)項目。截止到2009年，我中心共培訓(xùn)了來自80個國家的199名官員及學(xué)者。歷年研修班均取得很好效果，并受到商務(wù)部領(lǐng)導(dǎo)及學(xué)員的廣泛贊揚。項目內(nèi)容介介紹受中華人民民共和國國商務(wù)部部委托，國國務(wù)院發(fā)發(fā)展研究究中心人人力資源源研究培培訓(xùn)中心心將于220100年6月29日7月19日在北京京舉辦“亞非國國家適應(yīng)應(yīng)氣候變變化官員員研修班班”，研修修班為期期21天天，工作作語言為為英語。研研修班將將邀請國國務(wù)院發(fā)發(fā)展研究究中心知知名專家家授課,全面系系統(tǒng)地介介紹改革革開放以以

5、來中國國適應(yīng)氣氣候變化化的做法法。研修修班內(nèi)容容如下：1、授課講講座包括括：中國國的基本本國情及及國務(wù)院院發(fā)展研研究中心心的職能能和運作作方式、溫溫室氣體體及中國國氣候變變化與發(fā)發(fā)展趨勢勢、中國國應(yīng)對氣氣候變化化的國家家方案：20220年減減排目標(biāo)標(biāo)、中國國減緩氣氣候變化化的政策策和措施施、中國國低碳經(jīng)經(jīng)濟發(fā)展展的政策策和措施施、中國國低碳經(jīng)經(jīng)濟發(fā)展展的現(xiàn)狀狀及趨勢勢、中國國低碳經(jīng)經(jīng)濟問題題分析、中中國調(diào)整整經(jīng)濟結(jié)結(jié)構(gòu)、促促進產(chǎn)業(yè)業(yè)結(jié)構(gòu)優(yōu)優(yōu)化升級級的政策策和措施施、中國國發(fā)展循循環(huán)經(jīng)濟濟、減少少溫室氣氣體排放放的政策策和措施施、中國國發(fā)展可可再生能能源、優(yōu)優(yōu)化能源源結(jié)構(gòu)的的政策和和措施、中中國
